I had a difficult situation from the start as I wanted to sell a tenant occupied home on short notice. It was made worse because Chelsea was unresponsive and dimwitted from start to finish. Rachael had every opportunity to ignore my escalations throughout the process but instead she demonstrated dignity and steadfastness by resolving each problem immediately. Each of the 5 times Chelsea sought to make the transaction difficult Rachael put a stop to it. The home sold for full listing price in one week which was above market value and the tenants exited before their contract ended. Rachael is a brilliant leader and despite Chelsea’s lackluster performance I would STILL trust Rachael with my real estate needs.On an additional note Adrianna the teams legal specialist withheld a solution to the prior contract that was established with the tenant. The tenant was originally not willing to leave early which left me with the understanding that there was no action to take to further that situation. It was not until Kristi another representative who is not in legal, promoted the move to draft an a new contract that would override the existing contract to enable to tenant to vacate the property early. Kristi also went one step further when the tenant refused to allow showings she sent an eviction notice which states that refusal to cooperate in showing the property to potential buyers was grounds for eviction this brought the tenant into agreement to show all future clients access to the property without delay. Adrianna the legal specialist did not promote that crucial information either. If you are running a ship you want employees who are going to paddle with you not leave their ores in the water to slow the whole ship down. Kristi was excellent and deserves recognition.

I have use this company for the past 5 years for buying and reselling home. But my last transaction, I literally got screwed. I sold my home 35K below my original asking price because I was given a bad advice. They keep telling me that the market is shifting so I should consider the low offers and potentially lose a buyer. I think they are using the lowest comps they could possibly find. I didn’t feel that the team put my best interest first. I think they just want the home to be sold quick. My price is so low that even the buyer waived appraisal. Very disappointing.

I will not be working with them again.Update: the owner called me after reading this review and offered to buy me a home warranty if I removed this review. I decided its more important that people know the truth. Obviously their rating cannot be trusted. If she did this for my bad review she probably does it with all or most of her bad reviews.
