We had a flat tire. Our compressor didn’t work. I wanted to repair it since it was a $150 unit. I called and Jim was very helpful and said, ‘Come on in, we will take care of you’. Jim and Jorge fixed it in minutes. Lots of professional staff, clean, and very fairly priced. I recommend them for big and small jobs.

I have used these guys a few times now. Each time was very positive. They were able to find me the correct part that I needed. Each time without a model # or part #. They did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I ddnt need. I trust them and you can too. A+ all the way. Thanks guys. = )

Terribly disappointing experience. Needed one of my units at my shop serviced because it went down. Spoke to Tim about getting the service done , he assured me he would get me taken care of and would call me back to schedule after tracking down parts. After a week I never received a call back so I reached back to him he apologized about non response. He said he would order parts and schedule me. After another 2 weeks no call I reached out again, another apology and he said he would get a tech out before weeks end. No tech no call, I reached back out monday he scheduled me for thursday. No call no show thursday. It is over a month now and my equipment at my shop has been non op because of this debacle. I am using another company to get my unit fixed. I will never use nor recommend Arizona Air Compressor.

I have been looking for a part for my home compressor. I have reached out to several specialty motor shops including larger companies and none of them gave me the time of day. I call Arizona Air Compressor and spoke with Bill. Bill informed me he doesnt deal with my size compressor but asked for the make and model and also for my phone number. He said he would do some research and get back to me if he found any information. I hung up not expecting any call back, what was in it for Bill? To my surprise I received a call from Bill with some information.This is the type of person and company I go out of my way to do business with. Thank you Bill and Arizona Air Compressor!!!
