They are rude and their excuse is they are busy. Everyones time is important not just theirs, if they are so busy they should hire more workers instead of waisting our time. Worst place ever.

I called 15 other places in the middle of the night and you guys are one of the few who answered. Also you didnt charge me obscene rates and were there in under 30 min.

My driver Micheal was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable. After I described what was wrong and saw what I was describing, he knew what was the problem was. I called them to get a tow at 12 the driver didn’t arrive until 4. After waiting around for 3 hours I left the house because I had plans! The driver calls and and I missed it, but when I call back he yells at me for not answering my phone. Had you arrived within the first two hours of me calling I would have. He was such complete trash and has the NERVE to give me an attitude after I waited for hours for him to do his job! Would NOT recommend them! Their customer service is just as disgusting as their drivers!

Car would not turn on.I waited over an hr and got a text notification that my tow has arrived. I called seeing no tow and they told me RUDELY that they had never dispatched anyone and I would need to wait indefinitely. WORST Service Ever! Lady hung up on me since she could no longer answer any questions and I felt completely abandon. Bring your business elsewhere to a company that prioritizes you and doesnt leave you hanging. 0 stars!!!

First of all the staff goes above and beyond and are friendly and reassuring and get the job done. Every member,, regardless of role. They communicate every step of the way and answer every question, in detail. My situation was unique as I live in WI and my daughter lives in Mesa. She had an accident and from across the country they worked with me to get her car out of a tow lot and to her apartment. My daughter wasnt able to assist in the process because she was recovering and young, and they made it happen. Eternally grateful to them for not only getting the job done, but for keeping me calm during the process. Highly recommend

I was caught by surprise a malfunction on my vehicle. I called my insurance company and they dispatched these terrible people. I spoke to Genie. She was rude and unprofessional. Her sarcasm and remarks were way out of line. Her demeanor and ignorance had to be uneducated. Very unprofessional. I had to go for surgery when I discovered this vehicle issue. I had no time to collect every details. She made things worse. People such as Genie should not work for a company like this. Maybe she needs training of proper educate. I called my insurance company filed a complaint and requested a different company that were professionals.

Worst experience ever with a towing company! Arrogant staff with ZERO empathy and NO sense of urgency. Quoted 60 minute wait and arrived 2.40 HOURS later. The staff refused to even contact my minor child after 90 minutes of waiting to ease the fears she had. The ONLY reason I feel they deserve 1 star is the driver. He was top notch. Very courteous and professional.

They cancelled my tow without even notifying me of canceling and when calling to find out a ETA was talked to by the most disrespectful woman ever she needs to find a different job because customer service is not for her. never in life should a customer be talked to like that... We have not used this service yet, but plan to. I read the reviews and some are funny in that they blame the company for things that is not the companys fault. And they say they charge too much. The numbers I saw were reasonable, even for the semi truck. Also, many of the reviews meant for Kwik Tow are only here because when you google Kwik Tow it routes you to this company. I will write a review on the service of this company soon with the proper amount of stars.

Just moved into my complex, got a tow sticker for my plates. My car needs work and cant be moved. This company needs to find something better to do in the middle of a pandemic literally preying on people. Never gotten a tow sticker for parking in my own spot. SMH

So disappointed in the service. Asked for a simple tow 2 miles. They were already overcharging. Said its $95 just to hook up the car and then $5/mile. I went ahead and booked. Estimated 60-90 minutes.After 2.5 hours I called to check on the tow. Lady said it will be there shortly. I called again 30 minutes later and the dispatcher admitted they forgot to put in the order for my tow and that it would be another 60-90 minutes.I cancelled.Save you money. Save your time. Save your sanity because this company does not care about its customers. They are trying to rip off innocent people in need of help for their own financial gain. Shameful.

Filed a roadside assistance claim through geico. My rav4 died at oreillys up the road. By the time I got there on my bike (10 mins) the driver was already hooking up. He even ran inside the store to buy some PPE so he could be covid safe.had the car home and all of this was within 30 minutes. Awesome driver. Will use you guys again

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I called to get road side assistance due to my tire blowing out on top of south mountain waited 2 hours just to be told he wasnt going to get more my car down. The par ranger offered to escort the driver up a better way and he refused. Whats the point of calling for a tow when you refuse to do your job. I was stuck up a mountain with no way to come down the gates were closed so I couldnt call anyone else. These type of tows happen often at south mountain per the park ranger. The dispatch was incredibly rude. And unempathic horrible horrible i wish i could give negative stars.I would never recommend them and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear. Useless driver and useless company.

