Very pleased to make the switch to here. Staff is very nice and have a good sense of humor. Theyre on point with their communication unlike sugared and bronzed. They have a deal where you pay $45 to get sugared and 2nd visit is free. Cant beat that deal at all.

I LOVE Honey Bare Sugar & Lash Studio!! I have been coming here for about 8 months for my lash lift & tint and Brazilian wax. I have always had a lovely time here. Tiana is professional at what she does. She takes her time and is kind and considerate. She has a deeply calming energy - which is very important for intimate services. My lashes always look like a million bucks and she makes the waxes as painless as possible! The studio is always super clean and smells really good. Best place for a wax in Philly, without comparison. I have been burned (literally) by places in the past that hire novice waxers and estheticians, but never have to worry about it at Honey Bare. I have seen a huge improvement in my skin afterwards, too - its way less reactive than with a traditional wax and great for sensitive skin. The entire experience is everything you could hope for from start to finish: clean and inviting studio, thorough treatment from a knowledgable and caring professional, and wine afterwards!

Went here 3 days ago for my first ever brazillian and it was AMAZING! Tianna is so informative, genuine, and kind. I was so nervous, but she held a conversation with me the entire time making me not even focus on the waxing. The space is extremely clean and relaxing. Great atmosphere all around. I chose the Twice The Honey special where you get your first brazillian $45 and your next free. Cant beat that! Beyond satisfied w/ my experience and will most definitely be back ♡

Just went here for the first time and had such a pleasant experience. it’s light and bright and smells really nice as soon as you walk in. theres a cute couch and nice minimalist decor in the lobby.tiana is so sweet and personable and makes you feel so comfortable! i got the brazilian sugar and it hurt way less than the last time i went. i would def get the twice the honey special then sign up to be a monthly member. highly recommend - support local female owned businesses! 🍯😁updating this to include my experience getting lash extensions! they were so well done by tiana and lasted way longer than i expected. I love how natural looking they were. i got so many compliments on them and people were surprised when i said they were extensions. the lash room was so comfy - I wish I owned that cozy reclining chair and the blanket just made everything so comfy i dozed off a few times.

I wanted until my second visit to write a review and boy am i glad i did. the first time was great, fun friendly vibe and the technician was super sweet and took her time perfecting my eyebrows. however, the second time was a completely different story. the same friendly technician from before had completely changed. she left me with two completely different eyebrows and rushed so much that i felt that me even being there was a burden. i had been so excited to finally find a place in philly that i liked, but this is sadly not it. if i wanted my eyebrows this uneven, i would have done them myself.

I just went yesterday and got a lash lift! Tiana is so sweet and has such a gorgeous studio. Getting a lift with her at her studio was overall a really relaxing experience (first one). She is super personable and really takes time and effort to get everything perfect. She answered all of my questions and my lashes turned out perfectly! Everything I could’ve dreamed of. They have always stuck straight down and have never looked like they do now. I don’t need falsies and I probably won’t even need mascara. Highly recommend here if you’re in the Philly area!

I moved to Old City recently and needed a same-day appointment. Hesitant about trying new places, I gave it a shot and Tiana didnt dissapoint. Shes super nice, is good at what she does, and theres no question shell do well in new her venture of opening her own shop!

This was one of the absolutely the best first experiences ive ever had. I was very nervous and a bit insecure to start off before my visit just with the idea of exposing my lady bits to a complete stranger being plus sized, other than a bf or a gyn lol. However, Tiana was very welcoming and insured me that I could relax for one with being very informative with my questions and two very comfortable within the service made very relaxed. We had a great conversation which was pleasant didnt expect that at at all. With all the horror stories Ive heard from waxing my experience at Honey Bare was above amazing. Google, YouTube and my friendss had me very nervous and somewhat scared but once it was done I couldnt believe the hype it wasnt as painful as i thought it wouldve been and I think it was just the skillfulness that Tiana possesses and I cannot wait to retturn. The place is nice and they offer refreshments I dont even want to go anywhere else.

The esthetician working doesn’t know how to sugar.... ive been sugared and loved the experience at another spa in nyc. I came here thinking I would get the same experience with sugaring, but ended up getting waxed. The spa is clean but don’t go here for sugaring.

Tiana was so amazing! Ive never done anything with my lashes before, so I was super nervous. I messaged her on Instagram and she was great with answering my wall of questions and concerns, I really appreciated being able to go to my appointment with confidence. Her website is super cute and very easy to navigate. I really appreciated that all her prices were listed with the service, unlike many places Ive found online that you have to dig around for a straightforward price! When I walked in, I immediately felt very welcomed and I was happy to see that the place was super clean! Tiana walked me through every step of the process, and informed me when she was changing or wiping which I really appreciated. She is so nice, and I truly enjoyed chatting with her through the session. I also loved that she is very meticulous, she doesnt rush through anything and really takes pride in her work. She was also super accommodating and was able to fit in an upper lip wax at the end too! She waxed in sections, and, I know its a relatively simple wax, but honestly even that was great. I wish a took a before picture, and even the after picture doesnt do justice to how great my lashes look. Im Asian with straight lashes, I never thought my lashes were even remotely long but the results far exceeded my expectations. Ill definitely be going back, thank you Tiana!

I’ve been seeing Tiana since her shop first opened. I have had a lash lift, multiple Brazilian’s (wax and sugaring), regular brows and queen bee brows. Every single thing I got done, I had an AMAZING experience. The whole vibe when you first walk in is awesome. Laid back, girly, and welcoming. The studio is spotless. Her room is very well organized. (I’ve been to other places where their rooms are a mess.) Tiana is extremely professional. She keeps you informed on everything she’s doing and what she’ll be doing next. I’m so glad I found this place! I booked a same- day appt online through the website to do a brow wax and tint plus a lash tint and Tiana was fantastic. She did a great job- very thorough and I left with almost as much eyebrow as when I went in (which is always my goal). The salon is very clean and cute, but not too foofy. I love that everything was listed with prices very clearly and scheduling was so easy, but it was Tiana’s chill attitude and on point work that made it an excellent experience.
