I just went into the facility to do a tour and I spoke with Chris. He said hes fairly new there but I couldnt tell. He was very knowledgeable. He was so full of positive energy and encouragement. He showed me all of the workout equipment, explained everything to me and also explained how the memberships worked. I really appreciated that he wasnt pushy and allowed me as a customer to make the best decisions that work for me. After visiting several other gyms in the area Ill definitely be signing up at this PF location. Just great vibes, extremely clean facility and friendly employees. It really does feel like a judgment free zone and thats awesome! I just had to give him my props and the credit he deserves. Thanks again!

I love going to this location the staff are young and they don’t always replace paper towels or fill up the soap dispenser in the ladies locker room. It’s always clean. A lot of people come in and no one is at the front desk some times. I scan my bar code and keep it pushing. I go there every single day almost and I guess it depends on how they are feeling they will literally look at you go out your to another station for paper towels 🧻 the men will walk over and replace it but the women just stand there. It’s really laid back until the manager gets there at 8:30 or 9 they all get ready to actually work when she’s on her way there and I’ve seen how things are first hand before she gets there and when she arrives.

Quickly turning into one of my favorite places to go. Its in the center of the neighborhood where I grew up which is probably why it doesnt feel pretentious or corporate. Its super chill and everyone is cool and respectful with a strong focus on members safety and health. So, from the location to the interior layout and wide variety of equipment and activities, the Black Card membership seemed like a no brainier. A major improvement to my life and overall wellbeing for around $.80 a day! Probably the best investment Ive ever made in myself.

Like the simplest way to.. sign up for a membership. Download. And do it thru the app. So. Simple and easy. Cheap too and ya get all the amenities for cheap. Monthly cost

So space is not really sectioned for social distancing, its up to you. As well as cleaning the equipment. I have never seen any associates cleaning equipment. They stay at front desk, but do wear masks and are very helpful. As I have been avoiding gyms for the past year, this was not what I was expecting in my return.

If theres ever been a therapist who insists that her clients conduct any workout and schedule properly so as as to cause harm, thats my gym teacher. Her experience is vast, but what she brings to her job beyond her knowledge is a genuine willingness to listen to the needs of an individual to help that person accomplish his or her goals safely. Sherie is a great morning manager. Ive been trying out the gym all month long and finally got my very own black membership with her. Every question I had she knew the answer. Shes well spoken and really cares about her job and herself. Its good to see people with good attitudes and spirits!!! Love my gym ♥️♥️♥️🎶🎶

Unfortunately, I’m giving the gym a 3 mainly because of the attitude of location manager Charlie. While at the gym today I did not observe any staff members cleaning the gym during my workout. Not a single one.Now, I understand being short staffed but today there was one man at the front desk. His name is Chris and he was awesome.During my work out today there was a member in the stretch area talking on his phone and NOT wearing a mask. This went on for about 20 minutes. No staff members to enforce gym and COVID policy.Because of this and not observing anyone cleaning the gym I decided to call so that I could understand why this happened.Charlie said he was aware of this and that the location is short staffed and he was interviewing applicants. I suggested that he could have possibly managed his schedule better because of failure to uphold the gyms COVID practices. I let him know that I’m addition to the guy on the cell phone not wearing a mask that a few of the cleaning stations did not have enough paper towels available and that these stations should ALWAYS be kept up with available items and this is NOT the time to become sloppy with maintaining at least the appearance and perception of adhering to health guidance.Charlie shared very little sense of urgency. He told me it seems like you (me) just want to tell me how to run his store. This Charlie dude, lacks the empathy and concern that so many people are feeling. We want a place to workout. I want a place to workout. I also want to hold the gym employees and guests accountable for adhering to these policies just as I am. I hold myself accountable.I’ve contacted the CEO Office, Chris Rouden. The attitude needs improvement

Ive always patronized the facilities of Planet Fitness either as a guest or as a paying member and there has never been a bad experience. Ever. Besides being a great gym to visit and work out in , its base, color (Purple) is calming for me...mostly because Im an Aquarius born in February...and my birthstone is amethyst. (Too much info...I know, but hopefully it conveyed to you that its a beautiful place to be...especially when you want to change the way you feel about your health.)

I just started going there. I got the select plus membership. very good deal for what you get, tanning and hydro massage. i love the circuit room and there is more than enough tread mills for everybody. it is clean and nice and quiet to work out in peace. highly recommend it!

He answered additional questions that I had about my membership do to us relocating.Also helped me with purchase of a tanning lotion, let me take my time reading the bottle and did not rush me at all and I really appreciated that.Thank you to Planet Fitness for a wonderful experience and especially a big thank you to Nicholas for helping us.

Great gym, started going there a few months ago and I haven’t had any issues. Good people, better service. Very respectful and well organized establishment. Ismael Rodriguez was very helpful and detailed with the entire membership process. He mentioned something about him possibly being a personal trainer, hope to work with him soon. If you’re just starting to get into shape because of health, personal, or other reasons, this is the place. Ask for Ismael Rodriguez, he knows what he’s doing and will answer any questions you may have.

