A little while back I went on a tour of these apartments. While the apartments were very nice what stood out to me the most was the service. The young lady that helped me, Jasmin, was very helpful and kind. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend talking to her if you are interested in renting here.

OH MY GOD…. This girl Jasmin was AMAZING, she showed me everything that I could possibly look at while making it feel like a Christmas morning. Great experience with her.

I went in this weekend to get some prices. Ive been looking for a place for a few days and of all the places I went, the agents at Ascent were the most helpful. Even when they didnt have what I needed at the time, Jasmine and Victoria still recommended their sister communities and actually took time to explain everything to me

Moving to AZ from NY has been an interesting learning experience, but I am so grateful to have Keomy and Jasmin help make my moving process seamless. They were patient with me as a first timer, and made sure I understood everything clearly. And the property is gorgeous so I couldnt ask for more.

I absolutely love the complex! The office and maintenance are everything about this place, they are friendly, take care of my problems with my apartment and are super responsive. My boyfriend and I so far have had a really good experience with this apartment complex. Jasmine at the front office has been so amazing to work with and has helped us with every step that we have needed along the way. I will say that the walls are a little thin but I won’t blame the complex for my rowdy neighbors. So far for being here for just a few months I’ve had a really great experience and hopefully the rest of my lease term all live up to the same expectations. Again shout out to Jasmine!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Ascent so far. Maintenance is timely and effective. Neighbors are considerate and friendly. The staff are particularly helpful, Jasmin having been notably reliable for any and all updates, communication, and assistance with any needs as they come up. The Ascent at Papago Park is a definite recommendation for a choice in convenient and quality residence.

The ladies in the office have been super helpful during my apartment search! Im new to the area and having Jasmin and Keomy work with me and my many questions was much appreciated. The office manager, Mirta was very knowledgeable as well. If youre new to Arizona and looking for a place, I cant recommend Ascent enough!

Hands down the most helpful leasing office I have ever had the privilege to work with. Beautiful property and great proximity to everything you could need. Keomy I’d the absolute best. 10/10. They close their facilities frequently, the main office staff has been rude to me numerous times considering others parked in my assigned spot, and I had post office lights shinning into my room every night. It wasnt the best. But they were super dog friendly.

Hi, Im Mark Olea and moved in this apartment complex beginning of April 2021 and let me tell you this place is def a really nice complex and its quite at night and gated. Everyone pretty much respects each others privacy and belongings not like my last complex. The staff in the front office are very helpful and make moving in such a easy process for you , even if you have a busy schedule like I do , they work with you which helps out so much and they tell you ways to get help to pay for security deposits and all really helpful ladies. Another cool thing about the complex is every Thrusday they have a food truck from different places serving food in the evening for dinner so you def dont have to cook at all that day just go up order food and go back home and relax for the night no dishes or cooking at all. Im def glad I found this place and ill be staying here for a while. If anyone is interested just stop by you wont regret it.

We are apartment locators and when I say Ascent is our first choice, I am saying this out of over 50 communities we work with! The office staff is like known other. Keomy is warm and welcoming and professional. Mirti, the manager goes beyond what a typical manager would do for her tenants. Recently, I placed renters there and I got the nicest thank you card. They said the staff is extraordinary, the maintenance is fast and efficient and their apartment is lovely. They love the layout and the finishes and say it is very spacious. They also mentioned that the grounds and the amenities are very well kept. They are a perfect choice for your next apartment home.

I stay here but I will not recommend someone else to move here period, I had requested my carpet to get fixed and my washer to get replace or fix. I hv been here almost a yr now I barely wash my clothes bcz they machine make it worst and more dirty, so I chose to go out to a laundromat where I can wash my clothes. The price tag for doing that always cost me no less thn 70$, and they dont even care about fixing the issue smh.On top of that, i had a charged of 50$ for a week or 2 for not having rental insurance, which was not even in my fault but the rental insurance company mishandling my monthly payment. They still want me to pay 50$ even though I showed them I was not responsible for that mishandling.I cant wait my lease to be up, this a nice place but poor management and quick to overcharge tenants like crazy..

