This place is the most ghetto bootleg insurance company I’ve encountered! None of their companies offer rental car insurance! Their not going to tell you that either! I had an accident and here it is 3 weeks later no claims adjuster has contacted me! They were trying to make me pay towing fees related to the accident! I’m almost convinced that the insurance company they gave me is fraudulent KAL advantage is the name!! Do not get insurance through this company you to will regret it!!! I’d advise State Farm or Geico if you want REAL auto insurance

Poor customer service and when there is a dispute or concerns the customer is better off contacting the primary insurance carrier because you only get the run around at this company.

I love this company... Only one I’ve used since I found out about them since 2013 . When I needed sr-22 they provided me coverage so that I could keep my license. Now I’m fully covered at the lowest rate around town. If you need coverage look no where else. Insurance King got you covered.
