I would like to give a shout out to Yelena at Ayalas insurance, she went above and beyond with helping me get an Homeowners policy and work diligently with myself and our lender to get them the information they needed in a timely manner. Also, Rosie was very helpful when I had any additional questions. I highly recommend Ayalas insurance on 24th St & Thomas!! These girls are total ROCK STARS!

Weve been trying to downgrade our auto insurance over the last week and a half and they have made it very difficult by continuing to create obstacle after obstacle. Customer rep cynthia was also unprofessional in her demeanor and lacks customer service skills. We will be filing a complaint with the Arizona Department of Insurance and I highly recommend that if you have had any grievances with them, to also file a complaint. Hopefully after receiving enough investigations/inquiries, Ayala insurance will get their act together and serve customers the way they should.

Went in, there were two agents (one male one female)with clients. The male independent agents was having trouble with his clients policy. I waited for my turn with the other agent. After it was my turn, I started inquiring about what I was there for. The male agent gave up and asked the female agent to do it for him. So I was told to go back to the waiting area, to wait. Another customer came in, and the male agent went ahead and started handling that new customers business. I wanted to try doing business with an independent agent, as opposed to a captive agent. Needless to say I went back to progressive.

The WORST customer service EVERY time, they never seem to know what they are doing an definitely need more staff!!!!!!! Also, they never informed me that my rate went up, for current policy, due to 6 months being up!!
