Took my car there today September 25,2020 and the young man hit my car off of a hurst and put a scratch on the front bumper over passenger tire. They young man doesn’t have a current license. The opener tired to tell me the scratch was already there. My car is brand new. The manager is rude. Called Penn hills police. I told them to give me my money back.. not a happy or satisfied customer

VERY slow!! Took 20 minutes and it wasnt that busy. There were only 2 cars in front of me.30 min until the car got in the car wash.The cashier did take care of me and discounted the fee. Not sure if Ill go back.They did a good job cleaning it.45 min. Total. And they changed my radio station.

Used to be my go to about 2 years ago. Went today and my car was cleaner before my car went through. Theres a dirt film on my car (white) and dark, mud like smudges all over the rear bumper and wheels. One of the workers said its been hard since one of the units has been broken for some time. When I pulled up the vacuum tube was being removed on the passenger side of the vehicles. Will take to the port o wash n use dawn to break up the film n hopefully clean the headlights. My kid used to go to the high school so this used to be a reliable spot. Now its just sad.

This place use to be the best spot for a wash! Quality and efficiency is what kept me coming back. After the last few times going here, quality and efficiency has seemed to deminish.This last time, I had 2 cars in front of me. The one was in the area where it gets wiped down, the second was getting the pre wash. It took an hour and 10 min for my vehicle to get done...

Very pleased with my car wash. Hadn’t checked the weather to see that it was raining later (my car was filthy inside and out regardless) and the man was kind enough to point that out when I requested the most expensive wash, so I opted for the next one down and saved $5. I can’t believe how quickly they washed my car, towel dried it, cleaned the inside windows and rear view mirror, wiped down the insides of the doors, and vacuumed the mats and floors. While it wasn’t the same quality as cleaning the inside of the car myself, it was much faster and barely cost more than a traditional automatic car wash. I definitely got more than what I paid for!

My boyfriend just came home with my car. I could not be more disappointed. Salt still on both the driver and passenger side doors. His truck that was done yesterday looks amazing. Maybe its who is working today, but ill be saving my money and washing my own car from now on.

They did an excellent job on my car. However I watched one of the workers pocket tips for service instead of putting into the box provided i didnt like that at all that to me is just like stealing

DERRICK WAS WONDERFUL, I HAD A FULL SERVICE DONE AND HE MADE SURE THAT MY TIRES WERE DONE,RIMS AND EVEN DOUBLE WIPED THE EXTERIOR HIS SERVICES Were Excellent as Well as his kindness, thanks DERRICK, I will definitely be back and I will recommend only you to all my friends.

Need more staff today

As my car came out of the wash, two young men were inside. The driver hit the gas as hard as he could and then slammed on the breaks at the last second before hitting a teenager walking through the parking lot.He got out of the car, laughed, and said, “sorry.” The manager told me it was his first day on the job.It should be his last.I will never go back.

Terriable my car got scratched and my mat had grease all over it!!
