Very poor customer service. They seemed like my business didn’t matter. Slow to respond and honestly not helpful at all. I used this agency before and was happy not sure what happened in just 6 months time but dealing with Sabrina and Renee has been a nightmare.

I am a State farm customer and this is the closest location near me. I could not have been more lucky than to find this location. The group of ladies that work here are amazing at handling claims, and are easy to get along with. Whenever I come in we always have some laughs. I highly recommend visiting this location before any others.

She is a great agent,always there to answer your questions, and meets with her customers once a year to review your coverage and make changes if needed. She really cares been with her going on 4 years her office team is great too.

Even though you see television commercials and hear radio commercials for every insurance company that exists, you never know what to expect. After being a driver for 30 years, I have dealt with my share of insurance companies. I can say without a doubt the most refreshing was Lavonna Johnson with Mattie Taylor State Farm in Phoenix.I was greeted by the owner, who was pleasant and inviting. I was then introduced to Lovanna, who would handle my account. She was detailed, professional, pleasant and on point. An absolute gem!Sure, commercials are easy to produce. Whats not so easy to produce is professionalism and genuine friendliness. These folks have it down and I would recommend them completely!
