I only go Id I just need gas and its the closest gas station to me. If I need anything else with it I go somewhere else. Thieir prices are ridiculous and their product selection is confusing as hell. Energy drinks for an example. Their deals are a dollar or more more expensive than their. Then they replace an entire shelf of rockstar at once with something called bang that tastes like cats urine and no one buys but they didnt like wait and see how it sold before buying half the company. I dunno. Some of the employees are nice and you can buy gas. If you want anything else and are able go to the GetGo on McKnight. Everything is like a dollar less inside the store.

The service is okay. People seem depressed working there unless theyre new. Theyre often out of something youd expect them to have, from diet coke to mozzarella sticks to freaking burgers. The location is the only convenient one around on my commute, but its a serious debate whether I order breakfast or not, because theres always something seriously wrong with my order. Missing sauces, messed up app samplers, missing toppings. Its the only Sheetz I know that I wouldnt give 5 stars to.

Yes, as an essential service provider...the beer cave and the soda cave are open...This store is well maintained...Thats always a nice thing to experience at Sheetz.I am seriously hoping that all public restrooms can get some serious air filtration.The new coffee makers are also always nice.

I was not very happy I ordered a hot grilled chicken sandwich with fried egg toasted bun and jalapeños stuffed pretzel , and when I got it home I found everything was cold the cheese wasnt melted on the sandwich , the cheese in the pretzel was ice cold was not very happy with the sheetz on babcock blvd

All the Sheetz stores are understaffed, therefore the garbage cans are full; the windshield cleaner buckets are either dry or full of garbage and greasy water. Lottery machine is always off by vendor and the floors have black stains everywhere. They raise the price of gas faster than any of the other stations.

Both the interior and exterior of this store are well-maintained and clean. Great selection of snacks and drinks, many gas pumps, an air fill station, and a car wash too! I regularly stop here for my needs. Recommend for sure!

Ive been here several times. Expect a VERY long wait for MTO (upwards of 30 minutes sometimes). The workers are all nice - just seems like there are never enough of them to keep up.

Nice staff, good food. Their coupons are phenomenal. I got a free chicken sandwich that would have been $10 normally with all the extras I added.

Placed an online order for pickup at 1am on May 23rd, 2021. Arrived 5 minutes prior to 1am and waited until 1:30am before speaking to an associate about the order. The associate said they dont have an online order in queue and that I would have to place an order in store. I told her that I had already paid and if they could look into it or offer a credit. The associate very bluntly said I am out of luck and walked away. The associate working the MTO orders between 1:00am and 1:30am on May 23rd, 2021 needs to be reevaluated for her customer service capabilities and should heavily consider not interacting with customers directly. I will not be back to this Sheetz for food or gas indefinitely because of the poor customer service but instead will be heading to the one in Mt Nebo.

The worst ever. We ordered a steak sub with extra cheese and toasted. They literally tossed cold cheese squares on our sub. I got what I asked for but not how we imagined it. Not to mention the cop that waited for me to leave that made us feel uncomfortable with waiting for our MTO. THANKS but NO thanks. I’ll go elsewhere. This sheetz was a quality place to frequent about 8 years ago, but as of recently every time I go here it is a bad experience, MTO staff is slow and lethargic lacking pride and swiftness in their work. If there is more than 2 people ahead of you in the MTO line expect to wait upwards of 25 minutes for food. Never had this issue with sheetz before but at this location and others its becoming more of a problem. This sheetz also changed its car wash from touchless to brushes and scratches cars heavily. The gas pumps are also dirty and the buttons worn away until you cant see what youre pressing. This sheetz used to be the gold standard but not anymore, avoid. as going to another sheetz location like McCandless or Mt. Nebo just minutes down the road will likely shorten your trip as your food wont take 25-35 minutes to arrive.

They guy/or girl that waited on me learn to be more friendly to your customers. Hate your job find another one.

Came in for a hoagie, 3 chicken tenders and a fry platter. Understandably, it was busy due to lunch rush. But, we waited an hour to receive cold fries, cold chicken tenders, and a cold toasted hoagie. Wont be back to this sheetz.

Car wash is not touchless. Had a number of scratches on paint and windows after going through it on my new vehicle...

I love this Sheetz. From the cleanliness of the restrooms, to the parking lot, couldnt ask for more. Friendly staff & understanding. Cheap prices, from the pumps to the store. Keeps me coming back every time. I highly recommend this location. One of my favorites. 😊

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited for 30 min and couldnt wait any longer for a breakfast sandwich. Asked cashier for refund. Cashier wasnt trained to give refund. Waited 25 minutes for someone to refund me. Had to leave. Sheetz had my money and my time and I got nothing. Never going back. Stay away. Understaffed poor staffed cant handle the foot traffic and online orders.

Great place to go if you’re looking for literally just mustard on bread with nothing else. Found this sad sandwich in my bag when I got home, called and was hung up on, called again and was told the charge could not be cancelled. Will do my absolute best to never spend a cent at a sheetz again.

Granted, the food was about to get deep fried anyways. However, it still rubbed me the wrong way to see one of the females preparing food use her bare hands to put the food in the basket.

Always open and the people are nice. Food is moderately priced with a good selection of made to order food and drinks. There is also beer and wine for sale as well

This is a great Sheetz. This store does become busy occassionally due to its location, however the staff is always pleasant and always switching staff placement to help keep up with demand and keep customers moving. Well stocked, always clean, and recently had a renovation to add a seating/dining area.

