They have to do their due diligence during the recruiting process and I understood that and was fine with it. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They will ask you when can you be available for a phone and in-person interview and they will hold you to it. In fact, they will treat you like a used car salesman trying to pressure you to sacrifice your current position all to ensure they get a buck in their pocket. In addition to this, they will send you to work at hell if it means putting a bonus check in their pocket. They only care about themselves. They do not care about your long term well being. They may get you the most money but its only because they benefit and you will hear this from them. Let me negotiate your terms. That way you get the most money and benefits but at what cost? Going home miserable everyday. There are plenty of other companies similar to what they do.

As others have mentioned, calling them the used car salesmen of staffing would be quite fitting.I have worked for other staffing agencies in the past who were far more professional and forthright about the positions they were trying to fill.The person I spoke to gave the typical our client needs to hire right NOW bit and made all of his requests seems as though the job was up for auction. Even the companies who I was contracted to in the past have admitted that they were not in a rush to hire someone. Like used car salesmen, this is simply a tactic to pressure you into making an ill informed decision and enable them to move on to sell another opening to the next company/job seeker.Also, if anyone asks for your resume before giving you any details regarding the position and WHO the company is, do not provide it to them. This is simply a means of data mining resumes for future opens.

I never gave them my phone number or ever contacted them ever about anything but some how had my information to give me a call this morning. They must be doing illegal and or unhonest ways to farm peoples personal information.
