I found this shop several months ago and chose it based on reviews. I called and made an appointment with Nick who is very polite and professional. I now have frosty AC after 3 years of suffering this heat! The price was very reasonable.Recently, my check engine light came on and I knew right where to go. Once again the day was saved! I love that I dont have to stress about finding a fast and honest shop if my vehicle has an issue! Thank you guys for taking great care of me!

I was having issues with my a/c and after calling around many other places i found this place. Immediately after explaining my issuesNick was able to get me an appointment. He was straight forward and and didn’t try to get me to stack services for something that was easy to diagnose. The blower motor was bad and I knew that was an issue.Other places wanted me to pay a diagnostics service and then pay for the a/c charge before they would even tell me what it was.His customer service is awesome and worked with me to get everything figured out.

I took my car in the day after I called, so they were able to get me in very soon. The store has a typical look from the outside of your neighborhood mechanic, but on the inside it’s very comfortable and you’re greeted immediately with friendly and professional staff. I dropped my car off slightly later than I had scheduled and was told that they were busy (which I could immediately see from outside the business because of how many vehicles there were in their small parking lot) but that they would get my car in as soon as possible.I thought that it might take most of the day and I was fine with this as I work from. 8-5, however I got a call with the status and repairs needed for my car within 45 minutes. The speed and quality of the diagnostics was incredible. They called and greeted me by name, addressed me professionally and gave me a no nonsense and sensible run down on the vehicle. They let me know that I unfortunately need a new compressor, which I already suspected because this was the place I took my car for a second opinion based on their reviews, and I am super glad I did and had the chance to work with these gentlemen.They were able to beat the price I was quoted at by the other mechanics by $200+ and were ready to begin working right away.The diagnostics was super fast and very affordable. They offered free Freon charge with the service.I will definitely take any of my vehicles here in the future, even though it’s a 26 mile drive from where I live because they are that good. It’s refreshing to see people who are so genuine in an industry where, if you’re like me, you have a hard time trusting everything you’re being told.I will recommend this to my friends and family and to anyone who reads this, I recommend it to you, too. They are the epitome of professionalism and courtesy/care in the auto repair industry.

We were visiting from Kentucky when our AC went out. Nightmare... Dont know who to trust, so I looked at ratings and read every review on this company. Im happy to say everything went well. As advertised!! I wont take my vehicle to any other shop after finding this location, but I must praise the service and professionalism of this location. My AC went out on a drive back from Los Angeles so it was sweaty mess for a while before discovering this shop. I only had the pleasure of meeting Nick, but he helped make everything clear for me so I understood what I was getting into. I am not someone that understands cars whatsoever, but the communication that Nick provides via a phone call while they are working to inform me of what exactly they were doing, made me a little smarter. They are upfront with costs for each repair if your car needs it and will only do it with your approval. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with any car problems, but especially if your AC needs serviced.

Just relocated my son to Phoenix from Chicago his car overheated with the air on (it was needed in 112 deg heat) Nick and his team diagnoses was spot on, it needed a new radiator because it was blocked. I ran a quick diagnostic, and was looking for a shop that could quickly confirm the issue and address the repair. Nick and his staff were professional, and extremely patient in working with my father-in-law, and his car warranty company. The repairs were performed in a timely manner and the charges were reasonable, transparent and fair. Best part of all, I now have a new service center, where I will be bringing my own vehicles when time will not permit me to do the work myself. Im extremely happy with this service center!!!

This company is outstanding! When I was moving across country from OH to AZ my car had some serious A/C issues making it undrivable as soon as I landed in Phoenix. I was very picky about mechanics because I have always done my own work with help from mechanic friends in my hometown. I took my car to 3-4 other mechanics over the course of days and could not find anyone who could do all the repairs, let alone at a reasonable price, until I called Autocare. They got my car in the shop that day, perfectly diagnosed it and was able to perform all of the repairs needed in house.The best part about this place is Nick at the front desk. He is up front about everything that needs to be done and is very compassionate to working with your budget. He called me multiple times with updates whenever there were changes to the original plan we discussed and has ALWAYS been on time to the minute. Which was super important because I was living out of hotels waiting for my car when I first visited them.I have since gone back for all of my repairs including oil change, transmission hose repairs, wheel bearings and have plans with them to fix more.11/10 would recommended!!!