The coffee is always fresh when I go in early (5:45am) but the one guy in there is super creepy. It feels like he waits for me and then says hello 3 times and dashes to the register to check me out for my coffee refill. I wish his manager would say something to.him because it makes me.not even want to go there...always talking about his kitty cat...creepy

Sheetz is amazing. Dont let the gas station fool you. Their food is delicious. A little pricey but worth it. Great selection of beverages too. Theyre pushing to sell alcohol in PA as well. Hopefully that passes soon!

This is a frequent stop for me and I love the morning staff. Very courteous even though its one of the busier locations. However, I decided to order lunch for two people the other day and it totaled $32! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

This sheets only had one cashier at the register eight or nine people in line the air conditioning wasn’t working right it was hot and humid in there where you had to stand and wait my McCandless Sheetz is 10 times better than this Sheetz

Meh!Food order is wrong Id say 3 times out of 10. Never have any seasonal coffees, always the same old French, Decaff and Sumatra. Creamer station is always sticky and disgusting. Employees are very nice its just the food aspect and atmosphere that hold this place back.

I mean, its a Sheetz, so expect it to be a bit more expensive than other fast food. They season things well, but the actual ingredients are usually lower quality frozen pre-packaged stuff. The point is mostly the convenience of it and it makes for a decent one-stop-shop. Where else can you pick up a 6-pack of beer, $10 of gas, and a chicken quesadilla? As far as gas station food goes, if its edible and doesnt make you sick, youve done good. Sheetz food actually tastes pretty decent and hasnt made me sick, so Id hit it with a pretty solid 4 stars.I havent noticed anything particular that would make this location any worse than another Sheetz. It seems to be run well-enough.

The worst sheetz ever the line is ALWAYS back up. Probably because they refused to have more than ONE person Working the cash register even though there is 3 or 4 registers. But they got 6 people making Food so it can sit over there and get cold while they wait to pay for it.......

Belittling place to work for. 2nd and 3rd Shift are filled with kids who lounge around the kitchen and start drama. There are few good supervisors but honestly the place is a total joke.

This Sheetz is often preferable over Three Degree/McKnight GetGo locations. I feel that service is much better here, food is better, & the prices are affordable compared to GetGo’s outrageous costs for premade & made to order choices.Any time I have had an issue, which is rare, the manager on duty addressed it immediately and with sincerity. My visits are typically at “off” hours so wait is minimal & orders are made correctly and quickly. Many times, I’ll order on the app before leaving my apartment and the food will be getting finished by the time I arrive and make it inside. On those rare occasions that they’re out of something (it is either the pretzel bun for hot dogs or the mix for the peanut butter shake), they’ll let me know ASAP and offer an alternative or a refund for the cost of the item.People tend to forget that those who work in customer service are people as well & I have seen the employees here treated heinously by entitled snobs and whiners looking for a freebie. They always treat everyone with kindness. I’ve never seen any different. There is a young man who can have difficulty at times when working the register but patience with your fellow man goes a long way.Remember, would you treat your family member like that? If not, remember that they’re fallible humans too... just like you!

I ordered a quesadilla, wings, and cheese sticks. They gave me wings, tater tots, and popcorn chicken. How hard is it to read a list of items and put them in a bag?

By far the worst sheetz around. Every single time I come here the food is awful. The fries are always borderline raw and soggy. I cant wrap my head around how you manange to screw up French fries when all you is pour them in the basket and hit a button. I keep hoping that one time I will come here and it will be good. As of now I have officially given up and will now drive to Getgo.

I would like to explain what a previous person wrote about sheetz. It was after the 4th of July fireworks had just ended. The sheetz got slammed. They were running behind with orders as any store would. I was also in the store getting things. The person complaining did not give her the receipt he gave her the order slip. Beside that he was using very nasty language. I would not have done anything for him. Christi and the staff at sheetz are very friendly and I enjoy going to this sheetz.

Newer Sheetz location with all of the modern Sheetz amenities such as coffee machines and a full prepared food menu. Prices for food items are pretty average and prepared foods are pretty good but can be a little too greasy at times. Theres also a tire pump and automated car wash. Even though all of these extra luxuries are nice, the consequence of it is that its difficult to quickly stop for gas since you have to wait in line with the people treating it like a grocery store - just to pay for gas.

Over the past two years this sheetz quality has declined. I can not even order a sandwich without my condiments all over the wrapper and my sandwich insides spilling out after just one bite. Can not even get my orders online correct. 2 stars because I can at least rely on coffee and gas when I go here. This is an edit on top of this. The quality still hasnt changed except for I am giving one star instead of two. Half the employees at the register are rude beyond belief, and when I ordered chicken tenders and fries my chicken was barely wa and the fries were coated so heavily in salt they were inedible. This is easily the worst Sheetz in the greater Pittsburgh area.

This is the consistently worst sheetz ive been to. food always takes 20 minutes somehow, they mess orders up, its dirty. its the closest one to the city so id end up there occasionally but almost always regret it. avoid.

Average Sheetz. Plenty of parking, drink selections and gas pumps. Bathrooms are generally clean.

Getting these people to pick up the trash in their parking lot is a joke; it overflows and makes N hills look crappy; wish sheetz would be a better neighbor!