I lived here for one year and after two months my excitement was gone. I found out the hard way that if you call into the office you will get a different answer each and every time. The office is not professional and they do not communicate with each other. During the beginning of the COVID-19 I did call into the office because the front room screen would not close completely. I was informed that it would be fix. A week past by and I called again and again I was told it will be fixed. Another week past and when I called this time I was told no they wouldnt fix it. I was presented a Five day notice because I informed the Office Manager that they are unprofessional and that they need to hold office meetings so I dont get conflicting information. I received five different emails concerning my renters insurance. I emailed my declaration to the office five different times, but again I kept receiving emails and phone calls about my renters insurance. During the COVID-19 they didnt offer any type of discounts due to the tenants not being able to use the amenities which is why the rent is so high. They gave out Little Ceaser pizza but I couldnt use the movie theater, get the free coffee, use the locker room for my deliveries nor utilize the swimming pool. The dogs bark all day long so its not quiet at all. It sounded like there was a dog fight going on everyday. The only reason I gave the one star is because I wasnt able to post this review without clicking a star but they dont even deserve the star I gave. The Office Manager need to speak with my new Office Manger because I been at my new place for four months and I LOVE IT!!!!! SO PROFESSIONAL HERE!

I left a while ago but I was thinking about y’all while I was apartment hunting. Thank you so much for all you did for us with events. Karaoke was my favorite but I have a big mouth haha. Thank you for always being so great with your customer service. I know some conversations were tough but I always felt like a human. ALSO my new place did a sip and paint and I remember yours! Great experience so far with the property! Mirta and Keomy have been super attentive and helpful with my move in transition. We had a few things that needed attention and it was taken care of by maintenance within a day. They’re also always very responsive by phone or email and I have been very pleased with the service!

The Ascent at Papago Park apartments are extremely well-made. They have awesome employees working their butt off to keep the complex clean, running and in top shape; not just within the gated community but even the sidewalks around the facility. (And I call that “going the extra mile” for the residents)Great for families too since the complex always host cool events like movie nights or having tasty food trucks parked outside the front office. In short, I often get overwhelmed by the event-emails because more often than not, they always have cool little stuff going on.The complex is pretty lively and feels like a small neighborhood. Everyone is friendly! The best part about these apartments is the customer service though. Now mind you, no ones perfect, so my roommates and I have experienced a few hiccups every now n then but any reasonable person should expect this. But overall, I can’t complain because in the end they get the job done.P.SI only scratched the surface of the helpful and cool stuff they do for you. But don’t just take my word for it, you’ll have to find out the rest by checking out this place for yourself!

