They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.1, hail damage2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,3, roof was starting to blister4, had warped decking.Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.Need someone to get the job done right the first time give Phoenix Roofing a call.Thanks for your help,Matthew

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible.
