Horrible place... I went there to wash my jeep and I was very disappointed to find half of the options missing from the selector knob. And to make it worse, the high pressure soap didnt havn any soap in it, just water ( I sprayed for 30 secs waiting for suds to come out.. never happened) it was a waste of money, I couldve went to another car wash in the area for the same price and gotten better options... I wont be returning.

Seems a little dishonest. I wish my time clock at work counted down time as quickly as the machines here do. I didn’t time it but I’d be interested to see a comparison done. Also, 0.25 buys you 20 seconds & not 25 like almost every other car wash. But, the machines worked well.

Have used both the car wash and dog wash, both are great any easy to use! My dog didnt mind it at all, was so fresh and so clean clean after his bath there. Way cheaper then going to any groomer. Highly recommend.

No brushes at this wash; they rely solely on power washers along the sides. Bird droppings on your roof or windshield? Forget about it. Getting your windows clean? Only the side windows. And they arent cheaper than other locations in the area: the same price for far lower quality.I chose 2 stars only because I cannot comment on the pet washing aspects of the business. If youre going because of the car wash, Google other locations in the area.

My daughter and I took our dog to wash him. After reading that its $10 to start we changed our minds. Theres no indication as to how much time that $10 buys you. I cant see spending$15-$20 to wash my own dog. Might be worth it to others though.

Constantly had to keep re trying to get wash accept money. The vacuum kept returning the coins. Tried to get a towel from machine took money couldnt get towel and kept the miney

I was excited to use the dig wash this a.m. around 945a 7/5/20 and after I put a $5 bill in absolutely nothing happened...I tried the water..tried changing machine selections..nothing. No instructions...no indication it was out of order. Called and left a V.M. and hoping to get a call back with refund. Nothing but a dirty pup, confused and out $5. Pics and video.

Decent car wash, not sure why i was charged 10$ for swiping my card once to use water for a couple minutes...swiped only once. Use cash instead

My son and I were they on 7/5 to wash our dog, My debit card is worn and wouldnt scan, the owner popped in and turned it on for me. I fought with my dog for 20 minutes to get him in the tub, it wasnt a wasted battle thanks to the owner. Much appreciated.

So convenient when you live in Brookline. The drive thru wash is awesome. Gets the car really clean! Prices are competitive and it’s way better than driving all the way to Getgo or Sheetz. The vacuums are very powerful too. Nothing worse than going to vacuum out your car and it won’t pick anything up. I don’t have a dog so I can’t attest to the dog wash, but it seems like a good idea.

Love this place. Was a great place to take the dogs. The owner happened to be there and gave me and the wife a quick tour. Even for a dog who doesn’t like to get baths she did well here.

Ok place. The bays seem to always be filthy with mud and soot. In all fairness though, the wands and brushes always work as they should.

Paid for a wash twice’ machine never gave me my wash.. or any receipt..emailed owner said he’d make it right.. took a little time to get paid back, but the owner was very professional in making the process complete,The automatic wash needs a little tweaking, To witch the owner is currently addressing.. its a new system and needs some adjustments.. I will go back anytime for a wash, and will recommend to my family and friends.. Thank you..

Fantastic place!! I highly recommend! I stopped by today to wash my car and the owner was a very personable man he helped me out with information on the car wash (btw it sprays the undercarriage of your car even if you do the cheapest option) to get the salt off my car and we discussed the dog wash option which I think is also great. The owner gave me a free glass cleaner wipe and the touchless wash actually made my car clean. I’ve been through a lot of car washes but I definitely will be back!

We took our dog here for a quick wash and were happy with the facility. There are 2 stalls that are pretty private which is nice. If there are people in the other stall you can hear them but there is a wall between the two. There is a locking door also. The bathing station is accessed by your dog via a set of stairs and there is a lead to hook your dogs leash to so they dont jump out. The bathing station was kinda dirty still from the previous user but there is a sanitizer option on the hose to clean before you put your dog in. Theres also a bucket to dispose of any hair build-up. I recommend bringing a pair of kitchen gloves so youre not touching that gunk. It costs a minimum of $10 to wash your dog which starts you off at 10 minutes, which I found was just enough time to do my 50 lb dog. you may want to bring extra cash just in case you run over. Also bring towels because even though there is a drying hose, it would take a very long time to completely dry your dog with this. There are several settings on the unit including flea/tick shampoo but we skipped that since I treat my dog for fleas and ticks anyways and you dont want to put too much product on your dog. We used the soap, conditioner, and fragrance, or oder stopper (cant remember exactly what it was). It all comes right out of the hose with the water which is nice and easy. There is not much between you and your dog so you will get a little wet. Bring an extra towel for yourself! Afterwards we unhooked her and brought her down, let her shake a bit. Upon exiting the owner greeted us and was very nice and welcoming. He gave us T-Shirts which are pretty cool! All in all I will definitely come back. In the summer I will probably just bath her in my yard with the hose, but this facility is perfect for winter bathing especially since my bathtub is a little too cramped. I would also use this place coming home from camping or swimming in the lake etc to bath her before getting back to the house. I think $10 is the perfect price point for this facility/service and would recommend.

