Very unprofessional !!! Unfortunately my Mother depends on psicologicly medication she has been schedule twice!!! And they keep putting false notes saying that my mom has been a no call no show when shes desperately waits for the phone call, then you try to c contact the office and it takes forever for they to answer and when they do they just give you a rounds this is not an acceptable my mom has to ended up going to the hospital because her her episodes do missing her medications doctors know about this and they dont care the frustration that my family is going through right now is enourmes and just a simple answer that the appointment was canceled theres no notes saying why ?....?and they expect for patience to wait three to four months without medication really???

Im really surprised at these positive reviews. Wish I had the same experience. They are horrible at returning phone calls. I have been without medication for days now and they have not called me back. I called them 5 times so far and each time they say someone will be calling me back. Still waiting, im having lots of mental issues at the moment they dont seem to care at all... they really be calling you for that payment though. Im self pay, and I made a payment for the service they did not provide. They dont seem like theyre very knowledgeable either. I dont know what to do

Bayless has been a great therapy place for my kiddos. They have helped each of my kids make a complete change in life. They have been very kind, caring and compassionate with them. They communicate has been excellent, they work with you on payment plans if needed, the offer private pay if you have no insurance very reasonable prices. I am very thankful for Bayless for truly saving my kiddos lives and our family. I would highly recommend this facility to all my family, friends and even my own clients.

Rude! I called to schedule an appointment, was informed of my balance. I let the woman know that I intended to pay the full amount on the day of my appointment and asking if I could schedule the appointment. Im not sure if she misunderstood me or what but she then told me I could pay half right now before the appointment to schedule or pay in full the day of the appointment..which I had initially said I wanted to do.. Her whole attitude came off as I dont want to be doing this. And then to have someone else from this facility call me later on to address this review just makes me feel so uncomfortable..Will definitely be looking into a different Bayless center.

I am extremely pleased with my provider and the office staff as a whole. The only complaint I have is that sometimes Ive had quite a long wait time. I will say that scheduling has done wonders to get me in when I needed to see the doctor even though he was booked up. I do appreciate the willingness of the the customer service people to help.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Almost a month to get in for initial visit. Referred for additional services (was informed they would contact me), its been three weeks and nothing. I dont know if the wait and slowness is industry in general or just this doctors office?

Dr.portley is the worst most unprofessional doctor. We go to an appointment and in front of my son he starts talking about he not on the right dosage he has no paper work supporting why he on these medications. First off this clinic is the one that prescribed the medication. I am not self medicating my child! I am all for reducing his medication but when there a break from school when he can be monitored. He then tells me he refused to treat my son. So for 3 years he been seen here and now because your new and do not like his medication I have to find a new doctor and I have no medication refills so my son has to be checked into a mental hospital to get his monthly medications.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ladesma at the N.Central/3rd St offices for over 2 years and Dr. Fong for behavioral health for several months now. This is a great place with skilled practitioners at every level of family care. We have 5 children ages 10 thru 29 who are also patients here. I highly recommend.

They set an appointment for my son with a provider that my insurance will not cover, even though they verified benefits and coverage. Wasted several hours of my time and caused a medication lapse due to the canceled appointment. Im sure the providers are fine and everyone I spoke to was pleasant, but Im not coming back.

My experience with this organization was positive at first, but at this point I am disgusted with the organization as a whole. I’m unsure how you provide quality healthcare when you never answer the phone. My three year was prescribed a medication and over 30 days ago, and a prior authorization has been pending. They don’t answer the phone for me or the pharmacist who calls us daily advising they have not responded. This is ridiculous and there’s no excuse for it. I will be reporting this to mercy Maricopa.

I dont write reviews, like ever. But the service I got from this place has been so bad that I wanted to make sure other people knew what they were getting into before coming here. A.D.D. is a pretty minor mental health issue. I just needed some adderall and had to visit a doctor for it because you cant get automatic renewals of it. I was on a time crunch because I was home from college and only had couple months to get some. I let them know over the phone that I needed an appointment soon, so they were able to schedule me the following week, which was pretty nice. I get there for my appointment and everything goes well, I see Doctor Porter and he seems nice enough. A little weird with his mannerisms though. He says he can prescribe me some adderall, but says I should try the long release adderall instead so I only have to take one pill a day. I say great, that sounds awesome. Long release adderall is what Im walking out of there expecting to be getting. I go to the pharmacy they sent the prescriptions to the next day, and they tell me Ive got a prescription pending for some random medicine that starts with a V, but that my insurance wont cover it unless the doctor calls and tells them why I need it. The insurance part isnt an issue. Yet. That happens all the time with adderall. Its that im being prescribed something that the doctor didnt tell me he was prescribing me. I called Bayless back about this and they told me that it was the same thing as adderall, just a sort of knockoff brand or something. I would have been cool with it, if the doctor had told me that he was prescribing me that. But either way, I said fine, and told them they needed to call to get my prescription ready. This all happened about a month before my wedding on December 1st. I was going on my honeymoon immediately afterward until the 23rd, and on the 2nd of January I would be leaving for college again. Now, a week before my wedding, my prescription still wasnt ready. I called bayless again, and they said they would get right on it, but that the doctor was out and she would have to give him a message. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for the 28th, and I was pretty fed up with this doctor, and still bothered by the fact that he prescribed me something different than what he said, so I asked to be scheduled to see a different doctor instead. They set me up with a different one for the same day, the 28th, and told me my prescription would be ready soon. I kinda put it on the back of my mind (I was getting married in a week) and forgot about it. I recieved a call in the 3rd week of my honeymoon, December 18th, I think, telling me that they needed to reschedule my appointment for sometime in January, which I would no longer be in Arizona for. So I told them no, dont worry about it, I dont want to schedule another appointment, and then hung up on them. Two days after that, I got a text from the pharmacy saying my prescription was ready. A week before the appointment scheduled TWO MONTHS after the initial one. I was supposed to have been taking that medication for two whole months already, but just got the opportunity to pick it up, because bayless took two months to call my insurance. With every other doctor I had been to, I had to go to the pharmacy, they would tell me about the insurance, the pharmacy would call the doctor, and Id wait a couple hours and go back and pick it up. But two months. And to top it off, they just called me today, the 27th of December, to confirm that I was coming to my initial follow up with Doctor Porter that I canceled. When I told them that I thought I had canceled it, they said I had canceled the appointment I had made to see a medical doctor, not a mental health one. I promptly let them know that I wanted to cancel this one too, and that I never wanted them to call me again. 0/10, this place is garbage, dont go here. Wait an extra month in line somewhere else so you dont have to wait two months due to garbage service.

No respect for the patient. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment, 35 minutes after my appointment time, I had yet to be called back. I ask the receptionist if there was a problem and she responded she had been too busy to check me in and she was doing it now. I told her to forget it, this is obviously not the place for me.

If you are on AHA don’t trust your insurance telling you that they will accept your coverage. Was charged 20 dollars more even if card says I just have to pay 75. And from 75 to 95 it does feels different. If you have AHA, do not trust that your health coverage will accept you to work with them. I was charged $ 20 more even if the card says 75 for specialist consultation. And from 75 to 95 if you feel the difference. It is not logical.
