This renovation was managed from Munich, Germany and Seattle, WA, which added additional challenges and everything went perfectly. Had a not so great first experience with the original quote but Kellee reached out to me directly to get feedback and correct the situation. I am impressed that she took the time to make it right and valued what I had to say. Immediately after, someone else came out to give me some proper insight into the project and offer to update the quote. It sounds like it will probably be a 4-5 day job.. :)

Overall great experience. Needed 3 fans installed and had them installed immediately with no problems. Kayla is great to work with and does a fantastic job making sure you get everything you need. Excellent service and quick responses. We used their service for replacing our damaged wood floors. They were very responsive and got us scheduled very quickly, and the service was also excellent.

Homer was sent the day after I called to schedule the work. We had about 5-6 small jobs - some that were somewhat complicated - involving several water faucets, a ceiling fan that was not able to receive input from the remote control, a metal framed window and a metal framed door that would not lock properly. All were completed in 2 hours, except for 1 that required us to buy a new faucet assembly and 1 (a metal framed window that would close 100%) that could not be fixed due to the building settling slightly. Homer analyzed the problem and came up with the cause. Ultimately the solution was not possible because to file off the metal parts that were catching would have most certainly ruined the locking mechanism. Luckily, we are on the 3rd floor and it closes sufficiently to keep out the weather. I will be calling them again soon to replace the corroded faucet assembly on the utility tub after I have time to buy it from Lowes. So, I will certainly hire them again. Excellent service!

They admitted to doing worse work because it was faster and cheaper, which was extremely evident. Apparently they took the job as a favor to the contractor who sub contacted to them, and they phoned it in because they felt it was under bid. So we were affected by their politics and it felt super dishonest.

They are a perfect team and we couldn’t have asked for more. They’re well organized, extremely customer centric, genuinely care about our budget, objectives, and tight timeline. More importantly, the workmanship was incredible, and the work performed each day were fast and clean. Yes, that another big compliment! They come in early in the morning, get the work done, and quietly leaves keeping the house so clean like they were never here. Either we were luck out with this team or just blessed. I couldn’t say enough good thing about this company and this team. When we needed changes to the project, they improvised. Of course, we need to be reasonable customers with changes in project cost, but they were there to help us meet our objectives. Excellent work!

Honest renovations recently worked with me on two different projects in the office. One was to renovate the bathrooms and the other was to laminate the flooring to give it a pristine look. Though I requested to start both projects together, Martha didn’t make any excuses as to not entertain my request. And the best part is that both the projects were completed on time, with just 1 day difference. After the job was done, people in the office commended the work they have done and I paid them a bit extra too for the great work. Martha is a superb designer and project manager and leads a team of professionals that do marvelous work. We might get a game room too and will definitely hire Honest Renovations again to design it too!

I am a manufacturing professional with a multi-national organization.I contacted Honest Renovators and they sent Charles from SelRach Renovations to my residence. He informed that Honest Renovators is a contractor referral service on their behalf.We had lengthy written correspondence regarding the scope and quality of work, at all times the correspondence was courteous and professional. I can post correspondence and pics of quality if requested.I noticed poor workmanship during the project, so Charles cancelled our contract before completing the work. He provided a partial refund, however the check was returned for insufficient funds (I can post pic if requested)Charles insurance company did pay for replacing bathroom wall tiles he damaged during re-grout, but they expressly did NOT pay for the re-grout now lifting from the bathroom floor tiles.Liberty Mutual will not cover workmanship, only collateral damages.Our contract states a one year warranty for work performed, and the floor grout is lifting off of the tile, but Honest Renovations and Charles have not informed me of how they will make repairs covered by our contract warranty.Also, I paid $382.00 more than the work performed as clearly outlined in cancellation, however, Honest Renovations and Charles have not indicated how they intend to resolve the overpayment.I have kindly asked Honest Renovations for their contractors license number, and to resolve this matter, but they have not provided me their contractors license number or resolved anything.I have made good faith attempts to resolve this matter and can post pics of lifting grout, insurance documents, and the job cancellation calculations if Honest Renovations requests.I am under the impression that Honest Renovators just finds you a contractor, and they do not take any responsibility to resolve the warranty and refund due.I have no ill will towards anyone and will keep everyone posted on how this is resolved.11-24 So far Honest Renovators has accused me of being rude and has not addressed the grout lifting off of my tile, the one year warranty, or Charles refund check being returned for insufficient funds.Honest Renovators is entitled to their opinion, if anyone wants to see the workmanship done by their contractors - let me know.Why hasnt Honest Renovators provided me with their contractors license number or post it on their web site? Honest renovations was fantastic to work with on our house. It was a fairly large project and they met both timeline and budget requirements. We met with 5 different contractors over 6 months before we made a decision and we never felt rushed by This Team, they were very patient and answered all of our questions. The end result is amazing, we get compliments on our home all the time. When the work was complete they did an excellent job of cleaning up the site and making sure our expectations were met, Ill definitely use them again in the future.

