I recently switched over to Sam Winters- State Farm Insurance Agency and I must say, they know how to take care of their customers. Not only is State Farm providing great coverage at a very good cost, the agents there are amazing. Specifically want to shout out Katrina Bannon! She is wonderful. The QUALITY of her service is A1 and makes me feel like im being taken care of. Shes extremely responsive and quick in regards to getting whatever you need. Appreciate you Katrina!!!!

I use to be with State Farms ( Phoenix ) for about 10 years ago I had to leave them when I was not able to get a good quote for adding my 2 sons cars on my policy. So I switch to Geico which I was paying $469.00 for three cars and not even able to get rental insurance. I moved to AZ and I was doing online quotes from multiple insurance agencies and I had a budget I couldnt go above and everyone was quoting me above my budget. Melissa quoted me almost half of my budget for my auto insurance. She is amazing. I also added my house and she saved me hundreds of dollars. A solid, professional group. Moved back to AZ, and they handled all our conversion from other state SF office smoothly. Three cars, plus umbrella, plus homeowners. When we purchased new home in AZ, they also worked with new mortgage holder. One small problem during the new home purchase, but it was corrected immediately. My parents purchased homeowners and auto insurance from Sam Winter in the early 90s when they moved to Phoenix from San Diego when I was 5 years old. I have since insured a couple of properties, numerous vehicles, and a business with State Farm through Sams agency. My parents and I have always been pleased.State Farm provides excellent insurance coverage, but it is also a large company with many layers. In the last month or so, I have been unfortunate to have several frustrating experiences. Sam and his staff have been invaulable in their assistance.I found myself stranded on the side of the freeway with an inoperable vehicle. I called the State Farm roadside assistance number, and for whatever reason, they did not have a record for the truck I was driving. My other vehicles were listed on their computer, but not the one that was broken down. My insurance card explicitly stated that I had roadside coverage, and I found myself feeling frustrated, and had resigned myself to paying out of pocket for my tow. I called Sams office, and Gena verified my towing coverage, and had a check out to me the following day to cover the costs of the tow.The week before, I had closed on a new home, and just two days after moving in, my new home was broken into, vandalized, and burglarized. An inspector came out from State Farm and reviewed the damages, and when the adjuster called me to go over the settlement, I was not understanding the details of the settlement amount and was feeling frustrated. I expressed this, and to the adjusters credit, he contacted Sam, who called me shortly after. Sam was able to act as my advocate and help my family to be truly restored back to where we were before the loss, which is the point of insurance.I have always found Sam and his staff to be professional and helpful in every way. I will happily pay premiums to State Farm for as long as Sam is one of their agents. I enjoy the daily assurance of reliable and excellent coverage from a reputable company like State Farm, and when I need to make changes, or experience difficulties, I have Sam and his team to help me navigate through the sometimes confusing world of insurance.

Gina Is AWSOME!!!!!!!! That women will bend over backwards for you!!! Sam on the other hand is a cocky ass! Gina will not stop until you are satisfied, Winters had the audacity to tell me when I had a claim, well the insurance companies have lost a lot with investments lately so you will just have to pay for it yourself. Really?!?!?!Gina needs to be the Agent and Sam, well needs to be spinning a car wash sign on the corner.
