Looking for a repair shop can be scary so working with people who treat you kind and professional while thoroughly educating you on what repairs are necessary, is priceless! My Jaguar XF was making a concerning noise and I struggled to find a shop (outside of the dealership) but I was led to Mr. Rose and they have a lifelong customer in me. They completed the repairs in less time expected and the price was more than fair. This German/British auto repair shop is amazing! Coventry is simply the best. Weve taken our sedan to Tim when Chapman BMW couldnt diagnose the problem on our vehicle, which was a Transmission Malfunction and still charged us $305 for an incorrect diagnosis which called for $3200 of repairs that my car didnt need. I towed it to Coventry right up the street, a family owned business, repairing Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Bentley, MG, Mini-Cooper, you name it. I paid a fraction of the price and none of the problems that Chapman said my BMW had were actually wrong. Valuable lesson learned.. Tim is amazing. Im a repeat customer and will continue bring our vehicles here.
