I was referred to Chapman Collision by Geico and drop my truck off and they were quick to order the part that was needed but the only issue was it was the incorrect part and didn’t fit my vehicle the pictures below so after they fixed my vehicle I had to bring it back a second time and they put another bumper on and it still isn’t the correct fitment not sure if this is Chapman‘s fault or the insurance but I will be going elsewhere. Mike did a great job though and communication was point just unsatisfied!

I had a great experience with these guys. I brought my car in for a warranty paint coverage service which other dealerships gave me trouble with. They accepted the claim and got it done within three days of drop off! Cameron was extremely helpful in facilitating this and even re-submitted my warranty for areas I didnt originally see!

I do NOT recommend this place at all. Please read the other negative reviews. Do not waste your time here.

I cant thank John and the team enough for the way they looked after me when my car was in a collision. They couldnt have been more helpful. My stress levels were greatly reduced due to their professionalism, politeness and general friendliness. I will be bringing my new car back for a checkup.

I had the pleasure of meeting both Paul and Pablo in the office today. I needed a change out of my drivers side mirror. They were so thorough, professional, patient and polite. The answered all my questions immediately and were able to fit me in with no delay. The job was completed perfectly with no problems and in less time than estimated. They answered all my questions about the cars available and possibly upcoming without any hesitation.i was checked out quickly and on my way. I would come back and see them again! These guys did a great job of my wifes Altima after her accident. They were very friendly, helpful, kept us informed and were completed earlier than expected.Repair job looks absolutely great, couldnt tell and actually looks better than before the accident.No complaints and highly recommended.

So, so many lies. Had to use them after my car was in an accident. Their initial estimate for repairs was under a week, but that came and went. I had to be the one to call and ask for updates only for the date to keep being pushed back. It’s now currently at 3 weeks with them claiming it’s going to take a week to paint a fender. If I wasn’t forced to use them by my insurance company, I would have never taken my car here.

I needed some work done on my daughter’s car and Chapman Collision did an outstanding job! Jon provided and estimate and timing and the work was completed as promised! I am grateful for Jon and Pablo’s assistance in making this an exceptional experience! Highly recommend their trust and care.

I decided to get some elective body work done to customize the look of my Mazda CX-5. I have used a couple of other body shops in the past, but since I get my vehicle serviced at Chapman on Bell Rd, I decided to stop in at the Collision Center connected to the dealership. The pricing was competitive and the staff was accommodating since I had some very specific requests. The 1st job turned out great, so I had some additional work done a week later. I will definitely bring my vehicle(s) back to this shop in the future.

TO BE CLEAR: They fixed my car as I asked, that was not my issue.What bothered me was a callous disregard attitude. First: when discussing the fix We may break some of the plastic clips in the paneling...you will need to get them replaced. Shouldnt it be your job NOT to break them or get them repaired if you break them?second: they were fixing the spoiler of my car. When i got the car back there was a plastic clip sitting in the front seat...from my steering wheel. Im scratching my head as to how you can break the steering wheel when working on the back, and then not say anything to me about it. Not even a Whoops that happened.I am happy with how my car was fixed and fair pricing, I was not pleased with the accountability.

I stopped in to see if they could help me with some stripped, rusted on license plate screws on my CX5. They started working on it right away and got me out of there within 30 minutes for an affordable price.

They estimated an 8 day turn around and I got it back in 4. Everyone was so nice. Easy to work with.

This was a horrible experience. Our car was hit on the Friday before Superbowl. We had our car towed to Larry Miller body shop but our insurance wanted to save $ and had it sent to Chapman. This was a big mistake. It is now almost April- 2 months later- and we are still having problems. 2 months have gone by! They were constantly making excuses, parts were ordered wrong, there is over spray on the front, it came back with my interior door filthy.. The list just goes on and on. But the worst part, they gave me back my car with 3 BROKEN MOTOR MOUNTS! Really? It was a front end collision. They tore my front end apart. And you didnt see all the motor mounts were broken? So the rental is no longer covered and they wont cover it. It was their mistake. Then to compound it all, they have the wrong motor mounts. It will be another 3 days without my car. 11 days for 3 motor mounts. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My review is based on an experience I had with blueprinter Heath Hammond. I had just purchased a brand new Mazda a month before it was in an accident. I never had been involved in one and I was so worried about my vehicle. He answered all my questions and assured me he would treat it as his own. My vehicle ended up being a total loss but that was due in part to the time and care they took to go through the estimate. I would rather that then something being missed and causing long term issues.