Just had another Great experience at Autocare.Nick and the team replaced my front brakes a couple of weeks ago. After a few days I sensed that something was not quite right with the way the car was breaking. I called Nick and mentioned this him. He told me to bring the car right in. I did and he had Lance look at the car immediately. Lance identified that there was still a problem with the rotors. They fixed it on the spot. The car has never braked as smooth as it does now. I highly recommend Nick, Lance and the Auto Care team. Brought both my 09 CRV and my wifes 14 Accord in for a couple oil changes, A/C cleaning ( bad smell) and cabin air filters for the CRV. They did a great job, got rid of the musty smell and did everything at a good price. Nick, the operations mgr, was great about calling and keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs..would highly recommend Auto Care and will return for any future auto repairs/ maintenance.

After I had a routine oil change and safety check in July 2020 for my Jeep Gr Cherokee at the dealership, I was told the vehicle had 7mm disk brake pad thickness at all 4 wheels and would likely need a complete brake job soon.I took my vehicle to Auto-Care Air Conditioning and Brake Inc. on Tuesday October 20 and Nick Catsibris informed me that only the front disk brake pads needed replacing and the job was completed that day.I really appreciate the honest assessment of the actual work needed and the professional, outstanding work they did not only on this job but all the past jobs I have had done since September 2019.I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for follow up service needs to Auto-Care.

I moved here recently from Colorado and as such did not have a good place to take my car when the air conditioning stopped working! Knowing that I obviously couldnt live without AC here, I did some google research and this place had the best reviews. And they arent wrong! After taking my car to two different places without getting good service, Autocare AC was excellent! They kept me in the loop during the entire process and were quick to get me a quote for the repairs I needed. They were professional and courtesy and did excellent work! When my air conditioning system had a leak, they were able to charge it for me so I would have cool air. They also were able to tell me where the leak originated from. Nick is a very nice and knowledgeable person and easy to deal with. Theyre service was very quick. I recommend this business if you have any issues with your a/c system.

I’ve been here twice for compressor issues. Nick and his team got me in quickly with no appointment and diagnosed the problem fast. They replaced the compressor earlier then expected and Nick took off labor that was quoted because they got it done quickly. 2 years later I go back and it’s the compressor again. Nick was able to get it under warranty after being expired for a year. It’s really hard to find honest and fair mechanics. I will never go anywhere else, they make you feel like family. You can trust Nick with all your car needs!

My compressor for AC went bad. I got a couple quotes that all varied from 1600-1800 for replacement. Took my car into Autocare, Nick was very helpful and kind. They were significantly lower than everyone else. Got my car back the same day. Even offered to let me pay it monthly if I needed to. 110% recommend them for any car work. Nick was very flexible & helped get our AC fixed quickly even though they were very busy. Only bummer was that it took two visits. I had to return to get the compressor replaced, but he didnt charge me to flush the coolant again which I appreciated. Nice guy.

Nick and the crew are the most awesome in the business. I have visited a few other shops in the area, but they are the best. I brought my 2nd gen Integra to them for replacement of the distributor assembly, changed out an old catalytic converter, had my car raised enough to get on a dyno without damage, replaced the rack and pinion when it started leaking and have had them replace a bad axel. Everytime I stop by I get treated with respect and am given the best prices for quality work with excellent warranties.