Worst worst worst company either they are a bunch of rats looking for $$$. They charged me $250 for towing my rental vehicle after I been parking in the same spot due to theft and they magically showed up at my place and next thing you know its $250 to take out. Called why? Why? Why? We been doing cookouts from where they towed the car and never have they come around here. Manager is trash. She yells at you immediately without listening to the customer and then says you are talking over them. Yea right she was the rude one and I got a witness on the line and then she refused to talk to me again.

Jason driver 48 was exceptional! I had locked my keys in my car at work and he waited 30 mins or more for me to come out. I was so grateful due to bad day I was already having. He could have easily left. Not only was he nice he really tried to cheer me up. And he did. He was funny and honestly made the whole experience better for me. I truly appreciated him. At 8:30 am my car was towed by this company. Now i have a bent drainage port on the bottom of my car. Some 60 year old old driver used the floor drainage port to put a J hook on to instead of frame. Not cool. Ripped thru so much metal

I just had the worst customer service experience, and the agent didnt seem to care. Tow was dispatched and 50 minutes after it was due to arrive I called on to check the status. The agent, Julie, mumbled the notes she saw about the driver trying to contact me which he never did, and that he had not been able to locate my vehicle, which was parked in the middle of the driveway..The first agent, Janie, had asked for a building number, which is not necessary in my complex, all units are visible from the driveway. I didnt have the building number, she asked me to go outside, I told her it was raining. She said ok, Ill get it over to my dispatcher..The second agent had put me on a hold, and came back and said she had spoken to the first agent, and she said I didnt feel like going outside to get the building number so I would have to go thru my insurance for a new tow order. They were BOTH very rude, and should not be working in customer service. Thanks for listening

Rude drivers cutting people off in traffic. There was a lane merge and everyone was waiting patiently except for the quick pik driver Who came flying up from behind and wedges way in and then acted like everybody else was crazy

Called for a Pull out of our Semi that was stuck in soft dirt. Dispatcher said they are 15-20 min away.They showed up within that time and took them 15 min to pull out the semi.We were charged an outrageous amount for this $704. So I called and asked for explanation from William and he basically said oh well thats what it is.I will make sure I tell all the other trucking companies not to use your company.

What a -5 Star experience!I could write here about the nightmare of our tow but Ill save it and just say that this particular tow yard is nowhere near AAA standards!Over a three and a half hour wait. 2 hours and 15 minutes before they even dispatched the call. No ETA no text no dispatcher call. Hung up several times after holding... they promised would be there in 60 minutes. I wont go over the rude phone calls and the poor customer service.... If there is a problem at this company - its YOUR problem!

He explained in detail what and when to expect a truck to arrive.When I called to request an alternate destination, he changed it easily!He sent Nick who was punctual, professional and kind.He helped me feel at ease and made me feel safe riding with him to the destination. Just saw a 2020 Hino 258 from all over towing on 7th street/thunderbird tow a FWD car from the REAR! with 3 straps. The 2 rear were tight. the front left missing. The front end of the car visibly was moving on a turn. The front right strap was loose as the strap was jiggleing. You guys are a freaking joke. At my company thats automatic termination.

After blowing a tire on the highway they got to me very quickly and I didnt really have to worry about a thing after that. Great Service!

I called at 7 am to get a tow truck to my location. I was told it would show up in 60-90 minutes. The driver would call me when he makes it to the location and begins loading up my vehicle. Four hours have gone by now, I still haven’t received a phone call. Every time I’ve called to ask what’s taking so long; I hear, “sorry should be just another 30-40 minutes.” I’m only needing a tow 5 miles away to a local automotive shop. I’m quite sure I could’ve pushed the damn thing here by now.

I can say that Quik Pick is a company with great integrity. They helped us when our car was disabled. During the tow, our car cover flew off. John the manager went over and beyond to make sure the cover was replaced. I appreciate the honesty, integrity and professionalism we received

I used these guys through geico. They said they would be here at a certain time. Then pushed it back a hour. Then got a text it was being pushed back another hour and lone and behold it was pushed back a 3rd hour. I waiting 3 hours. Also tores shop closed at 6pm. Couldnt get tire fixed till next day just because they kept pushing it back more and more. Ill make sure my insurance doesnt use them from me for now on.

Anytime I need a tow in the future, this is the place I’m calling. I had my car towed and Anthony was very professional and an awesome person. I spoke with Kristie today and was able to help me through the entire process. Anthony answered the phone when I had a question and I received phone calls from the business office if there were any updates. I highly recommend!

