I call what I thought was a local number because the service center is about 2 miles away from my home. But what I got was a woman at a call center somewhere out of the country who spoke with a very strong accent. I repeatedly asked her to repeat what she said. I had trouble getting her to understand that my refrigerator was not working. Then finally I got it across to her that I needed appointment, well she tells me the next one would be in six days. I repeated that my refrigerator was not working, but she didnt seem to care so I hung up the call. Never again will call Sears appliance repair service!!!

The repairman was honest, straightforward and professional. He called ahead and showed up on time.. Reasonably priced, and it was a Saturday. Id definitely use them again.

No matter what number you call, you get the call center in India and the folks there are very friendly but hard to understand. Call quality isnt the best. Told them to cancel my order and instead they ordered the same part again AND charged my card. Sigh.

Showed no interest in repairing anything. Just wanted to sell a ridiculously priced warranty designed to scam money from people. Stay away.

Good service by serviceman. Difficult to arrange timely service. Cost estimate for compressor replacement quite pricey.

Serviceman arrived on time and immediately got to work troubleshooting my gas dryer. He was very knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly. He explained the problem and what would need fixed with cost. After replacing the part, he examined other parts of the dryer for wear to insure no other service was required. Cost was a expected. Great experience would use again. Highly recommended.

They were trying to charge me a lot more money than I was expected to pay and when I tried to get my refund back I went through several different people and I canceled when a reasonable time and they still took the money out of my account and made my account negative and has not returned my money and has been trying to not give me my money transferring me to several people I even called Sears corporate office nobody is really helping me and they should owe me the money that made my account negative as well as the $306 that they owe me.