Wonderful set up for the dog wash! The steps leading up to the wash basins were super handy and so was the blow dryer. Our black dog gave this place two paws up!

Always clean and well stocked. Whatever wax they use makes the dirt slide right off my car with just wiping it down. Since the name changed to black dog its much improved. Lots of soap and water for the money.

I have been using Black Dog Car Wash for some time now. Theyre open 24 hours and always have an open Bay. All the machines seem to work all the time. It is clean and always well-maintained. Last Summer I use my credit card for the car wash. I was concerned that I had swiped it twice and was going to get charged double. I emailed the address on the sign and to my surprise got an answer within a few minutes. The owner said his name was Todd and that he was sorry if there was any inconvenience and to check my bill and let him know immediately if there had been an overcharge. As it turns out that there wasnt one period on my next trip I saw a guy and his young family working around the car wash. I just called hey are you Todd and it was him. He was friendly and glad to have the business. I even got to meet the black dog who is sitting in the truck like black dogs like to do. This is a great example of a family-run business that knows what its doing.

Sometimes things are down there but owner will reimburse you and usually responds withing 24hrs. no air fresheners dispencer and limited wash cycles for washing vehicle also.

It just your average pay to wash your own car there is nothing really special about it. They did use to offer wheel and engine cleaner as an option but not any more.

Its a car wash. It worked as i would imagine...Coin dispensers work well...they take card too....not a place to clean out your truck bed....they should dedicate one stall for big trucks. The police patrol that road for speeders so often its probably safe to use 24/7.

Put a 10 dollar bill in the change machine and received $2.25 in quarters. There is no number at the wash to call when there are issues and after searching the internet there is no contact for a reimbursement anywhere.It took some research but I was able to find the owner and they are sending me a reimbursement thankfully. Owner stated theyre going to add a comment box for anyone that needs to get in touch with them when they have issues.

Spent $15 in cash on the touchless car wash only to get stuck in the stall with an unclean car. Had to get out of my car once stuck in the garage to hit the emergency open. I had to back my car out. There is no contact phone number to call for a refund. Thats my complaint.....I just wanted my money back. Its unacceptable if I dont hear back from a manger or owner.I changed my review to 4 stars because of their customer service. I cant speak for the touchless car wash itself since it broke. I have used their self serve washes and never had a problem, but the way they treat their customers speakwords. Thats what matters most to me. My issue was taken care of promply after my complaint and they gave me a full refund. Thank you and I will be back down to try your touchless car wash again because of the service I received.

Yes...everything in working order here. A bit pricey for a $2.50 start that ends in the 7 to 8 dollar range. If you use the soap brush extensively, youll definitely get to put a lot more coins in to get it rinsed off!

Terrible car was 25 cents for 20 seconds. No pressure and soap foam brush lacks soap. 5 dollars and my trucks covered in soap. Go somewhere else!!

Machines eat quarters that dont register. Only go during daylight hours.

Card shows a 10 dollar charge for a 2 dollar wash. Not sure if it until it actually posts or if its the minimum. But no signs or numbers to call for support. So yea... if its 10 buck thanks but not coming back.

Twice the price of almost any other car wash around. The spray nozzle was junk.

You get like 20 seconds for 25 cents, the soap sprays horribly plus is not good soap, itll cost $15+ if you want to wash your whole car, rims, wheel wells and thats while moving as fast as you possibly can.

Soap brush scratched the heck out of my finish...I went twice today, both bays were full of mud...charged my card 10.00 for each vehicle cleaned...see if I get charged correctly when processed or its off to the BBB.