After calling a different company to get a quote and being told, Im busy, Ill call you back soon... I called Quick Pik to give them a try and Im glad I did.Their service is fantastic across the board. The lady on the phone was kind, informative and easy to talk with. The guy that towed my car (I believe his name is Justin ) was professional, quick and easy going. He had my mustang taken care of in no time at all and made the job look insanely easy. He even helped me push my car into the garage bay after unloading it. I felt like I had a family member there lending a hand, honestly.If I could, Id rate this company 10 stars out of 5. My insurance agent gieco dispatch them they said they were coming in 59 minutes I waited and 59 minutes passed called them they said another 45 minutes I called my insurance agent and I told them to dispatch another company whoever comes first I will go with them. A different towing company came less than 30 minutes. Letting the public know if you want to be stuck on the road for 6 hours do not use this company poor service poor communication.

These people are ALWAYS unprofessional! Called to ask a very simple question and the person was short and rude. Was going to use their service to tow a car - No way. If you lack the ability to answer simple question.

Jason came after we have been waiting 2 hours. He gets there and tell my son he cant tow the motorcycle because it couldnt go in neutral. So Geico dispatched us another towing company and the guy with the help of my son was able to get the bike on the truck within 5 minutes.

I had a great experience with this company and ready appreciate Mike helping to turn my day around ..

I am giving 5 stars today because of GM/VP John Doukas! John not only handled a tough situation with grace, he also personally guided us through getting our vehicle back home safely. He made sure that we were taken care of quickly, professionally and safely. His follow up with us to ensure that all went well and we were happy put the cherry on top! I took a picture of one of your drivers on I- 101. Driving on the HOV lane at 8 a.m. when he was by himself. He was driving extremely close to us, if we slowed down he would of crashed us. The traffic was slow is not like we were slow. The car in front of us was 12 feet away and your driver continue to press the claxon on us.

10/7/2019 at 10:27, I was on unfortunate enough to take a turn onto the frontage road to go to the 101 E. and hit an unattended unmarked huge pothole which blew out my front left tire and rear left tire and pull down the undercarriage in the front of my car. I safely pulled off on the side of the frontage road and started looking around to who do I called, Big o tires and they referred me to Quik Pik towing. Best advice I’ve ever received I reached out to them and was trying to figure at the same time who is going to pay for this so I set it in motion for Quik Pik because they worked with my insurance. The girls on the phone both Donetta and I believe Stephanie we’re accommodating in every way once we figured out the whole scenario Robert came with the tow truck got my car up on it and got me and my vehicle over to Costco for two new tires. I highly recommend them for several reasons their professionalism when they’re on the phone with us to when the gentleman come with the tow truck. Everything went smoothly and I greatly appreciate them for making a terrible situation a whole lot better.

I left a previous review earlier. I thought I was giving AAA the review, instead of Qik Pik Towing. AAA took 46 minutes to answer my call to dispatch for a tow. In my review I gave the tow company a 5 Star but lowered my overall review to a 3 Star due to the long wait to get someone on the phone, which had nothing to do with Qik Pik Towing. MY Car blew A radiator hose Wednesday night on my way home from a long business trip. I called AAA around 9pm and waited over an hour for a representative to pick up my call. He said the tow company was Quick Pick Towing and would be there is 30 minutes. After an hour + standing by my car waiting, I called the tow company and the dispatch lady said it would be at least another 1/2 hour. Now sometime after 11:30pm I called again only to hear yet another lie that the tow truck was in route, this went on 2 more times til 2 am. The driver showed up, apologized for having to drive from over 70 miles away to get to me (south Glendale to Cave Creek).I feel that if Quick Pick had not blatantly lied to me just to get the business, I could have called someone myself and been home by 11pm. However, the fact is, they dont know the definition of dignity or honesty and could care less. I called AAA the next day to voice my complaint, and they only apologized for my inconvenience, but sincerely came off as though they too could cared-less. 5 miserable hours of dealing with the most incompetent, disrespectful people ever from a service based company. Needless to say, I will not renew my family membership next month. Not to mentioned they charged my card for more than they quoted. Total fraud!** not to mention, the dispatch lady was more concerned about telling me how to fill out a satisfaction survey (that I would be getting in the mail) in the days following this service than she was taking care of my needs.

Great service! They have a tow yard so helpful with an abandoned vehicle. Super nice guy picked up truck and dispatch was very helpful and nice.