The complex is nice and the maintenance staff is great. They get things fixed very quickly. I have lived here for 39 months (3 13 month leases) so I have paid in excess of 40000 dollars to this complex and I enjoy the location. However, if you have actual issues while you stay here do not expect the front office (specifically Mirta Perez) to resolve them. Had an issue one lease where the person next door was blasting music day and night through my bedroom wall. For several months I had to call the front office to come up and listen to the music blasting through the wall. Nothing changed until the person moved out. Another issue is that if you live in the row directly next to Van Buren St., the dial tone of the gate sounds like someone is blasting an AOL dial up tone through your window at all hours of the night. I have email chains and videos dating back to the summer assuring that it was going to be fixed/turned down (still not fixed 6 months later). One of my biggest sore points was that they give you a key fob to operate the gate, and in the signed lease it states that if you lose the fob it costs 150 dollars to replace (fine, somewhat reasonable). However, it states nothing about charging you if the fob fails or stops working. After 3 renewed leases and 2.5 years of having this on my keychain every day you would think they would issue you a new one no questions asked. Nope. Mine stopped working one day and I was informed that I would have to pay the full replacement $150. The fob they handed me after paying was a totally new generation- the old one was probably from the early 2000s, but I was on the hook for it because of a blanket clause in the lease that says they can choose to charge residents for anything that breaks in the apartment. Insane. I have had my car broken into twice as well, although I do see security patrol cars going around on occasion. They had an all time PR disaster moment during the start of the pandemic when the front office sent out a blanket message to all residents that they were getting rid of the grace period of paying rent by the 3rd, and that everyone now had no choice but to pay on the first. It was remarkably tone deaf at a time when people were losing their jobs left and right. Don’t worry though- they put up a “We’re all in this together” sign by the pool! To top everything off, after paying my over 1000 rent on time every month for 3 years and never being a problem for a neighbor, they gave me a notice that renewing will not be an option. I guess they want to be able to raise the rent at a higher rate than what Arizona laws allowed them to do for a current resident. Either that or they got sick of being asked to solve real problems. Seems like a bizarre strategy in the middle of a pandemic when many residents are behind on their rent. From prior reviews I can probably not expect much of my security deposit back when they decide that I’ll be on the hook for a new carpet. All in all the complex is nice and very convenient for working by the airport- I guess I’ve just had some issues that they deemed not necessary to solve and it rubbed me the wrong way.PS Im surprised at all the recommendations for the volleyball court because there has not been a single soul to play volleyball on that court the entire time I’ve lived here 😂 The boundary of the small court is ringed by concrete and would literally be impossible to play on without smashing either your foot or your face going for a ball. In all my years of going to the pool there has never been a person out there on the sand

I moved in to Ascent after having some trouble at my previous apartment complex and have had a great experience so far! Ascent makes sure to know their residents and address any issues that are brought up. The reason I chose this complex is because of a friend who has lived here for 6 years and had spectacular things to say about the service, maintenance, and the way Ascent at Papago treats it’s residents! After moving in, I realized it there is even more to it with the gym, sand volleyball court, put-put, gorgeous pool area, and even karaoke nights!

Well i have to say. this is truly one of the best apartment communities. i have ever lived in maintenance is timely and professional. and the office personnel is very professional. i cant really complain. Ive had a few issues but the office personnel handled the situation rapidly. and the karaoke nights were AWESOME. i really enjoy living here for the most part. i just wish i could get a better parking spot. i think they need to make a motorcycle parking area.

I was surprised to see the rating at a 4.2 on Google. It should be a 5 but I guess you cant make everyone happy. Awesome amenities and staff is super friendly. I stayed there with a friend for a few days and it was pretty nice so when my lease is up for my place, I am definitely coming here.

I cant help but notice that all the positive reviews are from current residents. The management seems to be offended that you want to move out. A lot of reviews about being charged a ridiculous amount in relation to carpet..... might want to get that corrected management I know personally it has changed my mind about entertaining the notion of moving into your community.

Update after the response from the owner:Unfortunately Ive had multiple instances of similar treatment before writing this review.**********From the day you give notice of intent to vacate, the way you get treated is completely opposite of when step in to be a potential resident.All the talk about rules and professionalism is only for the residents but the same is not reciprocated by the management.The property is good enough except that the actual floor plan layouts can be different from what you see online and the way the utilities have been calculated is like a black-box which even the management cannot answer. Instead they resort to comparing why Im the only one having questions on how they are calculated while other residents are OK!My overall experience/stay is not all that bad but be prepared to experience the dont care attitude of the management after you give the notice of intent to vacate...

This apartment complex has many wonderful amenities if youre interested in that. The price is higher than normal, but youre getting a lot of great things so thats why. Fitness center is above average, well kept pool and hot tub, volleyball court (this is one Ive never seen used, the cats here like to use it as a litter box so thats a con), small putting area, and a theater. Almost all of my interactions with the workers here have been positive other than a couple mishaps. My boyfriend have lived here 2 years. The price is just a bit out of range for a small apartment, but if you can afford it, its great. The workers here really get to know everyone, maintenance was pretty good, would respond with a day or a few.