I write this to warn others that a high review rating does not equate to quality or honest work. I took my vehicle here because after years of blowing hot air through the a/c vents, it was time to see a professional for a repair.I did research of different places around AZ, I determined this would be my choice because of the high reviews which in hindsight was a mistake. I dont trust mechanics because youre often at their mercy and youll lack the knowledge to know if theyre truthful about said problems but they dont let you see what diagnostics their doing anyways, so completely at their mercy.After the inspection I was told the plugs are leaking and it would be $300, I decided to pay it out of sheer desperateness. The receptionist known as Nick, said there could be a small chance that their might be another leak elsewhere but they inspected the car thoroughly and its doesnt seem likely. My A/C worked great for 2 weeks and then it emitted hot air again, I did another appointment and explained the problem, I took my car in and another inspection found the A/C Condenser was leaking and it needed to be repaired, the cost would be $600.This business has a cunning method that it uses to get more money out of you, they would have known this problem the first time I took my car in but ignored it to make more money out of me, I refused to pay such a price, I was already at $300 with another $600 would leave me at a total cost of $900! Those are dealership prices, might have well just taken it there. I didnt want to write this and held back for a long time but to this day I dont have a/c in this hell of a state and Im afraid to take it elsewhere because of this experience, its difficult to find an honest mechanic business and this isnt it, they will milk as much money as possible.

Id been dreading taking my car in for work. I knew brakes and a wheel bearing were probably needed. Nick was great about getting me the best price for the work. Went in to get my transmission repaired. They took the the time to discuss options. Also discovered Air conditioning and timing belts needed replacing, called and let me know cost. Repair was done in a timely manner. Car runs like new. Highly recommend this shop for any repairs. They really care and provide exemplary care and exceptional work.

Wonderful customer service. I called on Friday afternoon and was able to make an appointment for Saturday morning. My appointment was at 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:00 am, by 8:45 they called and told me what was wrong and told me the price it would be. By 10:55 am, I was told that I could head back to the shop. The price was what I was quoted, they gave me a 3% cash back gift card to use for next time and the AC that they fixed is working better than it has in 2 years. I am so appreciative of them and am so glad that they came up on google when I searched for somewhere to fix my car. Their shop is 45 miles from home but I have no problem making the drive to continue to come back to them. This is a mechanic shop that you can trust. Thanks again!

I recently had some work done on my AC at Auto Care Air Condition & Auto Repair. They did an outstanding job! They kept my car less than a day and found out what was wrong very quickly. After the evaluation Nick called me and told me what needs to be done. I ended up ordering them to do part of the repairs to stay in budget and they did the job incredibly well. My AC has been working like a champ ever since. Customer service and the quality of the repairs are both A+. I can recommend this shop unconditionally.

I needed my AC fixed on my van. I took it to another place who charged me $500 and had my van for a week. It still didnt work. I brought it to Autocare and they fixed it in a day and for a lot less. Great job!

My wife and I came to Phoenix from Colorado for a couple of weeks. We had been having intermittent A/C problems with our 2008 Honda Odyssey. I figured if youre going to get you A/C fixed, Phoenix probably had good A/C technicians who knew what they were doing. I did a quick Google search and Autocare Air Conditioning and Repair popped up. I wanted to avoid a dealership, worried they would find something else wrong or try and force a compressor swap when it wasnt warranted. I was a little skeptical that a bunch of the reviews were fake (I originally looked at Yelp reviews) because they were so positive. However, I went to check it out. I was in fact greeted and helped by Nick (he was in some of the reviews). He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took a look at it (no charge) gave me a quote and fixed the problem (leaky Schrader valves) per the quote. I couldnt be pleased more. You pay for what you get. If you want good service, an honest evaluation and a good experience, come here. His whole shop was immaculate and all his technicians were also pros.

Amazing customer service. My air conditioning needed fixed. After they fixed it, it ended up breaking again on my drove home (melted connector). But I took it back, they didnt charge me for the extra labor-- they even offered me a ride home so I didnt have to walk. It was fixed in a timely manner and is now working great. Very reasonable prices.

I had the water pump go out on my car Friday night and I called them Saturday morning, took my car in and my vehicle was repaired for a fair price and back on the road Saturday at noon. This is a top notch facility with honest people working there and truly giving the customer top notch service.They found customers for a long time to come. I highly recommend these folks.

