Could not be happier with the job they did. Spoke with the shop owner Justin when I went in. Quickly looked at the car, had an estimate, and scheduled a date to drop off. Picked the vehicle up a couple of days later. Could not ask for a more honest, quick and quality repair than what they provided. Affordable pricing, and great communication. Will not hesitate to use again in the future, if I am ever in an accident again.

He was very descriptive on the work that was to be completed and guaranteed the work , but my final decision was based on my gut feeling that he truly cared about providing the best service and restoring our truck back to its immaculate condition.Our truck was finished when promised and the truck is so beautiful!!! During the chaotic process of getting my vehicle repaired (due to the wonderful distracted driver who backed up into my vehicle at a light) was able to locate this shop in Phoenix- of course my anguish of dealing with my insurance company was a dreadful reality. Let me say the guys at American Collision stepped forward handle the job from beginning to end. The work they did on my car was amazing, honestly may have looked better then when I bought it. The customer service was truly the best I have dealt with a long time and I work in customer service. Gotta love finding a local owned and ran company that cares about their customer!

This place is awesome!! I personally would bet money there is not an automotive shop that does it better then this place. Ive taken two different vehicles here both with ac problems and Bryan made sure that he found out exactly what the problem was before fixing it. I know i have a habit of bugging people to find out when vehicles are going to be done because Im a business owner and having transportation is important and honestly Bryan was awesome and attentive from the first call to the last. I dont think i have found a car repair place that care more about their customers then this place. A lot will fix your car because they think its the problem and charge the money without it being fixed. Ive been there!! Not this place!! If you take your car to any other place youre crazy. I would give this place a 10 if I could

I went to this place of business to see about getting a front end collision repaired. There was a gentleman that was taking pics of my vehicle & will say that he was a very cool guy. So I was told that the estimate would be emailed to me... I didnt receive that email so I stopped back up to see if maybe it just was an error on my part. They were unable to locate anything so I was told that I would receive a call in a day or two & I was fine with that. So when I received the callback the guy out right stated we dont paint whole cars I was like Oook but I just wanted the front end done but then the guy on the phone states well I wont be able to get to it so you might as well take it to someone else! At that point I was like ok and hung up but I just felt like if you didnt want to do it just tell me, dont give me bull💩 about we dont paint full cars... Im done now

This shop is a joke,poor workmanship,,,,,,a good shop to take your car if you want drunks working on it,,,,,,,,,,the owner is a crack pot that dont know if hes coming or going,,,,the body tech is a drunk,,,,,not peopie I can trust with my car