Customer service is personable and efficient, maintenance requests are performed well, and they go above and beyond. The apartment is spacious and neat. There are social events every month, and the staff put a great effort into making it feel like a community.

I’ve lived here almost 5 yrs. the entire staff from mgr to maintenance are great I love the volleyball court and putting green and the fact it’s a gated community. We have a cool pool u can lounge in and party with great neighbors and friends not to leave out the grill areas all around for grilling anytime u want. Kudos to everyone that makes Ascent such a great place to live

Awesome complex! They provide a ton of amenities to use and have regular community events. Its typically quiet at night and a security guard is on duty every night to patrol the parking lot. The apartments are beautiful and worth more than the rent you pay. Love it here. Parking could be much better but overall, great experience!

The staff has been as helpful and accommodating as possible. Living there is nice. There is always something going on, and the staff is very inclusive. The only con I have, is that there isnt enough parking to enjoy this well maintained property! Im sure Mirta and the fine staff at Ascent are working on those arising issues.

Both the office and maintenance staff are amazing. I rarely need maintenance but, when I do request it, its taken care of quickly. My a/c went out on a Sunday, and when I called the after hours line, I was told Im on my way! Within the hour I was set up with a portable unit that cooled my entire place, and my a/c was fixed when I got home from work the next day. Thank you!

We visited 8 different complexes and liked this one the best. The customer service is awesome especially from Nicole who helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We toured the property and the amenities were very cool, everything is well kept and the unit we looked at was extremely nice. We have 2 vehicles and were always able to park close to our home. We are very happy with this complex and havent had any issues - it is definitely worth it!

I really enjoy living here. The ladies at the office are fantastic, Mirta (manager)and Renee (assistant mgr.) are always happy and very professional. I like that they have fun activities on a regular basis to keep the community engaged and together. On a different note; I got a request for maintenance and was resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend this community.

I have been living here for several months now and am beyond satisfied with both the apartment community itself as well as the staff. The staff has always been very accommodating to my needs/requests and the maintenance staff has always been extremely prompt in responding to my requests. Most recently I want to thank Jacqueline Rodriguez in the leasing office for her patience in answering my numerous questions and as importantly for expediting my request for service in my apartment. Jacqueline was very prompt, courteous and helpful in all of her responses to my email questions. Thank you all for your continued support of your residences!

This place has a lot to offer-great pool and community room, planned activities, and everything is well kept. The staff has been really helpful, as well.

Premises are incredible, very up-to-date property with a bunch of features that range from a volleyball court, putting green, swimming pool and good amount of exercise equipment. Incredibly friendly staff and longer business hours than most apartment complexes offer. Apartments are in great condition and all of them have their own washer and dryer for laundry as well as dishwasher and garbage disposal. Great value and options.

I definitely would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone. The amenities are nice for the price you pay, and that is the only positive thing about this place. When I moved out, I was charged for a $900 carpet replacement. The carpet needed to be replaced in one room and I was told that they no longer had the carpet to match the rest of the apartment, so they had to replace the carpet throughout the entire apartment to make it match. I later had a friend send me pictures taken of the apartment verifying that the carpet in the bedroom had been replaced with carpet that matched the rest of the unit. I am still in the process of filling my small claims report. I tried confronting the leasing office associate about this before taking further action, but was told she had no information on the matter and couldnt let me take my own pictures because someone else had moved in. I was also charged for several other things that were incorrect. The leasing office associates, particularly Renee, were also very rude and disorganized all throughout my time here. There is never enough parking for residents. The gate is broken more than it isnt, which is a real problem since this isnt in a very good area. The pool was always very dirty. There was dog poop everywhere, which made me nervous about walking my own dogs around the area. I ended my lease early and it was the best $1200 I have ever spent. It may look like a good apartment for the price, but trust me, keep looking and you can find something much better with more ethical management.