Spoke to 3 different reps (as I had more questions after hanging up with each one and would call back) the night my vehicle was disabled, ALL in which were very patient and helpful! (Thank you McKenzie, Ernesto, and Tanya!) Due to my insurance policy, I had to come out of pocket for the towing expenses. As I was waiting for the tow truck to arrive, I remembered I had a warranty which covered my towing. I contacted my warranty company and unfortunately they were not affiliated with All Over / Quik Pik Towing so they sent another company. As I called All Over / Quik Pik Towing again for the 4th time to cancel their services, J.P. who was the tow truck driver of All Over Towing, LITERALLY pulls up right in front of me as I was canceling. He calls me, and I apologized to him saying I was canceling the tow as my warranty covers the towing with another company. I was expecting him to be frustrated to have to drive out to find out I was canceling. To my surprise, J.P’s response was, “Listen, as long as YOU are alright, safe, and not hurt then that’s ALL THAT MATTERS!” Although I felt bad having to cancel, I must say, I had a seamless and great experience all around with this company and would recommend anyone contacting them for assistance for that reason alone! THANK YOU ALL!

Called for a tow and ask for quote, and they said $400. The next day I check on my statement and they charged me $1200. After my request to check on call recording the quote was given to me they said it disappears .Think twice before call them

Dylan arrived so promptly I thought he came from a nearby shop. In fact he traveled from the center of town, Phoenix. He had to push my car off the garage to be able to lift up the hood-no problem. He started the car and assured me I could drive safely to a garage to check on the battery. I signed his worksheet.Very, very happy with this persons response time and work. Dylan was very polite and courteous. Thanks to the Road Service too for calling them.

The lady dispatcher was so rude and had no compassion at All!!! She would not allow me to put in a word edge wise I called my Insurance Company to have my car towed out of the Airport all she kept saying that in her 7 years never had she seen or heard that a car could be taken out of the Airport she should have been ashamed of herself that the Insurance Company was on the line hearing our conversation I gave her her the name of the person who I spoke with and the phone number she then called back saying that it was a recording and that she was not going to wait to speak to anyone. She then said that the name of the person never has she heard of this him. I am facing a very difficult time with my husbands illness she heard me crying she has no heart at all all she kept saying that she was not going to send any of her men to tow the car. I then called the gentleman who I spoke to and yes his name was the one who I gave her he does work there!! He called her and told her to come and pick up the car that everything was okay. I guess she ate her words. I put in a former complaint to my Insurance Company.

I utilized Quik Pic towing service today. (2/5/2020). The tow truck operator was Fernando. Fernando went way above the call of duty in providing me exceptional service and guidance on where and to go for vehicle repair, overnight lodging, car rental services all within the same area. I would have been lost without his insight. In addition I had sensitive baggage that required extra attention during the vehicle recovery and transit. He stayed with me (well beyond his work hours) until all the loose ends were tidied up. Well done Quik Pic for employing outstanding employees who go above and beyond. Simple the best better then all rest

The gentleman got to my house got my battery started. He gave me all of my options. He made sure I would not be charged any extra fees. He patiently waited for me. He was very professional. More than that, he was kind. Recently divorced, I have nothing but taken advantage of with car issues. I am so thankful there are still honest, caring, compassionate people on the world. I believe the good Lord will bless this kind man!

Mike did my tow tonight/this early morning and got to me quick after Progressive had to contact them because Royal Towing didnt have a flatbed for my rwd car.He was super nice and informing me of a lot of things to watch for with getting the car towed. The wait time wasnt that long. And the communication was clear with calls on when the tow truck was going to arrive and then the guy called me when he did arrive. He was super friendly and quick to load my vehicle. My car was stuck in a parking garage and he was really good with maneuvering and we got out of there quickly and safely. We had great conversation on the way to my dealership to get my car fixed. And was knowledgeable on all areas. Very friendly and would recommend again.

The technician, Mark, was awesome. He was running 15 minutes behind but it was entirely due to the fact that the monsoon yesterday caused mayhem all over the valley and they were super swamped. Mark was quick and helpful, got my car to the repair shop in a timely manner, and let me ride with him to get there. Would definitely recommend these guys.