This is the second time we are using Honest Renovators and I am as happy with the work now as the first time. This time we remodel our master nedrooms and it turned out really great. The enclosed shower is a work of art with layers upon layers of structure and protection. Only way to be able to promise a water proof shower according to the team and the shower is a stunner! Honest Renovators delivered us an awesome kitchen! We couldn`t be more pleased with the renovation. After several several designs and quotes we decided to go with Honest Renovators. Not only was the design the best it was a very fair price as well. We had a big basement remodel, where we needed to open up half of it and finish the other half in full. The sales rep at the time lead us through the selections and options with ease. The nice part about this was in many remodels you get a price then get to selections and the price continues to go up. That was not the case here, and we love everything. We had now added a official billards and TV area. Another room with a poker area, a full bar and a wine cellar, that walks down to a media room. It turned out amazing, couldn’t of looked better. Honest Renovators did an amazing job on my kitchen.After talking with other construction companies , this company wasthe best choice for me. I was in need of everything new in my kitchen,but did not want to go in debt to get what I needed. I basically kept the same layout so the price would not be to high. There were some smallchanges to make things look different. The job took 14 days. Therewas only one worker at the house to get the job done with Rafal coming in a few times to help with a few things. They needed to demo everything. They hauled away everything and cleaned up when done.If you are not in need of a designer to plan everything out and knowwhat you want look know farther. Honest Renovators can get the job done and it will look amazing and his price wont hurt your pocketbook.

I had both my bathroom and kitchen remodeled and the finished product looks stupendous, and it was affordable to boot. Everything used to be mediocre. I didn’t enjoy spending time getting ready in the bathroom or cooking, but all of that has changed now. It’s amazing what new floors and lighting can do (along with various other changes). Our guests love the finished product as well.

Weve hired this company for two big renovation jobs in our old two flat greystone over the past two years. They did an excellent job both times. They did a complete gut rehab of our large master bathroom, and after that job was such an astounding success, we hired them to rehab our 1st floor bathroom, our 1st floor kitchen, install overhead lighting throughout the house, revamp our foyer and install new hardwood flooring throughout our entire 2nd floor, along with a host of other rehab projects thrown in. All big jobs, and stressful for us, but they handled everything with ease and the utmost professionalism. This company is excellent on the design side of things.. This is the best project manager you could hope for (excellent communication, follow up, and logistical management), and all of the contractors do top notch work, are very professional, are respectful of the job site, and are just all-around nice guys. We fully recommend with no hesitation. They are the best.

Start to finish Honestly Renovators did a fantastic job building an addition that was close to our original house size for us while we lived in the house(all 8 of us..). It was not a small, simple project. Honest Renovators one-stop approach made a difficult project a lot stressful and time consuming. The team was professional, easy to work with and most importantly compassionate. Compassionate is not a word most people would use to describe a builder, but it applies to . They understood how hard it is to go through a construction project while trying to raise a family and have a full time job. The team clearly communicated with us and were available day and night to answer our questions. Where they really stood out was when there was a problem or setback. They didnt panic or sugar coat the situation, the applied resources and their years of experience to fix the issue. Every project has issues, it is how the builder deals with them that was important to us. The service after the job was complete was excellent. They stand behind their work and truly view themselves as craftsmen vs. builders. As such, they made sure that we were 100% happy with the work. They even fixed a cabinet issue that was our fault (dont hang wet towels on racks attached to cabinets is the lesson we learned). Hknest renovators has our number, we are always happy to be a reference for them.
