Had a good experience with kitchenrama. Walked in, found a beautiful quartz countertop. Large selection, much cheaper than everyone in the area. Friendly salesman, we told them which slab we liked and they called 2 days later to schedule an in-home measurement. They showed up on time and were able to install it about 12 days later. Installers were nice and did a good job, only small complaint is they slightly scratched a cabinet during installation. Would recommend if youre looking for nice stones at great prices. Our quartz was $39 sq/ft installed, way cheaper than even the big box stores

They give you competitive price, the stone looks good but You will definitely not have a good experience buying with them. We got a quartz countertop replaced and there was a chip on the island which they try to cover up. We asked for a new one and the reluctantly changed it. When installing a new sink the cut the vent underneath it. This time they did not fix the dishwasher to the stone, And now the dishwasher is broke and goes in and out. When removing the old countertop they cut the drywall and did not fix it. When I called the store for them to fix it, she denied fixing it so we had to get it done from our contractor. For all it’s worth paying a little bit more, And getting it done elsewhere.

From day one, we had a WONDERFUL experience! From picking out our quartz, working with this family owned business, to the flawless installation! The prices were superb too! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to buy granite and/or quartz.

Be careful. The granite is beautiful. The installation not so much. The installers were in a hurry and drilled my faucet holes unevenly. We were able to make it work but it was not the most elegant job. When they show up, watch what they are doing. Beware: they tend to use colorful language

These guys are the BEST!!! Recommended to me by a friend for new countertops, I took a chance after looking at a few other places and Im so glad I did!! Everyone was super friendly from start to finish, especially John. Im very hands on and loved being able to walk around, ask questions, and look at the actual pieces they had available. Turnaround time was SUPER fast - two weeks start to finish. The counter installation itself went so smoothly. The guys were super careful during the whole process and kept me in the loop while they were installing - we had fun! I had ordered my own sink and they took great care not to scratch it. Everything is so PERFECT, I honestly could not be happier!!

We came to this place after going to a few places that ignored us. When we walked into thier showroom the staff was so helpful, plus they have a huge selection of granite, quartz and the prices are probably the best we seen. It only took less than two weeks for them to install the granite which was insane compared to other places were saying 3 to 4 weeks. We are so happy with the work they did and recommend them... Also great company hours.

We had a good experience working with Kitchenrama to get our countertops replaced right up until the end. During installation, they pulled our oven out so that they could more easily maneuver the countertop, and either when they pulled it out or put it back in place, they broke the oven door such that we are unable to even pry it open and now have to get a new range. They left without saying a word and refused to take any responsibility for it when we called to inquire about it, claiming that the range was just fragile.

Although I appreciate the hours of operation, to do the same vanity top and backsplash in the same quartz was an additional $400 compared to other places I looked. Better pricing is available, so shop around if you don’t want to overspend!

I was in there over the weekend. I was advised that someone would call me Tuesday or Wednesday to set up an appointment to get measurements! They called my house on Wednesday, I was not available they left a message. He called me again 15 minutes later. Then about 30 minutes later he just comes to my home as hes knocking on my door he is calling my house for the third time! I have never in my life had any reputable company show up at my home without setting up an appointment first! I was so livid and advised him he did not set up an appointment and I had something else going on! I will NOT be using this company ever that was horrible! You should not be doing business in this manner!

We got 2 beautiful slabs of quartz counter top for our bar. Each where about 9ft long and the managed to get them down some narrow and steep basement stairs in one piece! Any other company would have wanted to cut them in half, but they wanted to make sure we got the best possible finished product. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just finished working with Kitchenramma for two quartz counters at the business I own. They have a showroom in the strip district, and also an adequate selection of remnants to choose from. Their pricing was more competitive than other local remnant shops, and I found them more responsive and friendlier to work with. They always showed up as scheduled. They always called me back to answer questions. And the install with the under-mount sinks looks perfect. I made a mistake myself with two shelves I requested be cut, and they even corrected the issue the same day for me, even though it wasnt their fault. I would highly recommend!

