Ive gone here twice for estimates on two separate vehicles and both times they came in with the lower price. I recently brought in my Audi to fix minor dents and a cracked taillight and was very happy with the service provided.Denise, Zach, and Troy were all great about greeting customers and making sure everyone felt they were in good hands. I told them I needed my car back ASAP and sure enough I was able to pick it up 3 days later.Denise was on top of her game and went out of her way to make sure I had all the help I needed regarding reimbursement for my customer-pay.In the end, everything worked out and Im happy to recommend Dynasty Collision.

My Charger was in a hit and run and Dynasty is by far the best place to go for repair. Denise and Peter were phenomenal to work with. Denise made sure I was in the know on everything that was happening to my baby and I couldnt be happier.

They are too slow and meticulous with their processes. More than 1 month from vehicle drop-off to estimate, to ordering parts, to actual body work, to final completion. Good thing the auto insurance agency that paid for the services and car rental fees was generous.

Ive used Dynasty Collision twice in the span of a year. Denise and Zach helped for the two incidents. Both times, they were very courteous, professional and friendly. Zach helped me the first time with a deep door ding and helped with the repaint of the door. Dynatsty , is a very profesional body shop, they even cut down my detuctable . And I will definitely call them back, its hard finding someone to take care of your vehicle, and do a good job they either dont do it right or charge you to much money. Im glad l choose them. I just heard an ad for Dynasty and it reminded me that this has got to be the WORST repair shop myself and my husband have ever been too. My husband got into a wreck with his factory orange 350Z it took this place over 10 months to fix it because they kept BSing and getting everyone else done and kept running into problems or someone more important that needed it sooner. Our insurance paid them almost 8k to replace the front fenders/bumper, some frame work, replace head lights, radiator, paint job. Originally insurance called it totaled cause of the year, we heard great reviews about Dynasty so we took it there. They said 3 months tops with how busy they were. That was biggest mistake. Parts took 30 days to get in, that was perfect, estimated another 30 days for labor on body and 2 weeks or less for paint, primer etc, dead wrong. Straightening took 30 days and they didnt even tough the car for 30 days AFTER the parts came in, radiator took longer and it still doesnt sit right and is not bolted in, brand new headlights were scratched to hell, the body took them OVER 6 months to get cut and placed and it is not straight, its not flush at all, they cracked the fenders upon install and the paint job was the worst. The guys took forever to paint it and then still screwed it up bad. They over sprayed the lights, inside the car, interior was screwed, the rims, the new lights and the engine bay. Even then with taking for ever to paint, they missed a bunch of stops that are spotted. They offered to redo it but it had been over 10 months that they had the car and they wanted to charge us MORE for the labor because THEY took forever. Dont believe everything you read for their reviews on Google they have paid sponsors. If I could give a 0 star I would. The car was so beautiful and it will never be the same. 8k down the drain.

I was in an accident in April that totaled my car and Pete and the Dynasty team have taken care of me since the very moment I contacted them. We just moved to town and I couldnt have been more blessed to find this place. They picked up my vehicle from the tow yard, gave me a super fair and transparent estimate of what it would look like to fix my car, and have been so patient with me while I deal with the nightmare that is my insurance company. Helping me with warranty usage. Had to prove my point that they were basically at fault. But they took responsibility.

Filed the wrong policy incorrectly for over a month just to find out it was the wrong policy and have to start over. After a month and a half I am told it would be ready that week Friday by the latest Saturday for pickup, called Saturday to hear its not even on their list and I should call back Monday to find out what is going on. This shop has dropped the ball on every stage of the repair process...

So we had the pleasure of meeting Troy who was very nice and SSOOOO helpful from beginning to end. My son go into an accident and I found this place on google. What stood out is the ad that they pay your deductible up to $1000. So I called and asked about that. Spoke with Troy, he said yes we do and he also sent out a tow truck to us to pick up the car. While the car was there they found more damage(which I thought might be the case 😞) and our ins. ended up totaling the car...but the amount was leaving us with a balance to pay. I called Troy and let him know they totaled it and he told me to negotiate the settlement out(of course we had to prove the car was worth more than that) and we ended up getting an extra $1500! I did not know you could negotiate this! So not only did we get great service, we learned something new and saved $$$ in the process. They really took care of us and I felt like they had our best interest in mind. Thank you guys so much! I will definitely be using them again and referring them to everyone.

