Every time I interact with Bayless integrated health center its been a positive experience.My counselor has been available for every meeting and wonderful to work with..I have even had to reach out to the center for an additional meeting here or there when I was really struggling and my counselor made it happen.Agnes is absolutely wonderful!This organization is phenomenal!

The Intake process was quick, and the guy who did it was very understanding and empathetic. They have great staff who care from what I can tell.

My intake interview with Tiffany was great. I felt very comfortable the whole time and was not overwhelmingly anxious. Still need to hear from the wellness team to determine further treatment, but I am impressed with how promptly I was able to get an intake scheduled after my first being put in touch with Bayless.

Doctor James is genuinely a caring Doctor. Great listener. Always has such a wonderful attitude.

My appointment started 25 minutes late but thats all I can say that was not great! The doctor was nice and thorough. Her assistant was sweet and timely when calling me back with information. Great experience except the late start.

The whole process is super easy. I like that I dont need to write down the Session ID # because the link Bayless provides you will take you right to the waiting room. Good job, guys! Luckily, I havent had to use it yet but if you do run into problems like not being able to connect, Bayless has a line dedicated to just this problem!

I absolutely love my clinician, Danielle....I dont care for the NP that prescribes my psych meds.... He wants me to go inpatient and my dog has separation anxiety.... Ugggg

Just finished my first virtual appointment. I basically felt like a checklist. I didn’t feel heard or appreciated. It’s really frustrating when you seeking help yet no one will help you. No one will listen to you. I’ve been struggling with my mental health fo majority of my life and I’m finally trying to get help for it. But, ended up feeling worse after the appointment. The conversation was monotoned and dull. As if I was wasting her time. So to sum it up, bayless is just another disappointment. I’m surprised to see so many good reviews. Like who did y’all see? Bc I wish That’s who I had.

As always great no long waits, everyone very nice, had all my questions answered, the only thing that Id like to happen and see is they take up a Mental health departmentthe one Im at can barely help get ya a cab they are taken on way to many clients and the turnover rate for employees, if Im falling though the cracks how many more clients are also? I thought CBI was bad

My therapist through Bayless has seriously saved my life. This is one of the best health centers that I have went through for mental health. No matter what issues I have the staff is always nice and on top of it. Highly recommend

Had a great experience here with three of my children. Doctor was amazing and all of the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend this doctors office to anyone looking for great child care.Even our kids all loved it here, the play are is especially a great addition that made the visit less stressful. The office over all was very impressive as youll see in the photos attached. They even had some super cool interactive displays on the walls that our kids loved!

I haven’t had a pcp in years due to the processes of our medical system, and it’s lack of the overall concerns for the health of ppl rather than what insurance provider someone has, but with Bayless I actually feel like they genuinely care. I currently have Christin Salzman, and she’s wonderful. Very caring, kind, thorough and professional. I’m looking forward to having my health back, because since my condition started, I was very down and mentally miserable.

They were on time, computer was step by step, and they are respectful and really take the time to get you the service that will best help for your own personal and unique situations.

Im not new to the counciling thing. Ive had good councilors and Ive had ones that werent all that well suited to me, all I did was ask for a different one until one fit with me and I was comfortable and the problem was solved and I got the help I was looking for. Ive been through a lot of trauma from death of loved ones from suicide the past 4 yrs and I was in a dark place myself but I remembered I could get the help I needed by getting counciling, which is when I found Bayless. I believe that if you truly want help and are willing to be honest 100% you will get the help you seek from counciling. At Bayless Ive gotten some of the best counciling from some of the most amazing people at this place, The office people are always friendly and helpful too. I absolutely love Bayless and my councilor has truly given me my life back. 💗 thank u so much Bayless!

Today I had an appointment through Bayless Virtual telemedicine with RAYETTE CASIANO, she is a wonderful, kind, genuine thorough Dr. and definitely recommend her. I’m new to Bayless and so far am very happy with all the staff and communication and prompt service I’ve received, thank you everyone there who’ve assisted me.

