I was in a position that I needed to make a big leap from my current position to a much higher level position. This recruitment agency reached out to me regarding job placement services and asked my fill out an application. After doing so, they sent me an email that did not feel professional asking me to pay for their services. As a senior HR professional and recrutier myself, I must advise that you should never pay for an agencies services to find you a job. It is a known scam that leads to little success even if they offer other services as well. These services should come as part of a package that ultimately leads to them receiving payment from the companies that have agreed to use their services. A good company will pay the agency fee.

I paid them the required $5,700 fee upfront for their guaranteed employment assistance services. In return, I did not get a good value for the money. I did end up finding work, but it was no thanks to them. Theyll sell you on a sweet song and dance presentation, but do not pay them any upfront money.

The first email you receive you think they are a recruiting firm and have opportunities that may fit your job experience. Then they call you and offer you all the services they have to offer and a price of 5-7 thousand to get started. Paid up front before you do anything else. Honestly their first email should have that included.

Stewart Cooper Coon delivered As I begin to script this review I cant help but notice the negative reviews posted on other sites. However, after reading ALL of them, they ALL share a common thread. They ALL assumed that SCC would do all the work.My experience with the entire process and with the entire SCC team was very good. Yes, there was an enormous amount of research and upfront work required by me in order for SCC to exact the right branding, resume, webfolio, etc. While the work was sometimes difficult, it is because nobody knows me better than me, and until they learn about me, my abilities, achievements etc. they cant begin to structure a plan and supporting collateral for me. All being told they should be more interested in taking first months salary for $10k+ if that was the case - but they want the money up front since they are doing little to help you find a job.Additionally, to preclude you from doing any due diligence they furnish links to ripoff report and BBB which are both shakedown services which allow the business to refute the claims. As such Ripoff Report started offering a new service called RipoffReport Verified that allows paying members 14 days to resolve complaints before they are posted, for $89.95 a month. Its no surpise that Stewart, Cooper & Coon are RipoffReport VerifiedEverything online can be faked.
