The most awesome way to buy big ticket items and have the payments very manageable. This is especially handy for Christmas gifts and birthdays. And they report your payments to the credit bureau. Like a double bonus

The products and shipping is great. The issue I have with this company is you have to use direct deposit to pay. I missed one payment with direct deposit because I didnt work 1 week so I didnt get any direct deposit money. When I went into my perpay account, it says I missed a payment. Of course I knew I would miss a payment. So, I was able to go in and make my payment via a debit card. But after I did that, somehow my perpay payment increased for direct deposit. Im not going to keep going in to adjust my direct deposit payments. Thats too much. So, I would rather just pay with my debit card if I miss a payment via direct deposit. But the perpay website make it difficult for you to just pay with a debit card. It says you have to contact a customer service agent to make a payment via debit/credit. So, when I tried to do it via the chat window, they were closed. Thus, I cant make the additional payment with a debit card right away, like I did with when I missed a direct deposit because I didnt work any hours that week. There shouldnt be a penalty because I didnt have a income that week for direct deposit. We are still in a middle of the covid-19 pandemic. People are still dying as a result of this virus and barely anyone wants to social distance or half the US dont want to get vaccinated. I can only control myself so thats what Im doing when it comes to working with complete strangers. I will not put my life at risk for anybody. And thats on Jesus Christ came to this world to die for our sins. Period. NHall

I wish all companies worked like Perpay! Order link your payment through your employer so thats never a question on your payment being made in time because it is subtracted from your paycheck before you receive it. This makes life much easier! I dont have to think about it! My only wish Id that they had more categories of products like the other buy now pay later sites do. Never had any issues with using perpay, until now. Ordered a queen size bed in January and I understand 4 to 5 weeks, here it is May and still havent received it. I dont think it is perpay I think the problem is the warehouse. First delivery was the 12 of April than the 14th and I contacted the warehouse yesterday and now they say possibly the 10th of May.

I have tried all the rest.. and you’re the Best ... including progressive financing...Snap finance... etc... thanks again guys.

Love the idea of the place! However I have recently had an issue with shipping. I ordered three things received one last week and now the other two UPS are saying they have never received. The customer service rep I have been dealing with has been great but has told me they can’t guarantee I will receive it by Christmas! So upsetting being this is the one thing my. I’ve placed an order nov 14 2020 nd its January 14th 2021 and i’ve have yet to receive my item. They put the PlayStation 5 on their site way before they even had the actual inventory and everytime i contact them its the same poor excuse talking about an agreement with they supplier!!! 😡 they should’ve waited until they have physical stock to sell an item i’ve missed out on so many chances to buy a ps5 because of false information giving from perpay and i’ve made almost half the payments and still 2 months later i’ve haven’t gotten anything but poor excuses from them and when i contact them numerous times i was given an “oh well “ attitude from customer service. I will say in the beginning I was skeptical about this site. But once I saw how things work i been with them for a while now buying thing I like from them. They do not give you cheap easy to break stuff. I got 2 Playstation 4 from them one for me and one for my nephew. Got a real nice vacuum for my place and other amazing items from them. Shipment are delivered to you in 3 to 5 business days. There a GPS tracking so you know where your items are. As soon as then have a Playstation 5 im buying it through them. Im telling you give it a try its you love the stuff they have.

I received my Fire Tablet and it would not register so I called Amazon who said PerPay requested a refund because tablet never arrived. I thought since I contacted them maybe that was why but no PERPAY REQUESTED REFUND PRIOR TO THE TABLET EVEN ARRIVING. ! Now I have to wait for a shipping label to return it but I bet the will continue to take money for essentially a brick because it has been blocked due to refund request. Not first issue. Ordered pair of earrings and was sent pair of baby earrings. I spend $200 monthly. Having to return something defective is one thing but having to return because they did something as stupid as telling Amazon I never got my tablet is another

I lost my job and was out of work for three months. I contacted them and informed them of my status and was told my payments would ne deferred. Soon as i got a new job i paid them off only to have them close my account for non payment and deny any future purchases. I was flooded at the total disregard for my situation. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Plus the merchandise is over priced. I reached out about my concerns and was ignored.

Perpay has the BEST Customer Service Division! I messed up my Registration, and messed it up even further by trying to delete the original attempt and trying to re-reregister. I couldnt get into the site at all, so I sent an email to the Customer Service Division--I had a reply within a few hours (Customer Service also has Live Chat during their business hours, but my problem occurred in the middle of the night on a Sunday). Waited until I paid off my loan to tell me they chose to close my account. There is an allotment already being processed for Friday. I was told to cancel my allotment as I will not be able to make anymore orders. I got the runaround for over a week!! Very frustrating regardless of the situation if they are going to close the account notice with time so things can be adjusted!!

My wife and I ordered 5 items from this company. Which was shipped in two packages. Both packages were delivered the problem is one package was an item short. These were Christmas gifts for our children. We’ve been sending messages to the support team through their website. No response. We’ve sent emails to their support team. No response. Now they the didn’t ship the items until they received their first payment. We did our part and this is the thanks we get. Not even a response? Their website says they respond within a few hours. It’s been a few days. Worst customer service that I’ve ever received.Since I’ve posted this review PerPay has gone above and beyond to change my view of their company. They’ve made significant efforts to fix my issue and I am very happy and satisfied with the customer service that I’ve received. I sincerely apologize as this issue has been fixed a while ago and I’m just making the proper changes to my review.

They have a blue iPod 7th generation 128g on their site for $459.99 + $10 shipping. You can go directly to apple and pay $299.99 free shipping. WOW RIGHT. You can get a pink 32g for $309.99 on their site and you can go to apple and pay $199.99. Long story short noting Is free in this country. They make it sound so good that you have interest free payments and you can spread them out but you have to pay a hefty price tag. Can any one say CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

It’s an ok website some items is just way overpriced and they never have deals like purchasing powers like money off their products they only do it once a year which is around Christmas and it’s only like 50 dollars off 200 dollars they will probably get more business if they did promo’s once in a while and get a better selection especially on UGGs. I also don’t like the fact if you place an order and your pay period is over you have to wait another two weeks for them to collect payment before they ship your item out to you purchasing power don’t do this once your allotment is set up They send out your items at least give us the option to use our debit card to make our first purchase and have us upload our proof of allotment deductions. STICK TO PURCHASING POWER!!!!

Absolutele rip-off, they charge you 2-2.5x the price of the MSRP, a Google home hub costs $89 directly from Google, not $200 that they try to change you. Just save up money and but it instead if paying x2.

Getting a copy of the pay stub could be easier an getting in touch with customer service should be easier. Other than those 2 things I will definitely be making other purchases this way.

I placed an order in 10/2019. The same day I received I emailed them for information to return the item. No phone number to call. It was almost a month later I received the information after canceling the automatic payments. Now there a 5% restocking fee and I was charged $164. Be careful you have to wait days or weeks for responses and now I’m fighting to get my refund. Now 2 months later.
