I want to give props to the service department at Arramsco (Anthony, Seth and the amazing Carl). They are superb at gettting your broken equipment repaired the first time. I also would like to single out Michael, Nick and Maria for their wonderful customer service. Both service and sales tie a beautiful bow on their delivery of customer experince. They have truly earned my business. I sincerely recommend Arramsco to all cleaning professionals who like myself who demand great service. The staff is fantastic. They have just about every product I need in one place. They also have a very fast repair turn around.

They got the part I couldnt live without. Its the right part. Not realistic on how quickly they could get it but a lot of hands were on that part so......

Interlink showroom has a very nice array of products, tools and equipment. Store associates are all very friendly and top notch all around. It is always whenever I stop by to pick up cleaning products. However, their service dept. (Aramsco Service Dept.) should be avoided at all cost. Just go to J&J on S. 40th St.; youll thank me later
