My previous negative review has been removed, to recap, I called to make appointment for a brace on 9/30/19 , I was told by Joy that they accepted Medicare and that they contracted with CIGNA. Low and behold they did not contract with CIGNA, and as an out of network provider, that made me responsible for the remaining balance. I asked to have the balance written off since I was misled about my insurance coverage. The office manager never spoke with me, only Joy, on two occasions, I was advised I would have to complete a form for Medicare to have the charge written off, I never got that form. I also repeated that I wanted to discuss the issue directly with the office manager Rosemary. To date, I have not received a bill, the service was on 10/1/19, so I am in limbo on this bill. when a company will mislead a consumer about their insurance coverage, then do nothing to correct their error, is bad customer service so I recommend that if you have insurance, you confirm coverage with your carrier, not with APOS. I will never do business with them again