If you are looking for a great location close to Sky Harbor, downtown Phoenix, Old town Scottsdale or Tempe this is a beautiful property that has the feel of a resort. It has all the amenities you could want, including heated pool, movie theater and well maintained apartments and grounds. Highly recommended !!

I absolutely loved this property! Everyone was very nice, especially Renee who was more than helpful and answered all my questions. I dont usually leave reviews but I was definitely impressed with my visit. The property was really nice and everyone there was amazing!

I absolutely love my apartment, and the staff here is great. I was moving across country and Nicole handled everything and made it so easy. They really know how to make you feel at home.

A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . Mirta and Renee are awesome managers with winning smiles plus, both are very beautiful I must add.The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of having trails and parks in my back yard!

Now a days it is so hard to find a place to live, everyone is competing against each other and don’t really care for the well being of a resident. However, Ascent At Papago was one of the most friendliest and caring offices. The office staff is welcoming, Mirta, Renee and Jessica went out of there way to ensure my kids and I were attended too. They always greet everyone by there first name and maintenance is always helpful and always follows up with their work. Exceptional customer service and would most definitely recommend to everyone.

I love the monthly events at Papago, my family are new in the community and we’re loving. The Shoun should be the entertainer every month, he is so fun!

I am very grateful for all the help that I have received from the front office, Mirta Perez and Renee Gray. We had some financial issues and they have helped my family and I out through our financial situation. I truly appreciate them for all their help. They are very professional unconditionally. Regarding my living experience here, it was been the best! It is very quite and I will be renewing my lease here to continue living here at Ascent. I hope their corporate office receives this and understands what a great team they have.

It’s very nice place that you can have parties sometimes nearby swimming pool with barbecue, or enjoy watching movies in theater with friends, it’s also convenient for shopping , it’s not too far away like Costco or Whole Foods stores. I am from North California and moved here to live . Staffs Mirta and Nicole are very friendly and helpful . I like them much. 😊

Terrible. They will never tell you that your deposit is completely removed to clean the carpet, thieves. I had heard this kind of problem until it happened to me. I hardly lived in the apt, I had no pets and I left the apt super clean that the maintenance ones were impressed. I just let you know, so it doesnt surprise you that you will never have your deposit.

My boyfriend and I have been looking at several apartments and after touring Ascents at Papago Park we are happy to say our search has stopped. CONS: Be prepared to be billed a ridiculous amount for cleaning when you move out. A total bill of $1,700. $835 to ‘replace’ the carpet that had a few spots that could’ve been easily cleaned. I’m in complete shock by what we received. They will charge you a months rents. We were even charged to resign for another year. 2.5 yrs at this apt complex and we were giving nothing in return for all the money we gave them. They only want you there for money. The front desk is helpless. I’ve lost many packages. For the price you pay, LIVE somewhere else.PROS: After the bill we received for moving out, I have zero pros. It is an extremely sketchy apt complex. I feel so disrespected.Do yourself a favor. Find a different place. Thank me later.

Everyone in the office is Amazing and very friendly. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door and are quick to make sure you’re taken care of so you’re not waiting around. The Maintenence team here is super friendly and they take very good care of you. If you need something fixed it’s done right away if need be or at least within 24 hours.

The management staff Keomy ,Mirta and Jessica are rockstars they make you feel like a true community even family. The maintenance membership wonderful too . I love it here every one is friendly and professional thank you!

