I called about a car they told me I couldn’t test drive it. My fiancé called right after and they told him he could. This place of business sold me a car with an engine that died 10 exact days after purchase. I called and ask for help they stated this happened with a customer before me and said they would help find another engine. They are still giving me the run around. Be careful here.UpdateThe company followed up with me and told me they were shipping an engine. Scott Dolfi was very apologetic and empathetic about the whole situation and I am appreciative of the company keeping their word and following through.UpdateIt has been well over a month and I have yet to receive the engine they told me they had purchased and they have yet to provide me with proof of purchase or ability to track the engine seeing as they have stated they don’t know where the engine is and it should have been delivered already so that it may be installed. They drafted a release of liability document holding both parties legally responsible if violated after I left my first review that the sales manager Zach demanded I take down from Google and I was told I had to sign this document in order for them to send me the engine. I complied with the terms of the document, but I still don’t have an engine. I have called numerous times to speak with the sales manager Zach about the engine whereabouts and he has yet to return my calls or messages the other representatives leave for him regarding the engine whereabouts. I have had to retain a lawyer seeing as it is now 9/30/2021 I purchased the vehicle on 4/16/2021 and it became inoperable due to a failed engine on 4/26/2021 and there is no proof the agreement has been fulfilled by the other party. I have not been able to use the vehicle or move it without paying for a tow.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARELW advertises a very attractive deal to buyers outside their market. Free shipping if you pay asking price.They however make no provisions for you to be able to have the car inspected without selling it right out from under you.They listed a car I wanted for sale. Every other day for 2 weeks I called Caden to see if the car arrived or when it was going to arrive. Never once did he return my calls or email me an update.During one of of my regular calls I spoke to Ralph who told me the car was already on the lot! I was a bit annoyed as I had intended to schedule the inspection for the day the car arrived. Never the less I scheduled the next available Pre Purchase Inspection appointment via Ralphs recommendation of LemonSquad a cost of $179.Ralph and I spoke Fri right before closing. Sat was the scheduled inspection. Sun LW is closed. Today, Mon, Im supposed to get my LemonSquad report this afternoon, but now its worthless since the car was sold this weekend.I offered to put a deposit before the car even made it to the dealership, but they wont take deposits until after PPI per their policy! How the hell is that supposed to work?!Now Im out the car I really wanted and possibly $179 for the inspection. This place BLOWS!

My internet car purchase from LW was a flawless transaction. About 8 months ago, sight unseen, I bought a 2001 Corvette, Stock #: 98585896, with 76,000 miles. They repaired the oil pressure sender because I noticed the gauge pegged in the instrument panel photo, and the fixed the HUD when I did not even know it existed. I have no history with these cars, so a few other tricky issues with the car were more Corvette related than dealer related, and I dealt with them myself. I do have to mention the mouse nest in the blower motor cage was quite a shock. The transport of the vehicle by open trailer to Kenton, OH was done in a purely professional manner. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle over the internet from LW. By the way, It may be hard for some to understand, but the exhaust system on the car is what convinced me to get it. I love to drive the car and am very happy with my purchase.

My friend bought the convertible jaquar but had to do some talking to make a 1900$ deal off the price only to lose some of the things they shud have fixed before putting it on the market anyways. But wasnt my money so who am I to comment. I guess he wanted the car very much. Oh well...such as life.

I would buy another car from LW no question about it. I purchased a MB Cabriolet from out of State and traded my car. I drove down from NY spent 1 hour and left in my 2017 MB. These guys were the greatest! The whole transaction was done on NY State paperwork, The car was exactly as they described, was serviced thoroughly, new tires, break pads etc. the car was thoroughly clean, they even took pictures of the underside I got what I wanted for my trade and they did not jack the price up on it when they put it up for sale. We drove from Columbus, OH to trade in my Navigator for a Range Rover from LW Automotive. I like how at no time did they try to over sell us. They had ninety-nine pictures of the Range Rover online! 99!!! All of the pictures were professional. There were no surprises. We started the paperwork on-line and were in and out quickly. We forgot to remove our front license plate. I sent them a text and they sent it to us in the mail at no additional charge! When it is time to trade up, I will definitely check with them first!

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Ridgeline from LW and it was a great experience. We purchased a 2009 Mercedes ML 350 from LW with the warranty. Within in a week of owning the car we had issues with the transmission. We brought into their repair shop and they said they couldn’t replicate the problem. The next time we drove it problem occurred again. This time LW had us leave the car after over a month and still they told us they still couldn’t identify the problem. We ended up taking it to a Mercedes dealer who identified and fixed the problem. When we submitted the repair to the warranty company it was denied, because LW already fixed the problem. The repair was over $2000. We purchased the car for $12,500 and ended up trading in 1 year later with 87,000 miles on it for $5500. We also contacted the warranty company that LW sold to us about the 2 years left on the warranty and they are ignoring our request for the unused months.

I had a very good experience here this past July. I found a car on their website I was interested in and drove up from DC (four hour drive, so easy) to test drive it and did end up purchasing it. It was a smooth and painless process; didnt take long at the dealership after the test drive with paperwork, etc., and I was back home later that evening. I waited to write a review until after I was able to register the car (in October, due to having to make DMV appointments because of Covid), and everything checked out and was fine with registration. The staff were helpful and communicative, and I would buy a car here again. Recommend.

I bought a jeep off of them 5 years ago. When they were at the old location. Had a good experience. Went today to look at an Audi, was told we had to make a deal before I could test drive it. Who the hell makes a deal before driving a car?! Get bent! Good luck with that, I’ll never shop there again.*just to be clear they didn’t call me after this review. The salesman (with no mask on) said you have several people interested in it and it was going into pre-purchase inspection for someone on Monday, so I’m sure you’ll do fine. I’ll go somewhere else.

Most dealerships will only email you and ask you to call. We worked out a great deal for both the dealer and me. They shipped the car to Florida and I didnt have a single complaint. They have over 100 photos of the car and a full walk around video. I bought sight unseen. Honestly I couldnt be happier. Even months after still a kid in a candy shop. Lorne at LW Automotive gave me very fair trade-in values for my 2008 Porsche 911 & 1994 Acura NSX and found me a pristine 2006 Ferrari F430 with very low miles at the right price.
