I replaced all my flooring and baseboards, also had some electrical done like ceiling fans, lighting, etc. I worked with Scott (part owner) as he was referred to by a friend of my wifes. He was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Everything came out better than expected and I know some of it wasnt easy. We had two new pendant lights put in which came out perfectly centered over the kitchen island. The vinyl we chose looks amazing and the tile that got installed looks even better. I would certainly recommend them to any family or friend.

The Google reviews dont lie! Buyer beware. I did not head the warnings and I am filled with regret now. I hired this company to repair damage done to the inside and outside of my home due to weather damage and water damage. To my dismay my son informed me that they had all the doors (repair was at back door but front door wide open as well) to my home open in 50 degree weather and my heater ran on stop for two days, while my cats and kids froze inside. I had to call every time they came to my home to tell them to close up my house unless they wanted to pay my bills-absolute homeowner disrespect. After I was first told the job was done I discovered (after a heavy rain storm) that one entire length of door trim was NOT CAULKED and water seeped into the exact area they had just repaired with new drywall and paint. No apologies on the part of management whatsoever. I had to stand outside with the construction lead and point out (over and over) where he was still missing caulk. This went on for over twenty minutes and I was without words at how unprofessional and unskilled this was. Weeks later, I then had to contact them to ask them where my door kick, my flip lock, and self closing hinge were. Victor said he had no knowledge of these items, and then retracted this statement when he looked at pictures. I found the items on top of my refrigerator later, after it being insinuated that the items had not been on my original door. (Because I guess scamming a company I have paid $1700 to for $20 worth of items is beneficial??) A month later I began seeing scorpions near the door and noticed it was incredibly warm near the door. I was DISGUSTED to see a 1/4 or more gap at the bottom handle side of the door where bugs, weather and WATER are gaining entry into my home. The door was not hung level or plum-a BASIC in construction and absolute must when repairing water damage to a home. The entire job they were hired for hinges on the water not being able to re-damage the repaired area. There is NO SEAL between my door and the weather stripping where water is coming in. UNBELIEVABLE! What is worse is that the manager Paul, did not offer an apology ONE TIME. He had the arrogant audacity to say it is my responsibility to inform them of issues. What about the responsibility of the company to perform basic level construction and repair??!! What about the responsibility of the crew to check their own work and hold themselves accountable before asking to be paid for a job well done??Customer service is everything, especially when the work being performed s sub-par at best. Above repair costs they have caused me to INCUR expenses which is inexcusable. I was told I would be contacted by the same shotty crew to fix the door they couldnt hang right and caulk right in the first place but could not even follow through on that. So the door remains unrepaired and no efforts to do right are being made. I have a Capri Sun case wrapper and paper towels stuffed in the gap to keep out stinging critters and heat. This. Is. Unacceptable. On. Every. Level. **Also be advised, the crew never showed up on days/times expected so if your time is valuable and you dont have three months to allow them to finish in stretches, this isnt your crew.

Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldnt there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just dont comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.

Great company! Exceptional service!First of all I wouldn’t listen to the other negative reviews because these guys were amazing! My family’s home burnt down and we were devastated. After much research we chose to go with DriRite-CMG3. They were amazing from the start! Paul kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The workers came on time and work was performed and completed when they said it would be. Very clean and professional work! And they were even able to rebuild my custom cabinets in my kitchen that I loved! I would not look anywhere else! They are the best!

Lied to by this so-called restoration company. Suppose to repair kitchen, bathroom & garage. Abandoned and collected money from my insurance company for incomplete and messy job. My calls to General Manager, Paul were never returned. Had to take off work on 3 occasions for nothing. These people owe me money for lost wages and valuable time lost. They have no respect for customers time. I only wish I read some of these other reviews 1st. Shame on me. Beware. I suggest using reputable and established companions like ServoPro.

Ive had DriRite-CMG3 work on several projects at my home and my rental property. The work was completed to a satisfactory standard, with delays mostly from ordered materials and the insurance company. Solid comms, would work with them again.

This company is not reliable. They were hired to dry out areas that were water damaged. After their amateur attempt to dry out the area, we were told it was dry and safe to drywall. Even after being paid, the water was never cleaned up or dried and they left a mess for us to clean up. They moved items on top of puddles, leaving items to rust! The walls were not dried out which caused the brand new dry wall to stain and eventually need replaced again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were repeatedly lied to and their employees no showed on several occasions.

We first worked with DriRite-CMG3 in 2016. They were referenced to us by our insurance company after our home had undergone a water leak. In April 2019 we experienced another water leak within our home. Without hesitation, we once again reached out to DriRite-CMG3. They were prompt to come to the residence to initiate drying of the water impacted area. However, it took a few calls within that first week to work through the insurance to move forward with the leak repair. We once again were excited by our experience with the plumber (Andrew). Also, the thoroughness of the water mitigation tech (Angel) was refreshing. However, things went south after that initial work was done and the first payments were made to the business. The Operations Manager (Paul Bailey) stop replying to emails and phone calls. It took several attempts before we were able to get a response from him regarding the gameplan of work to be done to our home, pricing, impact and scheduling. My husband and I were continually flexing our schedules to try to complement DriRites adhoc planning. This back-and-forth process continued for over 5 weeks, before they came forward and told us they could not do the work. I would not recommend this company to others. DriRite-CMG3 needs to work on their accountability, communication and customer service. If they cant manage workload they need to come forward prior to committing to a project.

Andrew Wilson installed a hot water heater for me on 3/2/17. Not only was the service great, but it was 1/2 the price of Parker and Sons, Prof Plumbing, and Penguin Plumbing. A++++ all the way and I going to use next time I need plumbing help.

Extremely unsatisfied with the quality of work and service from my recent master bath mess. They were so quick to rip everything out an start nickel an diming everything. They left a mess after every stage of the project. Poor communication through the entire process. We had to call them every time. I missed work as theyd call an say were on our way no scheduling in advance. I wanted my project done an I will ensure to never choose DriRite-CMG3 for any housing needs again.
