I really wanted Dropps to be great! Im a hard core tree hugger and hate consuming plastic. Unfortunately Dropps just does not get my familys clothes clean, theres always a lingering funkiness. I was swapped back to concentrated liquid detergent for the time being and hopefully another company is able to come out with a more effective detergent using the same model.

Its taken me awhile to write a review because, to be honest, I was expecting Dropps Lavender and Eucalyptus laundry detergent to fail. But it hasnt! I have always bought store brand detergent to save $$ and i figured even though this detergent was more expensive, since it was environmentally friendly, it would still not perform as well.Im so pleased at how wrong I was! Clothes come out clean, and smelling good! Without having to purchase a single use plastic container!

Just so happy a company like this exists , for our planet !!

So far I love these dropps. Tried the lavender eucalyptus and my clothes smell amazing. I love not having to buy a huge plastic container of laundry detergent, that there are no added dyes and the scents come from essential oils. Didnt sign up for the subscription yet, I just order as needed.

I have always used Tide products, until I ran out and my mom gave me one of her Dropps to tide me over (no pun intended, I swear). The difference in the cleaning ability is remarkable. One Dropp really does clean one FULL load of dirty laundry, removes stains, and leaves clothes feeling softer. I am writing this review as I am in the process of placing my own order. Called customer service to ask a question, and customer service was awesome.

Customer service responses quickly, professionally, and handled the very minor issue I had with a coupon. They even asked questions to make sure I made a good product choice. The detergent is great! As a new High Eff. clothes washer owner, Ive been getting samples of detergents to use. Id rate Dropps Sensitive Skin Unscented Laundry Detergent Pods as good as or better than Tide Pods Original Scent HE Turbo Liquid Detergent Pacs. Also, Dropps tells you whats in their pods. I cant find anyone else doing that. To top if off Dropps is septic safe, which is important if you have a septic system or care about the environment. Finally, they cost less than Tide if purchased in bulk or in a plan.

I use the subscription program, never have to remember to grab detergent at the store, gets my clothes really clean and its better for the environment.
