Don’t waste your money here! I got the “premium wash” and my car was nowhere near clean. I might as well have not gotten a wash! Look elsewhere as I will be needing to get another wash in the same day!

Poor quality car wash. Used the touch-less lane for premium wash. After the wash there were dust and spots all over the vehicle; I can run my hand on any area and see dirt marks clearly. The windshields, windows were left messy with soap and polish still showing, especially the color marks of the blue and yellow polish. The dryer does not blow air forcefully to dry the car after the wash. The wheels were not cleaned properly even though there was not much dust or dirt on the wheels. The lower portions of the car body still have dirt and spots, the latter from the wash process itself. This car wash definitely is in need of major servicing and overhaul. Until it is serviced and certified to wash properly, it should not be used.

Terrible! I might as well have just wiped it down with a dry towel and probably have gotten better results “premium” 16 dollar wash by the way

Love this place! Finished product always looks amazing. My vehicles travel from Pittsburgh to car shows all over the country and this is the car watch I use before I get on the road. It stays clean for days! Get a receipt you might get a coupon code.

I used the touch free service. Its good if your car is not very dirty. It had many options as express service, detailed etc but I do not see much difference between among them. So express for 10$ works good.

Good car wash for the money, and you usually get a coupon for your next visit. Im partial for the touchless bay

I splurged for the $16 wash. The touchless car wash stopped after my car was covered in suds. I called a number and they gave me a code to try again, which I appreciated, and that time it worked. Even with two soapings, however, there were areas including the tires that were left very dirty. Im not going here again. Very disappointed.

Touch and touch less wash available. Special package pricing for 5 wash could be bought. Good value for money.

After selecting their premium wash option I pulled forward until the monitor told me to stop. The car wash then proceeded to rinse the car off before covering it in soap. Once completely covered in soap everything stopped, the garage door opened, and the monitor prompted me to pull forward and leave the car wash. I had to go to another car wash in order to get the soap that was dumped on my car off. I highly recommend cutting out the middle man and not wasting your money on this car wash.

I go here often. Does a nice job & doesnt damage my vehicle. I rarely have to wait long here. Often a bay open.

We just had our car washed with Dirks Car Wash. They came to our house. Detailed the car. It looks amazingly new and smells great. Best car wash I have ever had. And for $35, they came to us and detailed it. Best of all, they barely use any water.

Update. A year and a half has passed and still no resolution to the damage on my vehicle.My vehicle was damaged by the touch free car wash. I followed the automated responses to the letter, and the revolving nozzle wand still scraoed the entire side if my brand new vehicle. To add insult to injury the owner didnt respond to my phone calls until 7 hours later and countless attempts to contact him. I asked him for insurance i formation which he still has not provided me with. Terrible experience, and awful management! I do not recommend this business to anyone!

I took my car through the touchless car wash. After stopping where it instructed me to, the wand that revolves around the car hit my front bumper repeatedly. I could not move my car as the wand was rotating, so I was forced to wait for it to stop. After getting out, I noticed many scratches and some chunks missing from the bumper. I called the owner, and he answered very unprofessionally, told me he’d have someone watch the video tomorrow and call me back...which he obviously never did.I HIGHLY recommend never taking your car here unless you want it to leave damaged!

A complete waste of $18. After some snow days I was looking forward to a great car wash, well I was greatly disappointed as the car was not properly cleaned. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Not happy they raised the prices and there is one awkward vacuum that took my money before.

Touchless wash scraped my car. Followed instructions (and have taken my car through here a number of times before without in incident) and the touchless sprayers hit my front bumper and scratched the paint. Called the owner to let them know that their wash was broken hoping theyd close it and save someone else the heartache, and they offered me a refund or a voucher for another wash.

The brush car wash works better than the brushless.
