I bought a Groupon for a large area bikini laser hairs removal and Mia is the one who service me. I love her!!! She definitely know what she’s doing and after my first service I see that my hairs is lighter. I went to get my second service and I bought another package for my under arms. You can only buy one service from Groupon but they did such a good job that I decided to buy a second service through them. I can’t wait to be hairless. Also the pain is nothing compare to waxing. If you add up all the money you spend waxing, it will add up to the same amount as laser hairs removal! Thank you Mia for doing such an amazing job on me ❤️-Ai

I can’t believe I didn’t come here sooner! I’ve been waxing for years and years, and after just doing a few laser sessions (that are SIGNIFICANTLY shorter and less painful) I have such minimal regrowth.Metro Laser is super clean and only lets one person in at a time. I haven’t had any concerns with them during the pandemic. They’re easy to contact and schedule with. And Mia is such a great beautician- I always go to her! I definitely recommend this place for laser hair removal.

I stopped by to check them out and get more info on CoolSculpting. I was a medical professional in a prior life so I wanted to vet them before committing. Also this is not what I would call a cheap treatment so I wanted to choose the best place to get it done. Just from a price standpoint Metro seems to have the best cost for CoolSculpting in Philadelphia. They also had great prices on facial treatments (see pic). I still have to book my first appointment after Im back from overseas but they were super helpful and friendly.

DO NOT GET COOL SCULPTING HERE. They highly advertise false results. I went in for a consultation and they hyped it up, had me drop thousands of dollars for it and it didn’t even work. In fact it made me GAIN weight on the treated areas! Like what??? Not to mention it is EXTREMELY painful. It was a waste of money and for the amount of pain you endure and the cost, you might as well get liposuction. I’m so frustrated and angry I would never recommend this to anyone. EVER.

Im getting laser hair removal done currently and Ive received 2 treatments so far - Im thrilled with the results. I have fair skin and dark hair so Im considered an ideal candidate. Already my hair is thinner and grows more slowly than previously. The staff are all very kind and pleasant. The new location is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. The price beat out other med spas as well. I only regret is not doing laser sooner.Edit: in a coronavirus world they are doing everything they can to protect their employees and customers. I feel safe getting treated there and my tech is happy to be back to work and also feels safe. There are temperature checks, you have to wait outside, mask usage, sanitation, ppe is provided to staff etc

I had the photofacial done by Nikka at the center city location and was amazed at how good my skin looked a week later. Nikka was knowledgeable and very professional as she walked me through the steps of the treatment and what to expect over the next few days and weeks. I highly recommend Metro Laser for medspa treatments.

Fabulous experience. The office is clean, bright and organized just like their staff! In addition their staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable and exceeded my expectations. I could have had a million questions and they would have been able to provide a million answers. They also make the process as easy as possible, i find myself chit chatting and laughing with the tech while shes lasering my pits!

I’m not one to write a review on a business place, but I felt it was necessary in this case. I begun with a simple laser hair removal package about 3 years back, and since then, I cannot stay away. Not only is the staff well-informed and clearly highly trained in what they do, but they make you feel beyond comfortable and are truly personable and great people. I’ve never been to a company where every single employee is just simply Devine. Following laser hair removal, I’ve had countless peels and facials, all with great results. And now I have been getting Coolsculpting for some unwanted fat on my body — and this has been a GAME CHANGER for me. The results I have accomplished are more so than I has ever dreamed for. Metrolaser has instilled a confidence in me that I never had, and made me the best version of myself. I’d also like to throw in, that I have been using the line of products they carry in-store (Glo) for 2 years now, and highly recommended them. I will never go anywhere else for laser hair removal, Coolsculpting, or any facial impurities, as Metrolaser is THE BEST OF THE BEST.

