The good thing is that they have almost everything you need. The bad part is that they sell everything cheap from China. Im all into saving money however crap from China usually needs to be replaced in a year anyway... anything from water sprinkler valves, to light fixtures Ive had to replace several times.

My experience has been horrible the last couple times Ive been in this store. The customer service is the worst I have had to deal with from any store. I tried to give them one more chance with a kitchen remodel Im planning to do. But they never showed up at my house after rescheduling 3 times. In sorry but when I scheduled they promised they would not be like a cable repair and if they told a time they would be there at that time. My appointment was for 3 pm, they called and told me they cant so asked if I can change to 12pm I said yes. 1230 comes and they call and say they cant make it till 230pm. Well now my day is ruined

Failed to show up for my prepaid front door install. Failed to help me with rescheduling of install so I hired Lowes for my new front door. The store management simply does not care about their customers. Thank you Lowes!!! Love the new front door.