I started having trouble with my 2015 VW air conditioning and took it to the dealer where they diagnosed it as “normal” and I would have to wait until it broke completely before it could be fixed under warranty. I was dissatisfied with that conclusion and took it to Autocare as they were highly rated for A/C repair. They immediately found the issue and fixed it for me! Called 1st thing this morning to see if they could look at my 2010 Ford Taurus which was not blowing the proper amount of air our of the vents even on high (A/C). Nick told me to bring it right down and they would take a look.Excited that they could fit me in I went right down and dropped off the car. About an hour and a half later Nick called with the good news that all I needed was a $31 cabin filter and the a/c was now working perfectly!This was an excellent experience and I do highly recommend you check them out if you need some work done. I dont know about you, but when it comes to auto repair I definitely feel vulnerable-never knowing if Im getting the real story or overcharged.After getting our car fully tuned up last month (to include an oil change) in Oregon we drove to Phoenix. About 2 weeks ago we noticed a strange tapping sound in the engine. We looked at various reviews online and chose to bring our car here. And after this experience I can definitely say we have found our mechanics!!! Honest, great customer service and in the end all our car needed was 4 quarts of oil. (Yeah, I know, ameture). Nick didnt even charge us for the diagnostic, and we walked away spending about $20. So worth it, pleased, and thankful.

The service department did a great job on my 60,000 mile check-up, honored the coupon price and even gave me a sizeable discount on the the overall bill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Nick is awesome! I came in as a suspicion that I was being scammed by the car repair place we had been going to for years. I took my car in to get an oil change and replace the brake light bulbs on my Jeep Commander, as they were out. I went to the AAA Auto Repair on 40 St just S of Bell Rd. They proceeded to charge me $150. To advise me that they had tried to replace one of the bulbs, but it looked like it was an electrical problem. They wanted to charge me another $150-$300. To explore this and no idea what the total cost would be on repairs until after the exploration. Needless to say, I suspected I was being scammed or at the very least over charged. My daughter looked up reviews on google and we found this shop with great reviews closer to my home. Nick heard me out on my experience and took the car in. As it turns out, the only issue with the lights was they were burned out. Nick replaced the bulbs and did the oil change, which by the way the other shop failed to do at all. Nick and his team were friendly, professional and honest! The cost was minimal and saved me from being scammed! Thanks to Nick I now have a car repair I trust and will bring all my vehicles here from now on. Also, will recommend to all my family and friends!

After several years of going to another repair shop and spending a lot of money without getting any results, I finally found Autocare through an ad that I received in the mail. My car had several oil leaks which Nick and his team of really great mechanics found and repaired at a fair price.Nick was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, as well as,genuinely honest. Great mechanics, good prices, a business you can depend on. What more could you ask for?!

I have taken my car here on multiple occasions. The first time was a couple of years ago when my battery died and I just happened upon it because it is close to work. I’m so glad I did. When my motor mounts went bad a couple of months ago, I went to a shop near where I live and the price they quoted was over my price range. I called Nick up and he came in $500 less! When I got my car back, it was like a brand new car. They do such excellent work. Today, I had the pleasure of getting my A/C and door lock fixed there. Again, great price, great customer service. Since I work about 2 miles from there, they even gave me a lift to work one morning. There are a lot of repair shopis out there, choose this one-Fair prices, great work, great customer service!

Nick and his shop did an outstanding job of diagnosing my cars issues and was able to source the needed parts and perform a wonderful fix to my cars engine and catalytic converter. I suspected I had some issues with my vehicle due to some abnormal sounds and took it in to be checked out. Turns out I was paranoid and the sounds were normal for my vehicle. The manager, Nick, did not charge me anything even though it was time out of his schedule. It is rare that you find such honesty and customer care. They have earned my trust and business!

Took my car in today due to what sounded like metal rattling. I was prepared for the worst. Turns out, a small rock had found its way into the wheel well. In less than three hours from my phone call, Nick and his team had me back to my office with a rattle-free car! A very happy customer! Already shared their information around my office!
