Absolutely amazing!! My car had broken down and I had to leave it in a questionable area for 24 hours. I called DHS in the late evening and the driver was there in under 10 minutes! Turned out I had also locked the keys in the car so after checking my title the driver also did lock out service for me without judgement!!! Then to top it off he pushed the car into my carport. Absolutely exceptional experience. These guys are amazing! Thank you so much!!!

I was stranded in Scottsdale, and spoke with Omar on the phone and he was super nice and professional. Had a tow truck out to me in 25 mins as promised, as he understood the urgency being a female stranded alone in an unfamiliar place at night. So My car broke down coming from flagstaff. It was late and all the other companies were charging a lot to tow my car 14 miles. They were awesome with the customer service and they even gave me a discount!!

I called DHS towing last night (3-19-19)at 203 am to get my car towed home from surprise. The guy I talked to on the phone was very nice and gave me one heck of a quote on getting towed home. The tow truck driver was quick and he got my car home without any problems. I will definitely use them again if I break down or will refer them.

They did a great job. my boat had a bearing go out and had to be put on a flat bed truck. the diver was very help full and knew just what to do. i will only be using them for now on if i ever need a tow. they are fast and very reliable.

They came a got me off the freeway in the middle of the night. When I explained that I had limited funds they worked with me on the price. The guys that came out were very pleasant and efficient. These guys are a Godsent.

This is the second time Ive done business with them and both have been the most pleasant towing experiences Ive had with any company. They a lot better priced than most other tow companies and a lot nicer, too.

DHS towing was very fast and had great timing I would definitely recommend them they have great rates that is very responsible

AAA had me waiting for over 2 hours with a heat advisory and in a very sketchy neighborhood. When I called for an update they told me I would have to wait at least another hour just to get a truck dispatched and there was no guarantee that it would only be an hour, it could possibly be longer. I couldn’t wait any longer so I looked for some towing companies and called a few and was told it would be at least an hour wait. I came across the number for DHS Towing and when I called the dispatcher said he could have a driver there in 20 minutes. I agreed and sure enough a driver was there in 15 minutes. DHS had great customer service and even though I hope I never need them again I will definitely use them again if need be and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who asks. Thanks DHS!

Had a bad experience on Saturday evening waiting for a tow different from my insurances company.Needed a hauler first thing Monday to the dealership. On Sunday setup a pickup for Monday via my phone, very good communications and this morning the tow truck showed up right on time , got me to the dealership in nothing flat, very good driver and company.

At 1:47 in the afternoon I was told 25-30 min while I was standing on the 202 with my broken down motorcycle. At 30 min I was told “18 more min” then after 20 min had passed, I was told another 30 min. 😩 ..... driver was at 101 and Raintree while I was on the 202 under the 101 in Tempe .... an hour later I cancelled
