Worse service ever. If you dont think so go try it. I paid my insurance late and asked them how long does it take for the payment to go through. The manger told me 24 hours. I made my payment on Wednesday and my insurance says cancelled. The manager said he was going to call me back after he finished with his customer. Ok, I can respect that. This was around 2 and it is now going on 4pm and no call. Once my six months is over Im going to another insurance company.

The new staff in this office are polite and quick, I will be recommending my friends and family to buy insurance from this office, Melixza & Rigo were both awesome!

I normally go to the offices in Mesa & Chandler for help on my policy they as well are great. My policy cancelled last friday or saturday, previous agents told me over the phone they cant assist me until monday to get more details, because carrier hrs are only open during week days until 5p, thats the only down fall. I went to this office to see about just getting a new policy instead. The reps were very polite & very helpful to me. They took the time to look into my policy and figured it out really quick and fixed the cancellation. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!I work in customer service and u provided great assistance.
