I have tried for two months through email, voice mail messages, and physical messages with an employee to get Eric to call back and he has not. I have been with State Farm 20+ years. My agent left and was transfered to Eric in Oct. His customer service is poor and I tried to get his superior through state farm 800 to call me and they have not returned call Start Farm Customer service continues to get worse....

Worst agent ever.. after being with them for few months, they decided to raise the price and charge me $360 for my vehicle. Theyre never there when I needed to contact them the fact that theyre just scammers, I recommend to look for another agent.

Have been with them for 3 years and it was all good till the time I tried contacting them. When tried calling or mailing them, they never got back to me. Have mailed them multiple times over past year, but no reply. Call always goes on voicemail and they never get back.

And they talk to you and say how was your day .and i just what to say thank you and eric you doing a good job.on your work .and a good friend.and you guys are like family. This agents location and staff have been nothing but nice, but never actually get things done to help you out. When trying to set up my renters insurance (attached to my car insurance), they forgot to set it up and it took me calling back 3 days later to get them to do it. When I received a notice in the mail that I needed to pay off the rest of my bill, I called to ask what happened, which they then said that they would give me a call back within an hour about it. They never called back. I called 4 days later to ask the same question, and they acted like they knew nothing about my previous call. Then, when I wanted transfer my insurance over to a new agent, they told me it would take just a few days to get transferred over. Finally, after 2+ weeks of not hearing back, I called and they had just done it the day before. I have never had such an unorganized experience with an insurance agency before, and I definitely recommend working with another State Farm agent if you are looking!

Need corporate number. I will get this week... Am goin to argue this one. I have been with them 10+ years. A courier over 6yrs.Of course I had windshields coverage that I paid for. So this year I had 4. 3 my car 1 my truck. So they r canceling my policy. Wth?Oh the best part about this is they are putting this on me about my daughter hit a rubber thing on hwy she did a claim after she was told it wouldnt go against her.paid the 500 deductible got her car fixed. Guess what? They filed it as an accident. So now she got this collision on her record for 3 years.So the best part is they put her collision on me... And r saying I have all this on me. So they are canceling my policy due to to many claims.. but I pay for it monthly almost 600 a month.. dont understand this at all. But it is what it is.Ooh well.

They never answer there phone Ive called repeatedly for the last 3 days an they hang up on me after 2-3 rings and all I wanted to find out was why they over charged me by $30. and if you do get a hold of someone you feel like your an inconvenience.Ive been with State Farm for like 8yrs or more but I think its time to find another company.

This location sucks, they never answer the phones and when they do it sound like they dont even want to talk to you. I called to speak to Jessica and the person that answered the phone said she was not there. My call drop and when I called back guess what... Jessica was the one that answered the phone. Also, every month they keep changing my payment date and charging different amounts. This is just crazy!!! Their customer service sucks. They have also overdrawn my account, I had not seen them charging my back account so I called and spoke to Melissa and she said that unfortunately they had to move my due date to the 20th but they charge my account 17th and overdrawn my account. So terrible business and customers.... all that State Farm is on your side is all BS.

Very frustratedThe Agent puts me on hold after i expressed my frustration with them -He must have forgotten i was on the line.The funny thing is the corporate office had done a 3 way with him and myself to straighten the lienholder mess... Needless to say, i just requested a change of agent and location.....2 nice freindly girls working for him, but that didnt help my situation with my finance company requirement of having them as lienholders.... no one seemd to know how to handle this....Maybe i should go with Farmers Insurance if this is not taken care of by my new state farm agent .....
