She helped look over my resume and made sure I was prepared. I knew exactly when and where I had to be along with proper expectations . It really took the stress out of the interview. She was helpful through the entire process and was very prompt when answering my questions. I will definitely recommend her and Oxford!

Started off good with great communication from my recruiter. Now that I have been on the assignment for a while. Its as if my recruiter and eveyone at the agency has dropped off the face of the earth. They dont respond to any emails or inquiries even when its urgent.They offer no incentives for long time contractors no pay increases, no time off, no sick time and no vacation time. The pay is every two weeks. Most agencies pay weekly. They do offer insurance but its far too expensive for the meager pay rates and it is not full coverage.So keep that in mind if you do decide to work with them. Due to the reasons stated above I would not recommend them.

I was contacted by Oxford Solutions and thought they did a great job when it came to finding a position that was what I was looking for. They checked in with me to make sure the job was working out well, and checked in nearing the end of my contract to see if I would be hired full time or would need another contractor position. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help finding a job in their field. I went on three interviews for three different positions in a week and was offered a position the same week as all of the interviews. Again, everything they did was very well thought out and fit my needs.

Oxford Solutions is unlike any of the other recruiting companies I have worked for. They are on top of their game, communicating with me and their other consultants on a regular basis when information is to be relayed. They have figured out the balance between notifying you and bugging you with their amount of communication and never have I felt bothered to pick up the phone and call or answer a call from my recruiter Evan Rose! Questions or issues are resolved and answered same day, and perks keep getting added for loyal employees over time!

If you cant deal with adversity than its not the industry for you. Staffing has its ups and downs but the people here care and have helped me through everything. I made a drastic change in industries and instead of constantly negatively highlighting it, its been celebrated. My mentor and everybody around me has done nothing but help me.