I recently purchased new granite counter tops from Kitchenramma and I highly recommend anyone in the Pittsburgh area check them out. I shopped around to multiple businesses in the area and not only were they the best price, they were the only local company that took the time to discuss my project with me without rushing me out the door. I cant say enough good things about the process and the folks I worked with there - Art and Nick. I really appreciated the time they took to discuss my stone selection with me and to make a recommendation about the edging. They also were the only company who guaranteed that they would not put a seam in the stone. If you are looking for new granite counter tops, absolutely check this place out. Their service is outstanding and I am extremely pleased with the results.

Where do I begin? This place is awful. Lets start with the order. My order was wrong 3 times. When I did receive them, there were missing parts, each cabinet had a major imperfection, scratch, or chip on it and half of them did not have slow close hinges on them. I asked for some touch up paint that they ordered from the paint store down the street which I found was NOT a matching white. The granite install was a nightmare. They had to cut out sections off all the drywall and was prying on the drywall where there were no studs therefore putting holes through it. The young kid installer used some 2x4s and other wood I had laying around as a brace against an adjacent wall where there was no support and pushed the drywall in cracking all the seams and drywall. Then they tried leaving without fixing the main seam because they had another job to go to. Which by the way looked horrible and it had some chipping on the edge.Bottom line is the only good thing about this place was they negotiated the price and the cabinets are plywood. Other than that they have nothing going for them. Not to mention the difficulty in communication which luckily Josh was able to help.

Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly sales person, Jim. I knew exactly what I was looking for and was excited that I finally found the Black Fusion stone. There were 3 slabs of this granite and I wanted to choose which slab of the 3 I liked best. The owner reluctantly showed us the first slab and then said the others looked the same. Anyone who knows anything about granite knows there are no two pieces alike. He refused to show us the other slabs unless we put half the money down. We were so incensed by his attitude and rudeness we chose to leave. Sad for me because I really wanted one of those slabs. But, didnt want it bad enough to put up with an unprofessional take-it-or-leave-it attitude. If you want to make a purchase...dont go there, they dont want your business! Youll only be an inconvenience to them.

Would highly recommend Pittsburgh Kitchenramma!! All the staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered the crystal white quartz on July 15th and had countertops installed on the 24th. They were even willing to come out twice to measure!!Don’t even bother to shop around, no one compares to their low prices! We got a steep discount from the owner since we paid in cash. All other comparable places would have cost at least additional 2k. Great selection as well!We will be returning to Pittsburgh Kitchenramma for future business!

Amazing work and design.Wonderful team to work with.Beautiful custom adapting to a challenging structural space.Either shaker cabinets have beautiful finish and quality, soft- close doors , the nicest countertop choice I have seen anywhere- a quartz that looks like real marble and an expensive contemporary grade- much nicer than a basic Carrera marble look- more like Calcutta markings. The designer and measured, Jack, has been excellent with great attention to detail- as have the work team , Jimmy Zheng.

Overall a really good experience. I was shopping around for a piece of granite for a counter-top and was new to the whole experience. One place wanted to offer me a price for the granite, then a price for installation, and only if they had a scrap piece on hand was it anywhere near worth the right price. Another place I asked questions about how much overhang would be safe and they told me that the cabinet installers would be able to tell you that... really? its your granite... and Im the one installing the cabinets... because yet another company i got with quoted me $900 just for a basic 60 x 24 cabinet set. I ended up buying them myself from Lowes for $500 and they werent just basic oak either. Anyways Nick at Kitchen-rama not only gave me an all in one deal for the slab of granite, he actually asked me questions about what I wanted to do and gave me the warm and fuzzy in regards to how I would go about achieving the results I desired. One small hiccup was that I kind of had to push a little bit to get my granite installed within a week of me getting the cabinets installed. I had the impression originally that they would install that weekend after I called Saturday morning to tell them the cabinets were in. It almost got pushed back a week because they were busy, but after talking to them we got the granite in after getting the area measured by the next Friday, and man did it look stunning. Im not a rich guy, but when you look at my new granite tabletop island in my kitchen, you might think I am pretty rich!I give these guys 5 stars even though there was a minor hiccup in scheduling, because after talking with them they worked their schedule around to accommodate me and I really appreciated that. What a beautiful piece of granite, my wife says its the best thing weve done to our house since we bought it.