Starting with the front office I have had majority of my interactions with Renee and Mirta. Who are both very professional when I come into the office with my tenant needs. No matter how busy the office my be they do let me know that they will get to me as soon as they can, and when they do, I feel like I do take priority and they make the effort to solve my issue.I dont have many problems with my apartment and have been in it for nearly six months to this day of this review. When I have the maintenance team does a great job of getting on top of my issue in a timely manner which makes this apt complex a good comfortable place for my family. The last issue I had was my washer machine not functioning properly, not only did I receive a new washer but the gentleman that replaced the old one and insulated the new one even wore hospital shoe covers on his shoes. Since the apt has carpet you can only imagine how dirty it can get especially since its white. My daughter being the energetic 18 month baby that she is loves to roll her head all over the floor.So thank you to that gentleman I forgot his name but I have seen him many of times around the complex helping us tenants to stay comfortable. He wears glasses and has small beard but its to much to be a 5O clock shadow. I feel bad for not remembering his name like it isnt on his shirt. All in all the complex treats me much better than the last one that I was at. So MG properties has my confidence when Im ready to move on to my next living arrangements. It is worth the cost I do feel like I am getting what I pay for here.

This place is great, office staff is always nice and does the most! Maintenance was a pleasure as well. The amenities were great also, my biggest annoyance was the parking issue! Kinda crappy, but overall pretty awesome place to live!

If you are really needy and want everything done yesterday, this isnt a good choice for you. But if you are chill and independent, this is a good place. If something needs to be fixed, they usually get to it in a reasonable amount of time. Some of the neighbors struggle with being good dog owners, but the complex cant force everyone to be responsible for their pets at all times. I really enjoyed living here.

The apartments are spacious but there is hardly enough open parking for residents. There are many apartments which have 2+ cars and one assigned spot per apartment(even for three bedroom apt). The pool is not heated and always freezing cold. Also, the bathroom door opens weirdly into the hallway blocking the walkway to the bedrooms and laundry closet. I have lived here for 6 months and the parking is the biggest issue. Many times either me or my roommates have had to park off property because there was not a single unreserved spot open in the complex.

I absolutely love the apartments, The views, The amenities, The Staff is great! Maintenance is right on top of things!

Nicole she was Excellent she did great presentation and she sold me an apartment contract Great job. The rest of the staff is excellent as well! Definitely recommend !

I have been here a year and I am renewing my lease, living at Ascent at Papago park has been wonderful experience. Enjoy the amenities they offer and the staff is very friendly and helpful 😊

I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a good management company and place to live. I lived here once 8 years prior when it was trillium and can say the management was great, unfortunately I cannot say the same about MG properties who has managed to ruin this place. They have no open parking what so ever, so you have to park across the street which was the solution I was told by management. Also, if youre told we are removing the landscaping to open parking next month I heard that too but it was also a year ago.Lets talk about the customer service and maintenance. Ive put in multiple requests to fix leaking issues with no resolution what so ever from management or response from MG properties when Ive emailed them. When I inquire about the repairs, the responses I get are they are fixed but yet again the leak still goes on. Customer service is non existence and youll never get anyone to return a call.Also, If the amenities look good remember you can only use them during office hours which is usually when most people are at work.

I must say Ascent at Papago Park has the best customer service. I walked in and I knew I could call this place home. Jacqueline is my top favorite!!! She knew exactly what I wanted and not only that but she was so energized, respectful and knew how to get her job done!!! Thanks again for all your help!!! Glad to be apart of the community now!

The place is very nice every time i go somewhere and return its like coming back to a wonderful place time and time again. I could not ask for a better place to reside .The monthly events are great and i look forward to them each and every time .The service is great and maintenance makes sure you are satisfied .

From the first day I walked in the front office Renee and Mirta where great to work with the tour of the property and they showed me the floor plans I was impressed. They have a great workout facility and swimming pool to use and the barbecue grills are great. I am happy I picked this place to move into. The property is very taken care of and is always kept looking great. The maintenance guys are great they take care of any problems you might have.Once again Mirta and Renee thanks for all your help on a smooth move in to my apartment ..........

