Would not recommend. For starters they are close to impossible to get a hold of by phone. My mother was fitted for orthotic shoes, it took several weeks past the time they said it would take to get her shoes in. Once she got them in they were not fitted correctly and she can not wear them. They sit in a box brand new because she was ill-fitted. My mother stated that she tried to tell the person fitting her (cant remember his name) that she wanted a half size larger, and was told that she was wrong and was talked into getting the wrong size.

Professional listened To me hoping to get my appliance soon as medicare approved it may have to tie a few tails in knots to get it. Dr told me it was the brace or having the joint fused. I told dr amputation would be preferred option because the pins and screws would be just giving me crowbars to destroy the problem joint. Yes i would either seize and destroy it or pushing myself land wrong and...

Had many obstacles to overcome while getting my daughter her AFOs. However, Javier was very kind, helpful and patient.

Great experience with Raul at the Sun City location. He helped my little girl with her orthotics. Listened carefully to her needs and concerns and addressed them with compassion and professionalism. Lulu at the front desk was always warm and friendly as well as helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

I am an avid BMX rider and outdoor enthusiast who blew out one acl 25 years ago and the other less than a year ago. After my last acl cadaver surgery I was referred to another company that starts with B and ends in REG. I was fitted with an off the shelf brace which had a lot of lateral movement. When the brace didn’t fit properly I was advised to pull on it for adjustment.Thankfully I found Damon Smith at Pongratz! It only took one measurement (instead of four) to get a properly fitted brace. Damon listened to my needs and fit me with the appropriate brace. I ended up getting two CTI braces which feel so much more supportive than my other brace. I can ride with confidence again!

I had several issues with them lies , failure to act as adult would and call someone back after two other locations said that you are trying to contact them the list goes on . So i emailed the owner about them , he totally ignored everything i detailed in the email and asked how i was doing instead of addressing the MULTIPLE issues and lies i was told . I would not recommend them to change a light bulb even . They show no respect , accountability or professionalism what they do show is they could care less about what your needs are and that they are one of two companies out there so , you can like it or F@#$ off . Sucks i have to give a star to post this !!!

My overall experience with Pongratz has been a very good one. I had one set back, so to speak. That has been worked out and had nothing to do with the personal care, concern, attention and service provided to me, by Steve, their prosthetist. He not only walks you through the process and stages of your new prosthetic limb, he explains everything to you and will answer any and all questions and concerns you may have. His experience, knowledge and passion for what he does, is obvious and admirable. I am so very appreciative of all Steve has done and continues to do, as the prosthetist I have fortunately, been working with. He’s been great! 👍

I was measured for AFOs and wasnt told Id need to wear shoes a half size larger. The guy was indifferent and obviously not interested in me or his work. The velcro bands rub my shins and I had to make my own padding. Will never go back, will never refer nor recommend.

If I could give a zero star I would. Charlie where do I start? Is one of the worst employee for this company. Set appointment for days and then not there or becomes not available. Says he will order items for me and then never get them or it was never ordered. My favorite is pointing the blame to the patient. Make sure if you need a Orthotic or Prosthetic you think twice before giving them you business.

Are their zero stars? This place is awful. No one introduces themselves, chairs & carpeting are FILTHY- to the point I didnt even want to sit down anywhere or walk shoeless on the carpet. Office staff NEVER returned calls/ voicemails requesting status of orthotics. No info re: orthotic arrival, adjustments, follow-up visits. Go anywhere but here.

While drugged up in the hospital, post BTK amputation, they delivered a stump protector that stayed in the delivery bag until discharge and in my home closet after that. Honestly, I didnt know what it was. Much later I received a bill seriously past due for over 1500.00. This was not a custom fit orthotic. It was a plastic tube with velcro attached that looked like it was hand assembled in a garage. At the advice of my insurance provider I returned it. Still receiving bills. These guys know the right thing to do but they simply wont. Just too eager to get their dime off of my misfortune. Stay clear of these guys.

They made 3 attempts to make simple orthotics for my plantar fasciitis. Each time I would have a follow up appointment with my podiatrist and physical therapist. My podiatrist was astonished! They were never what she ordered and she was perplexed as to what they were. The entire physical therapist department could not understand how Pongratz ever let me leave with them. They told me if I returned the orthotics to them they would reimburse my insurance company. I am in month 4 of this. Each time my medical insurance and I have a 3 way call first with the office manager (Nichole), then the payment department (Patricia), finally Joe the owner all saying the check was mailed. Joe the owner never apologized! He actually tried to place the blame on me!
