Honestly surprised by the comments of friendly staff..I work in the service industry so I understand customer service and I’m polite and patient.Anytime I have to walk inside the shell It’s like I’m the issue.The staff doesn’t wear face masks.I have come here a few time to cash in scratch offs and the staff was extremely rude talking about me and wondering why I was just standing there and told me to go to the back to have them checked when I already knew how much they were worth. Watched me wait there to have my scratch offs cashed in. After waiting 10-15 min they never even helped me.. so I decided to take my business else where.I just went yesterday and was given attitude. The women looked like she was doing something so I was waiting for when she was ready, and she’s like uhm hello and rolling her eyes like what do you want. I just said well I was waiting for you to be ready and proceeded with what I needed.Honestly if I didn’t get the fuel perks i would just stick with get go.

So I went to the gass station to get some seashells for my friend burrito tree the concrete road wen a wild sea chicken came and pecked ladybugs eyes out so in desperation I grabbed him by the neck and jammed a toothpick down his throat and than I went inside and got some baby carrots

Great prices and a nice location that has plenty to offer. Only thing is is that its difficult to get to due to Pittsburgh traffic patterns. If youre heading west-bound on Baum youll be fine, if youre heading east-bound, you may have to loop around. Consistently at least 10c cheaper (per gallon) than other gas stations!

Fine as a gas station, but the attached car wash is less than great. I drive a small hatchback and have used the car wash twice. Both times the wash did not even wet my entire car and I pulled out of the wash at the close of the service with suds still at the top of my windshield. I would advise against the car wash if you drive a small car.

I dont like being told by a company, If you dont use our credit card more...were going to take it way. You are forcing my business. Great, I bought gas with my card

Hard to believe one could say anything positive about a city gas station. They are very nice and their loyalty program makes the gas cheaper and there is a car wash.

I hate getting gas here. Its always crazy and stressful. Yesterday, I pulled behind a big truck parked between 2 pumps. They werent getting gas but no one else could either. At first, I thought maybe the pumps didnt work. But, no. This person blocked them so they could go inside and play the lotto for 20 mins. The only thing worse than this place would be if it wasnt there at all. Where else can one get gas in Shadyside?

Nice help. Very clean store and gas pump area. All window washing tubs were full and had window squeegees. Got my car washed here and at the end when it was drying off with the blowers, the machine went over my car and dripped water ALL over it. Was disappointed.

The cashier never told me about 20 cents off of a gallon with a car wash untill after I was done pumping the gas.........they should hire people who inform new customers of these deals first hand.......

There are enough gas pumps available that makes getting gas a breeze. You can buy a car wash while your paying for gas at the pump.

Watch out for the car wash! The price vs. quality was painfully terrible. The brushes are rubber and they look like theyve been beaten like a redheaded stepchild. I would worry about scratches. I take the work van through there but never my car.

The car wash is okay. Not great. Doesnt accept card. Cash only. Also not powerful enough to get some stains off.

The car wash threw some soap on my car and stopped. When I asked how I can wash off the soap, all I got from the gas station attended is an angry face, money refund, and COME TOMORROW. I have to drive my car with soap still on it to another car wash that cleaned my car. 2 stars for at least refunding my money.
