Right When Needed! When my contractor delayed the start of the job by a week, Scott Waste Services was able to change the dumpster delivery date by a week at the last minute. I’ve used them twice and both times the delivery and pickup was right when needed and right in the spot I wanted it. SCOTT is the right choice for jobs of all sizes. Very responsive people and easy to work with.

I used Scott Waste Services for a month. They were courteous and answered ny initial questions. They were prompt in picking up and dropping off the dumpster as requested and went out of their way to schedule the drop early in the morning so my demo crew was not waiting around for it. Called most other big box competitive brothers first and all of them were quick to tell me the cost of failure to adhere to their long list of demands and rules before even asking me what my needs would be. Very impersonal, take or leave it, dont care attitude. Scott Waste Services was the first ones to ask me how they could help me to solve my task. Once we clarified my needs they told me the cost and any additional cost that might be incurred. Taking the time to understand my job site issues triggered a decision to spend my money with them. Scott waste Services made a promise, which become a debt, to call me on the way out, deliver to me a unit with in a time frame, and to pickup the unit when they said they would. Debt owed. Debt paid in full!! Scotts actions made my business look professional because I was able to pay my debt owed to the customers I worked for. Therefore, I say Scott Waste Services did a Great Job!

WARNING: I would never hire this company again... I called and asked questions about their service... I was looking for a roll off service that could drop off and pick up in a 24 hour notice because my store is in an area where other people will start dumping in my dumpster. Scott Waste Services sales pitch was that they can pickup with a 24 hour notice so that the Roll-off Container doesnt sit too long and become over filled by others. I like that because they charge extra for over weight Roll-off containers. So I ordered a 12 yard dumpster 8/20/2021 They dropped it off no problem... I had it over the weekend and called Tuesday morning and they said that wont have availability for a few days...I asked to speak to a manager to discuss my full container concern...After a long hold I finally got to speak with Alyssa who was extremely rude, careless and claimed she is the owner... Im not sure if I believe her or if Alyssa is her real name... I told her that I was really disappointed with her handling my concern and how she conducts business and that I would not give her company a good review... She clearly told me that She does not care about 1 bad review over all her good reviews... Now my Dumpster is way overfilled and continuing to grow as I wait a few days for them to pick it up... I do not know what to do with all this extra trash and very certain that there will be a few tons of over charge on my credit card :( And they have me on an agreement that they can charge my credit card for the extra weight. Lesson is not to trust them or their sales pitch. Make sure you have their sales pitch in writing. I will order my next dumpster from someone else... I was very impressed, the large dumpster was delivered and taken away on my schedule, the driver was easily able to get to our back area and drop it off (wish I could drive like that :)), and the cost was so affordable. We cleaned out so much stuff that we no longer needed. Would 100% recommend, had no concerns.

Adriana was a huge help with quickly providing a very reasonable quote (I requested 5 other quotes from local companies). The team was very understanding when the dumpster had to be rescheduled the day before delivery due to a Covid-19 implication with the workers I hired. On a Friday afternoon (the Monday before my tile install crew was supposed to arrive) I was asked to get a dumpster. Scott Waste was so awesome to deal with, and was able to get me one quickly. We filled it up fast, and when I called to have it dumped, and a bigger one brought, they helped quickly again. Called for quote and planned according to that quote. Scott waste kindly looked up the property aerial to confirm space on driveway and said to simply call 2 days ahead to schedule. Called a few days later to schedule and Scott failed to honor what was quoted.

We ordered two dumpsters- one concrete and one for construction debris. Scott Waste services was great from my first call, until the end. They showed up on time the driver was great and super nice on the phone. I called mid project as I was concerned that we would go over the size/weight limit. The office manager worked with me and talked out some ideas- We ended up with just the two dumpsters but I appreciated the assistance and professionalism. I called for a pickup and they couldnt get me in until the end of the week, however I showed up at the project and they had picked up the dumpsters earlier than promised! Everyone was so easy to work with and answered my questions without reservation. Straightforward website. I initially chose Scott for our residential dumpster need because they had the medium size I needed (12 yard) at a good price. My current waste pick up provider did not. We went through three dumpsters, all of which were clean and new, which was appreciated as they sat alongside the home. The driver was friendly, cooperative and professional each time and the customer service reps were notably personable and helpful. I will always choose Scott going forward.

My husband and I recently rented a dumpster. We researched many places and found Scott Waste Services the most affordable. We needed the dumpster to gut our home. We ordered a 30 yd dumpster through their website and confirmed delivery date and placement on the phone. It was a relaxed, professional process. At the time of early morning delivery, the dumpster appeared larger than expected; and, the planned spot for the dumpster would no longer work. The driver provided his professional advisement on better placement. Additionally, he informed us they upsized the dumpster without charge because they were currently out of 30 yd. dumpsters. My husband and I were grateful because they could have called us to reschedule or cancel our request.The price of the dumpster is for 3-weeks of use. Our work repeatedly called us to come in on our days off so we found ourselves out of time to finish our project. We kept the dumpster 6 extra days after inquiring on the reasonable per day fee. We’re not sure if they had ninjas pick up the dumpster or if the dumpster was a Portkey because we didn’t hear a thing and neither did our dog. We will definitely be using Scott Waste Services again in the future and highly recommend anyone who needs an affordable dumpster to rent through them. Wonderful service offered by a Great Team!

Great customer service! They answered all of our questions. We called on a Friday afternoon and they worked with us to get a dumpster to our house the following morning. They said it would be there between 7-9am and they were there before 7am! Would definitely use them again when we need to!

Till now Scott waste services has been a good value and everyone Ive talked to up til now have been really nice and polite. They even had it scheduled for pick up finally after I called in for them to collect it many days ago. A nice man called this morning and said Id have to wait another day as theyre short staffed. I totally get it. But now I get a call from a lady telling me theyre coming at 5am to collect it and make sure its accessible. Its 5am people are still home so I cant wake them and make them move (townhouse remodel) I informed her they didnt park it straight in they parked it sideways over a couple parking spots. I cant get over how rude she was saying its my responsibility to make sure its accessible Not oh Im sorry he parked it like that but please try the best you can to make it accessible Im feeling the extra fee coming on now. I will update this after tomorrows scheduled pick up. Im still amazed at the rudeness of their customer service rep.

I get a call this morning that Scott was unable to process payment. I made it clear that there was money in the bank and that I have had no problem with the card.The office manager gets on the call, and she runs the card again without success. I reiterate that there is nothing wrong with the card and then she goes into how I need to call my bank or get her a new card and get this paid. To call her tone unpleasant would be the understatement of the year; a saying which doesnt have the same effect when posted on January 2nd.I sit on hold with my bank and the representative tells me that the office manager is running the card as a debit. I get the office manager on the phone with the back rep who asks the office manager to run it again. Wouldnt you know that the card goes through! Beware, whether its your fault or theirs, you will be made to feel like a deadbeat if there is anything wrong with payment.

My company, M2 Enterprise, has been using Scott Waste Service for a few years now. Scott is very reliable and accommodates dumpster deliveries with ease. With a CC on file the process is hassle free and very simple. We call request size of dumpster needed, date of delivery and location to be dropped off at the property. . Once the dumpster is taken away I receive a call from the driver letting me know the amount of debris hauled away and if we were over the allotted limit. They have never missed a requested delivery. We will continue to use his services for years to come.