I just want to be able to park when I get home from work at 5:30pm. I dont think its too much to ask but this is the worst parking situation Ive ever had in an apt complex. Its to the degree that if I forget an errand or something I need, I will wait until the next day to go get it in fear of losing my spot and being forced to park at the gay bar across the street or illegally at the post office.The last news letter mentions renovations that will add 19 new spots so I guess Ill just have to wait and see if that does anything to alleviate the lack of spots.This is just stupid.

The lady there wasn’t whiling to show the property and wasn’t very welcoming at all! Definitely wouldn’t go back to live there

Had a very nice tour of the property. Very clean, great amenities. Apartments were well laid out. Office staff was friendly and helpful!

I came in and viewed their 2bdrm. I was greeted by the leasing agent Anthony. He was very friendly and throughly went over their floor plan. I ultimately decided on another property, but I definitely recommend checking them out.

I love Ascent and all that this place has to offer! My favorite part is the resident events! looking forward to karaoke tonight! My apartment is in a great location by the pool, I plan on staying here until it is time for me to purchase a home.

If you enjoy sleeping past 7 or 8 AM this isnt the place for you !! Every single day of the week they run leaf blowers and other loud equipment. Ive asked for them to hold off until after 10 AM but I got a big F.U ! if you work nights I recommend sleeping with ear plugs. Parking sucks & so do the pool rules that they have aka no beer. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.... Might look nice at first but the area is the worst zip code in phoenix for a reason. This place is like a polished turd !!

Well I dont know where to begin, there are no words to explain that Im super grateful for Keomy and her office team, my sister had lost her furbaby for 2 days and this wonderful team here at this leasing office Found her, and kept her safe and did what they could to help her find her home, thankfully we came across keomys’ post on facebook and found our maya, we’d like to thank the entire staff there at Ascent at Papago park, we are so thankful we are re-united with maya!

I moved in several months ago and I am still happy with the choice I made. The staff is amazing and very professional. Ive already referred several people here and have had nothing short of a great experience.

Every time I interact with the office and maintenance, I get the best service. They are friendly, funny, a great environmemt to be around. The property is always clean and well maintained.

Hello i want to say when i came to see the the apartments for the first time i feel in love with it from the beautiful landscape, the jacuzzi, the area with the fire pit to the pool,the exercise room,the yoga studio,to all the monthly activities thrown each month for the residents who live here its a fun place for the children and its pet friendly i love not to mention my beautiful apartment that comes with all the appliances in clouding a washer&dryer thats in its own room two bathrooms full wich is in the master bedroom. I love it i could go on and on but what im trying to say its a great place to live come see for yourself.

Awesome customer service. Bernie did an excellent job helping me moving in. Te infrastructure is amazing. The apartment was in perfect condition. Living at the Trillium is an experience overall.

Ive lived at apartments in Florida, New York and LA and The Ascent at Papago Park has easily been my best experience. Ive been living here almost a year, undoubtedly I have been satisfied with my decision and it has been a wonderful place to call home. I have aleady renewed my lease which is not yet even expired. The whole atmosphere of the community has been quiet, always kept clean, the neighbors who seem to be more from the professional demographic are friendly and I enjoy the serenity that exists at all times. The community is well lit and gated and grants me an additional sense of security. The amenities are amazing, well maintained, always available and the quality parallels any other Luxury Apartment in its class. Just look at the updated pics online, thats exactly how they are. Additional pluses for me is the covered parking, the close proximity to the Airport, Light Rail and bus route, all in walking distance. The location is so central between Tempe, Phoenix and Scottsdale so food, shopping and entertainment are just minutes drive away. The staff is phenomenal! Its always a pleasure going to the office because of how friendly and professional they are. Always courteous and will do whatever it takes to make you happy especially Jacqueline or Mirta who are purely amazing. Maintenance issues are dealt with almost immediately and the guys are very experienced. If you are looking for great affordable living, dont waste your time, start with The Ascent!! Love it!
