Faciliserve Air Conditioning & Heating is the best! I had them replace a very old apartment heater, on the second floor, which included a large gas in-wall furnace that had a flue into the roof. Today one of the surge protectors on our main AC unit exploded and burnt out the box. Richard was prompt and took care of the issue quickly. While we were at it, we replaced the surge protector on the smaller unit as a preventative measure. He is such a great person to work with. I highly recommend.
