The positive reviews seem to be from their owner to make them look good because all the bad reviews are really standing out more!!! Dont look like I will be doing any business with this company.

Was going to consider this place for a new compressor until I read their terrible reviews. I decided to ask a friend whos dealt with them what his experience was like and ill never use them. Too bad Quincy chose this place!

I cant even give this company a one star,I was talking with Chad in getting my compressor checked out as I bought it used.I had them repair my compressor which I took to them myself, they had it for 2 months and cost me over 2k to repair. Got it back and it worked for 3 days and it blew up. everything that they worked on broke.I then had someone from there come by to look at it charged me another $250 dollars to tell me there is nothing that he could do on site and I would need to take it back to them. I called chad and he was out of the office for a couple of days so I emailed him on the issues that I was having and only got one response that he would have to look into it. I have tried emailing him multiple times and another person by Troy. This is still an on going thing that they are completely ignoring me and avoiding the situation. But Troy is quick to email me quotes for a new compressor. I would not do business with this company in trusting them to repair anything

I cant even give these people one star. They came out and gave me an estimate for a new compressor and after just owning a company for a year I thought I would try and see if they had a used unit I could try for awhile instead of biting off such a big expense early in my ownership.They looked around and were willing to sell me their rental unit. They guaranteed me that they had given it a FULL inspection and had replaced some older parts and delivered it within a week. After paying an electrician and very large sum of money to install we went and turned it on and it worked for 6 1/2 hours. Upon opening for inspection there was oil all over. We immediately called them to come look at it. After their inspection they told us a seal was broken and that it would be $500.00 to fix. WHAT?????? Well we sold it to you as is after many calls and emails I have heard absolutely 0. I even offered to meet them 1/2 way.So having something they went over fully and it not working after 6 1/2 hours. Im not sure I would trust their word on anything else.Sorry guys, I warned you I would do this and ZERO response. Truth and Trust are major components in owning a business. I had to give 1 star or it wouldnt post so MINUS ONE

Rude, poor customer service, poor communication regarding work needing to be performed. Work performed without authorization. Speaking with Chad the service manager was even worse. Ugh.. Im looking for a new company to service our compressors.

Wow! Tom refuses to give anyone the time of day, very poor service.