Excellent service, Curtious staff and lovely results

The receptionist and Nika were always extremely nice and professional but I had a very bad experience with another technician. I told her there were parts of the brazilian hair removal that have been repeatedly missed and showed no signs of being touched by the laser the last 4 sessions. She said and I quote” enough pulses were used each time so I highly doubt that.”(she used an entitled, arrogant tone) Taken aback of being called a liar, I tried to maintain a positive attitude. The entire session I was given a hard time, she claimed I was in the sun when I was not. I have a darker olive toned complexion and I was very insulted. The entire awkward conversation we had while I was getting my bikini lasered was very hostile on her part. I was so angry I continued maybe one sessions afterwards but ultimately decided I will never step foot in there again. The disrespect was uncalled for from someone I didn’t even know, nor did I give her a reason to be incredibly rude to me. The hair is all grown back and it was a waste of money. I had maybe one session left but I don’t even see thinning of the hair despite all of my sessions. I have a feeling they don’t take their Groupon clients seriously, since Groupon takes over 50% of the profit. I felt as though they don’t use strong enough impulses because my sister had laser hair removal in the past at another facility and didn’t experience any hair re-growth. Go somewhere else, trust me.

Update:I spoke to the owner/manager and after going back and forth with me for 15 minutes, and me advising that Id be writing reviews, she waived the $50 with no empathy or understanding. She told me I have a business run. She spoke to me like I was child in the most condescending way and insulted me by telling me that I cant understand. I am finishing my last treatment with them and will not be back. My sister and friends are not interested in laser hair removal Metro will not be one to recommend based on the service and lack of understanding. I got a copy of a clear and concise appointment/cancellation notice from one of my doctors that I will post with a comparison of Metros policy.________________________________________I thought Metro Laser was decent compared to another laser spa I went to, but I was wrong. They seem clean...for the most part. I have never actually witness them clean or santize their devices. They have a horrible/Strict scheduling policy: No courtesy if you are late or early, if you show up 6 minutes late you’re appt is gone. Good luck if you’re from Jersey. They have a $50 cancellation fee if you dont cancel within 24hrs. RIDICULOUS. Pay them $50 so they can get a 15 minute break!? If you want to see just how inhuman they are read below....I have been going there for 4 months getting laser hair removal and today I had to stay at work late for an unexpected meeting so I called Metro at least 6 hrs ahead of time to ask their schedule policy (if I could come in earlier or later) and they said no they had other people. I said okay hopefully I can make it in time. I called 30mins ahead of time (they schedule every 15mins) to reschedule for 2days later. They set up the appt then say ok so there’s a $50 cancellation fee..... okay but Im not canceling, Im rescheduling. The lady did not care.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They are snobby and have terrible customer service. I canceled all future appts and will not be back. I was going there only for brazillian to test them out, I now have to find another company for my full body laser hair removal. This place is not accommodating.

I went to the Exton location for my treatments but I could not find it on google to write this review. I wanted to wait a week or two before I wrote a review too.Laser hair removal can be quite scary after hearing some negative stories but I am impressed. I loved my experience. I work right down the street and instead of calling I walked in to inquire about an appointment. I was politely greeted and at one point even asked if I would like anything to drink. To my suprise I was offered my first treatment that day! She didnt have her next appointment for a bit and said she could fit me in, amazing! I filled out some paper work, was asked a series of questions (do I tan, on medicines etc.) I felt like she was open and honest about everything. I was nervous-it was like getting the jitters about going to the dentist feeling. I was taken into one of the rooms which was very clean and orderly. And a few minutes later I was done with my first treatment on my underarms. She explained to me how it would feel-I think it was like a hot pinch, she even offered to give me a break if I needed one but I just wanted the whole area done without stopping. I didnt really notice much discomfort right after, I thought maybe I wouldnt want to put my arms down or move too much but was just fine. I did workout the next day and when I was sweating it stung a little like she told me it might so I wasnt worried. I didnt shave before before going in and I waited a day later as I didnt want to irritate.the skin right after. I felt the slightest bit sensitive for that couple.days. I actually think the hair is not.growing back as fast already! Im not sure how it will be after the next couple.treatments. Im hoping it works well for me, I am looking forward to my next appointment and I really like how they will send a email, call or text reminder! The womans name was Angela & she made my experience great.