My car gave out in Payson and Geico send me Pops from this company. He was awesome but only had room in his truck for 1, so my friend and I made other arrangements for a ride. Our ride took longer than expected to get there and Pops waited with us & was good conversationalist even tho we told him we were fine.Then he took my toyota to the honda dealership next to the toyota dealer. Not faulting him--it was a long day. My gauge of a good company isnt that they never screw up, because everyone does, but what they do to fix the screwup. It took several calls to the dealer and the towing company to figure out where my car was, but they were very professional and nice and were going to tow from one dealer to the other, but that wasnt necessary. Danette and the other woman who worked with me were really great and I so appreciate this company. Definitely highly recommend!

Incredibly fast and helpful service. Reached me within 15 min of placing a call at 2:30 AM! I had the privilege of getting picked up by Mike who was incredibly helpful and personable and had me laughing the entire ride back home. My experience with Allstates Roadside Assistance and Kristen at All Over Quick Pick towing was very positive on Saturday afternoon. The entire team at All Over/Quick Pik Towing did an excellent job of keeping me informed of time frames and one 30 minute delay past the original 90 minute estimate. Patience, Grasshopper. The tow truck and driver picked up my Grand Carvan quick and safe in east Mesa for delivery to my repair shop in Tempe on time. Wow! Thanks again. I recommend the combination of Allstate Roadside Assistance (Grizzle Agency) and All Over Quick Pik. They were worth waiting a little longer for on a hot and busy day.

The driver I had this morning 8/7/17 was exceptional. Very friendly, polite and was very efficient. I would highly recommend Quik Pik Towing. if I could remember the mans name I would definitely say ask for him! But unfortunately I dont. I just know it was great service.

They were called through my insurance for road side assistance. I was given an initial ETA (about 60 min) and then about five minutes later called by the driver that he was 5 minutes out. They were very easy to communicate with and efficient. The driver loaded my car up quickly, and suggested some reasons it might not be working that we hadnt thought of, which was very helpful. Overall they were very effective, efficient, and helpful. Thank you!

Awesome service. They arrived quicker than my insurance stated and the driver was very nice and professional. Got my poor truck home and helped us maneuver it into a parking spot that would appease my apartment manager. Would definitely use them again.

The driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected and he was very courteous and nice. He entertained the neighborhood children who were interested in what he was doing, which was very nice to witness as people tend to be rude towards children. It was refreshing to watch him show and teach them what he was doing. Unfortunately, I did not get the drivers name, but I would recommend this towing company.

The young man that came to help me was very polite, very professional, and very efficient. I thought that it was electrical or computer problem. He was preparing to tow it for me and ask me some questions, he discovered it was just the battery gave me a jump and I was able to drive home. Batteries do not last long in this hot Arizona Sun. If all of the tow drivers for this company are as knowledgeable and professional as this man was I highly recommend this company.

This driver came to tow neighbors vehicle and he totally blocked my driveway, since my lady was returning from doing something I asked him politely to not block my driveway but he was very rude and even cuss at me pull middle finger I have him on video doing it, I asked for his name but he refused to give it but was an old bold afro American man. To be honest I dont think you can go to someone elses property and act like this without getting into a conflict or something major. Unless something changes this is the last company I would call for my towing needs. Totally rude.

Really great service! They gave a good estimate wait time (considering it was the hottest time of the day at 115°F) and my driver was there quick and was very friendly on arrival, I think his name was Gordon(?) anyways loaded up the car carefully and quickly and kept great conversation on the ride to my destination. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow!

Very quick response time and extremely knowledgeable about hybrid cars. The driver, John, took Extra Care to block the car correctly so the bumper wouldnt be scratched. since it was after 7pm and the dealer ship was closed, he took the car to their lot and delivered it first thing in the morning. A tree fell on my car and needed it to be towed to the collision center. My driver was quick and amazingly nice. Definitely recommend this tow company! He helped to really make me feel better in a tense situation.

The Driver I had was Paul Green. I found him to be extremely careful with my vehicle, courteous, and personable. He even helped me deal with the dealership once we arrived at the destination. I have zero complaints and can think of nothing upon which he could have improved. 100% perfect and very military friendly. I wish I had cash on me so I could have tipped him. He definitely went above and beyond and deserved my appreciation. Thanks Paul!

These people wouldnt tow somebody out of my spot my wife is handicap and has to walk far. Scammers and thieves for sure. Dispatch was unprofessional. Horrible to deal with.try to towe my car Ill open fire

Rob was extremely quick, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. My car is lowered and other tow truck companies have either refused to help or have messed things up in the process. Once Rob got to work, he made it seem so easy!! You can definitely tell he had yrs of experience. My car still has one more trip to the shop and hands down I will be calling Quik Pik and requesting for Rob!!
