I have been with State Farm for almost 15 years now and I love how they are quick to solve any of my issues. They make sure I am taken care of and understand what I need in insurance. They are easy to talk to and explain everything. No where else I would go for my insurance needs.

When buying our new house last year ArronFreitag State Farm agents made the process smooth to transfer our home owners insurance. Previously we had gone through a different company but the rates and discounts were way better. The agents here are exceptional, always pleasant in the phone and I have not had a single bad experience yet and I’ve had my car ins with them for years.

They were very professional and polite and I saved 1200 a yearsweet. I am sorry but after this review and I payed my first month they sent me a letter and cancelled my insurance because of a ticket I had 5 years prior and it got dropped in court so I pleaded with them and they wouldnt return calls or texts and progressive would not take us back and they texted me or called at least 2 times a day when they were trying to sign me after zero and last I did a survey to get a gift card for a coffee and they didnt even send it I hate to write this but I pleaded and got ignored and they dont even wear khakis

Great value and you can bundle items

I cannot say how many times Aaron has been a saving grace for me and my family. He has literally been there for us during multiple different types of family crisis including car issues in other states, loss of health insurance and panic during a time that my husband and I were pregnant, and literally being there for us on weekends and after hours. Aaron checks in with us periodically to make sure we are well. He is so incredibly down to earth, and so much a guy that values the meaning of family. I will always and forever recommend his office and team.

Unfortunately I cant give Aaron negative stars because thats what he has earned after the appalling way he has disrespected and neglected my elderly mother who has tried to contact him for almost 2 weeks without a response in any way shape or form from Aaron. Today when I called to find out what the problem was, I was told he was doing book-work and that was more important than my phone call. State Farm should be ashamed of themselves for allowing one of their agents to treat clients in this disgraceful manner!

To saved me a ton of money.

We switched from Geico to State Farm. We pay less money and have excellent service. Also the app for the “drive and save box” rates each one of our drives on breaking, acceleration and other important data. If we get good grades we get more discounts. It’s a great incentive to keep safety in mind when driving and get money off our bill! We did a ton of shopping around when we chose State Farm. We even switch our homeowners insurance. (If you’re a dog lover like us; may want to check your homeowners to see if it covers dog bites if for any reason you’re dog attacks someone in your property).*Disclaimer* our Dog doesn’t bite 😊 but he is an animal so we want every precaution. He is a bully breed which is judged as vicious so you never know if someone would make a claim
