I highly recommend going to this clinic. The staff there were very kind and understanding. I liked working with Katie. She understood everything that we were going through with the process of the helmet. I recommend it to anyone that needs there service.

This office is the best pediatric clinic weve ever worked with. Lourdes is very friendly and helps make the process go as smooth as possible. Lindy has been working with our family for several years. Weve tried different clinics but none match the quality of care she provides. Fitting our little one for braces is very difficult. I appreciate the patience she shows when working with her. The braces, hand and feet, fit beautiful. I would highly recommend Hanger Pediatric clinic to any family.

My son finished the Helmet treatment with great success. We had originally gone to a different company but they told us we were out of network, come to find out that is not true! They just don’t take my sons insurance. Once I spoke with Lourdes at Hanger she assured us she would take care of our insurance and that we had nothing to worry about. We didn’t have to wait long for the insurance approval either! The orthotists that took care of my son was amazing. She was so knowledgeable, understanding, and very sweet with our boy. She was always available for adjustments and even phone calls. I would highly recommend this office. Thank You for the great care you provided for our son.

We have had the BEST experience at this Pediatric office. The staff is great, from the clinical aspect to the dreaded insurance questions. The Clinicians Kate and Lindy are very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The office administrator Lourdes was on top of our insurance for coverage. I would Recommend this location to Everyone. Thank you ladies for making this a great experience 😁

This is the best place for any child. My wife and I brought our child in for a cranial band evaluation and we couldn’t be happier. Kate explained everything to us and made sure all of our questions were answered. Lourdes was very helpful when we had questions about insurance and the required paperwork. I highly recommend this office to any parent needing anything for a child.

We were referred here by my sons Physical Therapist. Lourdes was extremely helpful in taking care of the insurance aspect of things. Our orthotist Lindy was great with our 2 year old, very knowledgeable and really helped in getting things done quickly before our calendar year was up with our insurance.

The doctor and front desk lady were amazing, they both explained the process of getting a helmet for my daughter thoroughly, gave me time to ask questions. Almost no time in the waiting room, in fact they took me in early! Not only those perks, but they were so kind to my daughter even trying to play with her while taking measurements.

My husbands and I took our 3 month old son in to Hanger Clinic for an evaluation for a cranial band to correct our son’s plagiocephaly. We had originally brought him to Cranial Technologies per our Pediatricians recommendation, but our insurance will only work at Hanger. The difference in technology alone is astounding. Cranial Technologies has a 3D scanning station that only takes seconds to capture my sons head shape and automatically calculates all measurements extremely accurately. At our evaluation at Hanger, his measurements were taken by hand and we were told different feedback. Comparing the cranial band itself, the one provided by Hanger is much larger and covers a lot more surface space on the head in comparison to the Cranial Technologies cranial band. Cranial Technologies can begin treatment in the 3rd month and estimates 5-7 weeks (with weekly checkups) for treatment whereas Hanger Clinic does not begin treatment until the 4th month and estimates 6+ months of treatment with checkups every 4 weeks. The technology difference alone is 100% reason to go with Cranial Technologies and not Hanger Clinic. I will only casually mention the difference in customer service and the waiting area for children to play in Cranial Technologies is just insane. Hanger Clinic looks like it has not been updated since 1993.If you can swing paying for the cranial band at Cranial Technologies when you’re denied insurance, it’s 100% worth it rather than having it covered at Hanger Clinic.

Two experiences with Hangar Clinic and two poor ones. The first was a year ago. Sprang a $1700 bill on me at the last minute, we literally could not leave without the medical device or risk undoing 9 weeks worth of progress on my daughters feet. Thank god I had my AmEx with me. They said my insurance was out of network when I had already triple-checked and it was not. Found out months and months later that they made a mistake (duh) and was refunded the majority of that money. Could have put that cash to much better use elsewhere! Experience #2 was this morning. I called to see if they could give me an estimate on cost for new equipment based on my insurance. They flat-out refused and said I would have to go in for an appointment and evaluation. I need neither. We have been using this equipment for over a year and she simply needs to go up a size AND I have prescription in hand. Still refused, despite the fact that it would take her literally 3 minutes. I would rather pay the wholesale price through the supplier than deal with these people again and possibly pay a little less at the end of the day. Not worth it.

We see lindy for my 6 year old daughter. When’s he was younger we tried a lot of different hanger clinics but they were not specialized in pediatrics. If you’re going for a kid, this is the only place to go. They always make sure her AFOS fit perfectly and are happy to make adjustments whenever needed. They even went as far as to add extended Velcro onto my daughters tennis shoes so they would stay secured better. Not necessary, but super helpful and awesome!

They never answer their phone! This the second day in a row calling them. All that you get is so-called answering service very hot line asking you to leave your name and all relevant info in order for them to call you back. There is no way in the world that patients should leave their information with somebody that they have not known or met before such phone call...that is very sick and shouldnt be tolerated. So my conclusion is that Hanger Clinic DOES NOT even deserve one star!!!!!

We received a pediatric appliance from a hanger clinic. It broke after only 1.5 weeks of use. they told us it would be 3-4 weeks before we could get an apt to fix it. So we were told we could drive one hour to the nearest clinic and hopefully we could walk in. They we had to wait an hour to see someone who could fix the brace. Do not use this company! The braces are cheap, break easily and the customer service is terrible. The only not just absolutely terrible thing about them is the people are nice, although bad at what they do

So disappointed, only choice we have because of insurance. Today is typical of doing business with Hanger.8am appt for crutches fitting. Arrived on time, paperwork in order (i picked it up yesterday)Seated in room at 8:10, therapist arrived at 8:20 and asked how tall and weight. It has now been 40 minutes and nothing..so frustrating.Typical low bid contract, low bid, low service.

My daughter received a cranial band from hanger. Now I’m having to possibly schedule her for surgery since the band didn’t work. She noticeably still has a cephalhematoma , and had it when we ‘graduated’ from hanger. The employee tried telling me how everyone has a flat spot on their head trying to disguise their crappy work.

Poor quality customer patient service, been here twice and this place is by far a disgrace to James Edward Hanger and all he stood for. They tell you, your insurance has to approve, make your doctor fill their paperwork out for them and then there office is the one to approve, but now their paperwork is filled out so they can get paid by insurance. Lazy people here for sure