I had a membership. I could go everyday. You have support that will help you with a routine. If you have medical issues. Let them now. They will help you with a routine that will fit you. Just remember they are not doctors. They dont claim to be.

This has been my main fitness center since I moved here. I appreciate the update they did with new equipment & remodeling in December. I can say the gym has done a complete 180 since I started - that’s with a great change with staff got rid of the miserable employees and now have staff that greets you and talks to you throughout the whole time you’re there making sure you’re not going unnoticed in a positive sense.

Employees are friendly, gym is clean and smells good. Restrooms are clean. I never went to a gym because I though people will stared at you. But definitely the feeling is better than I though.you can feel a good atmosphere.

Chill environment to come and work out without any body to bug you. Best time to come is at 8pm as the machines are mostly empty and gives people personal space. Areas are usually clean and staff is cool

Funny how covid has caused them to lock their doors for several months and I continue to get charge for months I can’t even go to the gym. Does not seem fair to charge me for something I have no access to.

Its a great place to come and loose your desired weight. Personal trainers are optional but if you need help the staff is great with helping. They keep it very clean. Well worth the $10/month. Before this I would run outside at night because I got off to late and could afford the other gyms. Theres no difference in work out equipment.

I am very happy with my membership at Planet Fitness. I have the Black Card Membership so I get to use the water massager and I can bring a guest anytime I want. And its only $20 a month. This gym is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Not alot of variety of equipment to workout on. And not enough equipment for the amount of people that go there; the ones i want to use are always busy.

The staff are always kind and helpful. Theres a variety of equipment in there; for $10-20 a month, thats really good. If youre somewhat intimidated to go, dont be. The environment is pretty calm. Its an excellent place for beginners. Even when its packed, everyone is just focusing on their workout for the most part. I have no complaints except for a recent one where they snapped the lock from my locker because I guess youre not allowed to leave it there; however, nobody told me that beforehand. That was pretty disappointing.

Atmosphere is great! All of the services you provide at the cost is great for working people. It realistic and convenient due to being available 24/7

Nice staff, clean and generally a nice gym to go to. Only downside is not having heavy dumbbells and no free benches and squat racks, but thats not the aim of the gym so it really shouldnt be a downside. It does what it promises and that is a friendly place to get a nice workout in.

Great place l, its clean. I just wish some of the people who go there to work out would wipe down the machine they use after using it. Not everyone does it, only some. I always wipe mine down after using it so it is ready for the next person who is going to use it. Other than that, staff seems nice.

The employees here are so welcoming & helpful! I’m barely a few months into my weight loss journey and going to PF where I feel like I’m not being judged as soon as I walk in makes it a bit easier to even want to go to the gym 😊

They need to fix machines more quickly, and sinks at mans room .

Its a regular planet fitness. But the machines here are so outdated compared to other locations Ive been too.Stairs, treadmill, massage chairs and more all outdated compared to other planet fitness locations.

Good place but they need to change there music to more then just Mexican music and rock

Real Results is one of the best gyms in town! I am so thankful to be a member of a gym where they not only push me to succeed in the gym, but as an overall person as well.

The only reason this location is getting 2 stars is because any staff member that is a supervisor or above is very helpful.I signed up with PF at their Litchfield location which was new at the time. Obviously being brand new it was a beautiful facility with new equipment.This location is definitely a step down. The facility is obviously older so that’s not the staff’s fault. I feel it’s too dark inside and I wish the water massage table was up to date. One of them is often broken and neither are nearly as powerful as the new ones. I now skip them entirely which is disappointing as they are gentler on my lower back than the traditional chairs.My biggest complaint is that no one at this location ever wipes their equipment after themselves. It’s disgusting and it makes me not want to come to the gym. I watch an average of 4 people per visit just walk away from their machines. I hate it. The staff says something when I bring it to their attention but I’m not getting up 3-5 times every session.Basically, I go here because I have to as it’s the closest one to my house. I would not choose it.

Love this gym! Lots of equipment for a great workout and the best part after my workout is getting to use the hydromassage tables and massage chairs. I also love that I can bring a guest with me every visit for free all for only 20 bucks a month!Cant beat it

Decent, not great. Almost every time the employees only give me minimal attention. Smiles are rare. They arent bad, they just arent very good. Equipment is great. If one needs to go to an inexpensive place open 24 hours and this is the closest location, then do it. It will be okay, but if you are closer to any other Planet Fitness, give them a try and see if you find one where you are made to feel more welcome.

I have gone to other Planet Fitness locations and I know each one is set up differently but this location is so dirty. The machines are dirty and the free weights and including the bathroom facilities. The shower curtains were missing the hooks to stay closed on the side, the water was cold. I would not suggest this location

I love this place. $10 bucks a month and a Free Trainer! No lunks allowed. No judgment. This is such a nice place and everyone just minds their own business. This is a place i dont feel ashamed to work out at. Thank You Planet Fitness!!

I hate planet fitness, I came in to cancel my membership and their computers were down so one of their emplyoes would take care of it since I had to go over seas. Now that I get back I still see charges for a membership I have not used in over six months this is shameful. They have over drawn my account and now Im left paying for thanks for nothing!!! DO NOT COME HERE TO GET MEMBERSHIP
