Never fast...somethings take time...

As a physical therapist and mother of a child with Down Syndrome, I can not express how grateful I am for the thorough and expert knowledge that is provided for my son. This the best and most specialized care that you will find for your loved one. Brett and Barb run a patient-centered office and go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you for sharing your talent and gifts to the community!

Brett and Barb are incredible at what they do! The passion they have for their craft and the love they have the for the children they work with is absolutely apparent. They take their time with each family, creating relationships with the families while ensuring they make each piece just right for each individual child. Our family had trouble with insurance at one time, and though we normally see Brett- Barb took time out of her already busy day to help us navigate the system, giving us contacts and speaking out on our behalf to help us get coverage. That is a small example of how they will go above and beyond. OSI is the BEST!

Despite having a very talented staff, this establishment is greatly hindered in its effectiveness and timeliness by its red tape and office policies. As much as I would like to recommend the talented staff, I cannot because who cares how talented the staff is if it takes over 6 months to get a finished product. We are talking the health of a child with special medical needs and I find the delivery and office policies completely unacceptable. Its a shame that my sons gait has had to pay the price of this horrible customer service.

We love going to our appointments here! Barb, Brett, Megan, Angie and Deseree are the best and always smiling and just so pleasant to talk to. They are really great with children and KiVaughn really enjoys her time with them.

My little girl, Lucy was referred to Orthotic Specialists by our physical therapists. She needed custom orthotics since her ankles werent strong enough, and kept rolling in.We had the honor of having Barb Boutin for our appointment, and she is AMAZING. She took the time to ask about Lucys history, she gave us some great tips, and her love for the children that she works for shines through. I left feeling confident that my girl would be given the best! Barb is one of those people who is a true advocate for her patients, and will be honest with you as far as what she recommends. I cannot recommend Orthotic Specialists enough! Thank you Barb for being so fabulous, and for being a voice for these children!

If you want the perfect workmanship in your orthotic devices and exceptional service;This is where you need to be/go! The Boutins are not only perfectionists in their craft, they care for their patients as well as their family members. We would follow them to the ends of the earth for our orthotic needs.