I experienced kind , compassionate, and personable service by, psychiatrist, Dr. Barbara Shulte! She is also very knowledgeable about how medications work.

I have been struggling for 5 years. I have finally been able to be diagnosed and receive the proper care. Its saving my life.

Amazing service. I was able to get an appointment immediately (even during the pandemic). They also had late appointments, which worked well with my schedule.

I have been using the Zoom app to visit with my therapist and its great! I get to put myself in a comfortable environment and soak keenly about my struggles.

1st point of contact was scheduling pleasant and detailed how to complete the online process for the initial appointment. On the appointment day was ready to start as scheduled she was encouraging and kind while going through the questions left a positive feeling look forward to the next step for an even more positive outcome.

The provider was very personable, non-judgmental and very understanding. I feel it is imperative to have a good rapport with your doctors, especially mental health providers so I am grateful and relieved that Tolana Murphy is going to be my therapist.

Dr. James is always amazing. He is super friendly and very patient with our daughter who is terrified of any type of doctors office. The rest of the staff is equally friendly.

Bayless has been great, they actually listen to my questions and/or concerns and do everything they can to answer or remedy my inquiries. Their physicians have honestly gone above and beyond to help me with my medical issues, I cant remember any other physicians Ive had throughout the previous 39 years of my life being even close to nearly as willing as the Bayless physicians are to go out of their way to help me with my issues. On more than one occasion, actually 4 occasions in the last year to be exact, just the mere mention of one of my health concerns has led to another physician who specializes in that particular field contacting me a couple of days later to schedule an appointment because my regular physician had contacted them after hearing the concerns I had expressed, I have been absolutely blown away by these actions! One of the concerns is literally something that I have brought up to every physician I have seen in the past roughly 25 years, on more than one occasion with each of them, but none of those physicians ever bothered to even try to help me get answers for that concern, not even an attempt. I had done nothing more than mentioned it one time since Ive been with Bayless and I was contacted 2 days later by a specialty physician in that field, just incredible! At the risk of being redundant, the Bayless team really does go far above and beyond to help their patients! For the very first time in my life I can honestly say that I know my PCP and my other physicians really do care about me and want to help me maintain a happy and healthy life! Ask yourself, can you honestly say the same thing about your current team of physicians?! Im pretty sure we all know what the answer is! I would gladly recommend Bayless to anybody who is looking for a new or a better health care team!Just for the record, nobody asked me to leave this review or coached me in wording my review in any way. Cameron was amazing to talk with today. I struggled logging in and he called directly after I missed my appt. He attempted to help me set up Zoom (Im not very savvy with technology) but instead conducted appt over phone.He patiently allowed me to ramble after almost every question. I felt comfortable sharing my experiences on first exchange with him. The text msgs and emails are reassuring as well. Professional!

I talk to Josh Hartley and Jamie Crumley. They are both the best at what they do! I have been to so many clinics and none have been able to help me like they have. I have made so much progress in just the little time I have been with them, than all the years I was at the other clinics. They actually do listen and give real great feedback.

I just had my initial intake interview with one of the lovely practitioners, and honestly everything about this facility has been so easy and great so far. Struggling with mental health is no joke, and I appreciate that getting help through Bayless has not been a struggle, too.

Dr. Kathleen Brite is awesome, very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I wasnt seen until an hour after my appointment time because I was never marked as Ready in the system. But Dr. Brite was very apologetic for the wait. Other than that, theyre great!

I have seen Dr. Reed at Bayless twice now. Each appointment has been rushed, she’s been rude, interrupting me, and acting extremely judgmental. At no point had she taken the time to get to know me as a person nor even listen to my needs, concerns, medical history, nor current reason for a visit. Each appointment left me feeling unheard, dismissed, and even disrespected. This is the worst doctor I have ever encountered and I am happy to finally be moving on to another. Save yourself the shame and embarrassment and find a doctor who actually cares.
