Very unprofessional! Tony came out for a quote saying I would get it later that evening or the following day but never heard from them again. Same thing as other negative reviews as well. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Had a new high efficiency furnace, air conditioner and humidifier installed by Caruso Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, Tony Caruso and team, were professional and informative. Tony took time to listen to my questions and concerns, and provided a design that worked for me. His bid was competitive with the other 5 estimates I received. His team arrived on the day and time promised, and had all components up and running smoothly 6 1/2 hours later. They had to go through 2 walls to vent the furnace. Clean up was meticulous. Had I not known they were there, I would not have have known they were there. I would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend Caruso Heating and Cooling to family and friends.