It had been hit while parked at my workplace and my insurance company didn’t want to repair it. I had full coverage at the time of the incident however they questioned my integrity and wanted to investigate my claim. I complied with everything they asked but explained to them I’m a singleMother of six kids who works a full time job from 7:00Am-8:00Pm. They wouldn’t work with meOn doing statements and never communicated with me. I’d call them over and over leaving plenty of messages never to get a call back. There customer service was horrible!!! They would disconnect the call on me and keep transferring me to different areas! Omg I could go on and on! Peter was kind enough to ask me why I was paying out of pocket and I explained to him everything! He immediately began calling Kemper insurance multiple times a day!! He pushed and pushed and pushed until he couldn’t push anymore!!! He got the insurance to PAY AND fast!!! My car in now in the shop and going to be fixed and I can’t be any happier!!! Dynasty does amazing body work.Rating them 4 stars because on the initial work order it was stated theyd replace tires. They DID NOT replace the tires on my SUV.I thought the time frame for the work to be done was excessive - 1 month. Paid cash so maybe since they werent working with insurance they took an extended time.Also when picking up my vehicle it had an issue of an airbag light coming on the dashboard which wasnt there before. Suggested Id bring the vehicle back which wasnt going to happen. Id go back as a last resort 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️However, I changed my review to 4 stars because their immediate promptness on getting a tow to their collision center was a life saver. 👏👏👏

A tree fell on my car at work. Within an hour of contacting Dynasty they had a tow truck at my work to pick up my car. Evaluated the damage and attempted to reach out to my works claims department repeatedly with no response. But they kept trying. Finally went in person to speak with someone. They sat down and talked to me about my works refusal to pay them. I reached out to our corporate center and let them know they needed to pay Dynasty. Dynasty was really patient and held on to my car while keeping in touch with me. When bill was paid by my company they held my car for a few extra days upon my request so I could come get my totaled vehicle on my next day off. A salvage yard was willing to pay me for my car but was totally low balling me and Dynasty stepped up and offered me more for my totaled car than anyone else. They cut me a check right there on the spot. If I ever need to use a collision center again I will definitely be using them. Thank you Dynasty Collision for working so hard along side me to get this problem taken care of.

I really wish I could give dynasty more than 5 stars ⭐️. After finding out my car had been hit in my parking lot I was already dreading having to deal with insurance and a new collision center (Was rear ended a year prior). Me and my mom found dynasty and decided to go with them after the brief conversation we had with the owner, Peter. He was accommodating from the start! I was able to bring my car in last minute and leave it over the weekend with Donny, who was also great. Peter made sure everything was taken care of and left no question unanswered. This place is a joke! They kept my car 3 days longer than the estimate and never once called me to let me know my car would be late. When I finally did call they were rude and disrespectful. Totally not worth it and I completely regret choosing them to help me in my time of need. Maybe I can save someone else from experiencing this same issue.

Zack was the friendly technician that worked with me & helped kept me in the loop during the lengthy repair process (much due to my ins companys delay) Even when my insurance company failed to extend my rental car provision, Zack offered to reimburse me for additional days and or offer a loaner car thru Dynasty when my ins company fell short of providing this need! Excellent job on my poor car! It got hit on the highway by a piece of wood that wasn’t secured to a truck and was a bit banged up. Took it to Dynasty and they did a beautiful job fixing the dents and whatnot. The color match was perfect and they got everything done faster than expected. They also worked amazingly with Enterprise and my insurance. I highly recommend Dynasty for any body work you may need.

Phenomenal team! We’ve used them multiple times and it’s been a great experience every time. Troy and Pete are awesome and the entire team is very personable and knowledgeable. They have a way of making a not fun process of getting your car fixed as stress free as possible. We would highly recommend them again and again!!!

I had such a positive experience with Dynasty Collision! I did not have rental car coverage on my insurance (poor decision, I have it now!) and I feel like they understood my urgency in getting my car back ASAP. I was quoted 3 weeks and my car was done on time. Both Peter and Zach were amazing and provided me with updates whenever I requested them without delay. My car looks amazing As if it had never been in an accident! I am extremely grateful to Peter, Zach and the Dynasty Collision team.
