I have managed our company’s website for the past 17 years so I know what to look for and what to expect from a digital agency. And fortunately, 1Digital, in the short time I’ve worked with them, has proven to be a worthy partner.My biggest frustration with the developers I’ve worked with in the past has been 1) lack of responsiveness and, 2) long delivery time for projects. Refreshingly, I don’t have that issue with 1Digital. I initially worked with Matt Young, the lead tech assigned by Dan Kogan, on my first ever product feed project. Matt was extremely patient with my questions and changes, and even found a way to “hack” a module created by a previous developer. I appreciated his tenacity in figuring a workaround.I hear back from them within 24 hours of messaging. Recently, I had one emergency so I emailed them about the issue. I also called their office where, for a nice change, I actually spoke to Monique who escalated my request for help. When you’re in a mild state of panic, it’s nice to hear a human voice. I also received a follow-up email that they are investigating the issue. How’s that for responsiveness! I have since worked with them on a few smaller fixes and will continue to do so once more web improvement projects are green lit.
