This place isnt all that bad I mean the services they offer are a joke and worthless but I did meet some cool people and the counselors arent all that bad they are pretty cool and have some good connects when it comes to dope my counselor put me on to some fire so thank u family services u made a real diff in my life and thanks I now am a full blown meth , crack and heroin addict and thanks for showing me what a butt rocket is .....🚀 you are doing wonders for the community thx

The staff is so rude here. They negatively talk about clients and other staff members in the open. One had the audacity to talk down to me, while she was supposedly was doing work with her door open, after I answered a loud phone call from a family member. Another time I caught this same woman with her door open talking to people on the phone airing out her dirty laundry. She was my counselor who I told I was only there for medication. She dropped me as a client for 6 months, lied about being able to schedule appointments, and never told me about other options for getting services (such as getting therapy or another counselor), she was a self centered woman who only cared to tell me useless information. The receptionist was also rude, the one time I was late (not by choice), she gave me a disapproving head motion along with a tsk tsk tsk noise and honestly what is it her business to do that? Another awful woman there is the therapist because she purposefully tried to shut my case by sending a letter about my case dated 10 days before I got the letters and I only had a day to call them about the case. These people are unprofessional, unreliable, and horrible. Go to them as a last resort.

I used this Agency and the doctors in here are a bunch of quacks with no common sense. They are an agency part of Maricopa county providing guinea pig testing of psyc patients.

The therapist ANDREA MARCH IS THE WORST THERAPIST THERE....these people dont care bout they patients. I hope they close they doors
